They completed the job a head of time. They did a great job of removing old stain, and bringing my deck back to life. Really looks nice.

It went fine. The work performed met my expectations. Two people showed up to do the work. They did not work as a pair and so they were in different places at different times. I have a very anxious dog and my need to move him around was a challenge that the lead person did not seem to appreciate.

What a joke! I think my 9 year-old would do the same kind of job or better. I live in a 2-story 1,900 sq ft duplex with seven windows/window openings, one bay window and one patio door, nothing complicated or time consuming. When I requested the service over the phone, I mentioned that my windows required extra attention as they have not been cleaned in several years. I requested that the window sills, tracks and frames be thoroughly washed. I disclosed all information, didn't ask for any discount or used any specials, just straightforward billing/pricing. I told the technician all these details when he arrived as well and asked for thorough cleaning. It seemed that the only part that actually got cleaned was the glass. The frames, tracks and sills were wiped with barely damp rag and a lot of dirt was left behind including technician's dirty fingerprints. I pointed out all of these details to the tech, who seemed very uninterested and only wiped the frames with a dry rag to make it look like he was cleaning something. I realized that going further was pointless as nothing would get done/cleaned to my satisfaction and just paid the man. I don't know if it's the technician's work ethics or Amruss Inc.'s training and business ethics (and I frankly don't care), but the level of carelessness and unprofessionalism was just so bad. I feel I just threw away $172 straight into the garbage can. Also, when I initially requested the service over the phone, the person who I talked to said that someone would stop by the house the next day between 1pm and 2pm to give me an estimate and if I had time they could do the job. The technician showed up around 11am the next day. This did not bother me since I work from home, but if you need to take time off, this might be a problem.

Ok. Additional requests met with some resistance.

They changed the price on me. When I made the purchase they didn't tell me there was a price difference for storm windows. When I scheduled it they didn't tell me there was a price difference. When the provider showed up he said I have a storm windows and a bay window and those cost more. The receptionist at the company was not helpful whatsoever and didn't know the prices. Essentially, told me to read the offer more carefully. I read all offers I purchase very carefully and it said nothing about storm windows being extra. The manager she forwarded me to was very helpful.

The workman came on time and did a very good job cleaning the gutters. Also made sure no debris was lying around. Very reasonably priced

Work was not professional. unhappy, curtain install was done without consulting me, put the anchors in wrong position. I have to rework now

It was good. They were very good. The guy came out. He showed me what was what. He cleared the gutters and 3 of them were clogged and he cleared them and one he put back together because it had come apart. It was all part of the deal. This was a deal I got on AL.

Person who came was very professional and respectful.

Tech did not spray for insects as indicated in the listing.

After the company cancelled 2 appointments to clean my gutters and informing me that they weren't going to be able to do the work, I requested a refund.

Have used this firm for several years to clean gutters twice a year. Most recently they did a Spring Cleaning and the tech came and left what seemed to be very fast - like within 30 minutes. Magically within one month, the gutter over the garage had significant backup and overflow. Called and left a message and did not hear back. A week later called and the gentleman was helpful and responsive. They sent a tech (perhaps the same one) out to the house and then informed me by phone there were "new leaves" clogging the gutter and it would cost $40 extra to clean those - 6 weeks after original job and on top of a $120 charge. But they would happily apply the $40 to a leaf guard install. The reclog had NEVER happened before in 10 years at this home. I agreed very reluctantly to the surcharge (after trying and failing to negotiate) and within minutes the tech was gone, leaving a mess behind, according to my wife. I called back to ask "***" and I was told he was "done." That was when I lost it and told them to turn around, get back to the house and finish the job right. The problem is a lousy tech that does shoddy work and was rude to my wife and had a bad attitude. He also lied and told the folks at the office my wife asked him to depart. Not true and way too much drama for gutters. Never ever again.

It's an older sink and the bar, the counters; they re-caulked everything there. There were no additional fees above the Big Deal price. They came out within 3 or 4 days. It was excellent. Punctuality was not great. They were a couple of hours late and I had to call them because they didn't show up. When I called their person who was taking in calls checked with them right away and apparently they had someone who kept insisting on they do more. When they got here they were great. They did light the fire under the people so they would get here because it was at the end of the day. We had to go out for dinner that night so we were getting kind of worried. They were very responsive but I thought they should have called and mentioned that the person was running an hour and a half late at the end of the day. When they got here they were phenomenally good and really good so I don't think it was their fault as much; the workers. I think they were trying to leave this person, they were doing apparently window washing, they were kind of multi-tasking. I think they were given somebody who was looking for all the little spots so I think they were kind of caught in a bad thing that I'm sure they wanted a good evaluation like this.

Was very happy with the service I received and was very quick. I had a few extra gutters done for an additional minimal charge. I would definitely use again.
