This was the best house cleaning service I have had. The team was professional, efficient and I would definitely hire them.

Excellent experience. Contractor was on time, did outstanding work, cleaned up well and was responsive to my requests and questions.

Not well. Scheduling was difficult. The first appointment had to be cancelled due to notifying on the day of appointment that he would be late. Then on the next appointment, there was another call just before the appointment that the service person would be early, which was OK, but my wife had to deal with him, not me.. He could not do the grout on our tile bathroom and shower, so he only did the seams around the corners and bathtub. He ran out of clear grout, so couldn't do much and left early. He was here less than an hour but was supposed to be here two hours. I thought your service was a professional referral service, You should have anticipated such problems. Even if I could get a refund, I will never use your referral service again. The vendors/service providers selected appear to be very poorly vetted and instructions are not clear as to what to expect beforehand, yet we have to pay upfront.

Horrible - they never even responded

Good. The young man that came out did a good job. The old caulk was removed around tub and bathroom walls and he reapplied a new bead. It's wasn't 100% perfect, but good enough for the job.

They were flexible to reschedule for me a couple times. They sent a very young man with limited personal skills. Didn't have a ladder. He performed well enough but: went to buy items at Home Depot for the repair and included candy he bought. $2 not a big deal but goes towards honesty as he never mentioned it. Also said he needed to come back 2 hours later to finalize spackling and gave a cell number that didn't exist. I got them to send him back the following week. He brought an even younger guy with and again with no ladder and no drop cloth to cover chair and then stepped on bare easy chair in his shoes to use as a ladder.. I yelled at him to get off the chair and had to provide a drop cloth and step stool. Obviously inexperienced or just plain stupid. They did a fine job and cant even see the repair. I'd use again but ask for different workers.

Fantastic! The vent was very clogged, but they got it working again and didn't make me feel like an idiot for letting it get so bad.

Apathetic workers...will not hire this company again

he was late but finally arrived and did apologize. He washed the windows but I had to ask him to wipe down the window sills instead of him just doing them. The windows in the great room are between 18-20' above me so this is not something I can do myself. He did wipe them down and I did give him a tip because he was there a long time.

The worker was outstanding. He worked very hard because the deck was an absolute mess before he started. I owed extra because the deck and length of railing was greater than the Angie's list deal, but he refused to take the money.

The cleaner did everything I asked.

They were GREAT. Got back to me within 24 hours to schedule, kept me in the loop when bad weather pushed back our original day. They got the gutters completely cleaned and showed me that a couple of plastic bags had stopped up a downspout. They were great and plan on hiring them again to clean out the gutters.

Well. No problems and was done quickly.

Two guys showed up and did a great job cleaning my gutters. One guy climbed up on the roof and used water hoses to wash the gutters from the top. The second guy walked around the house and cleaned downspouts, knocking on them to get the dirt through and using another hose to wash the house sides from all the dirt that was splashing from the roof. They had to clean one gutter twice (one end to another all way the with the hose, and then again) because it was dirty. All-in-all it took about 30 minutes to clean everything. They used my water hoses that were already attached to the water. I assume they have their own too, but did not need to use it, since I have two water hoses, one at the front, and one at the back of the house.

The windows were cleaned in a timely manner.

Workers were at the house in one day, did a great job and they sent before/after pictures.

It didn't. Amruss repeatedly said they would make an appointment to pick up the screens, but changed at the last moment and finally declared themselves unable to come in to Chicago and keep any appointment. The person who phoned meant well, but she was completely unable to create an appointment their service-people would respect. This "deal" was a complete disaster. I eventually re-screened the windows myself.

We used Amruss for about a year. It started off very good, but the service level and timeliness dropped off after a while.
