Great. He showed up on time and washed lots of windows and storm doors. Everything looked great.

It went pretty well. There were no additional fees. It was just for gutter cleaning. Easy scheduling was the main thing. I will use them again.

Amruss did a great job of pressure washing the deck. The installation of the new deck railing was substandard and of very low quality. They then applied a stain to the railing and to the deck floor. That work was also of low quality. I was, and still am, very disappointed. I will never use Amruss again.

Removed old and replaced within the 2-hr. time frame. Nice job.

When ordering services I indicated to add screens and windowsills but none of that was done. They did not even remove the spider web outside the windows. However they did add fees to the initial advertised price.

They left the bags that they used to clean the gutters. I thought they would have taken them. They threw some of the debris from the gutters into my flower beds & left it. That made me mad.

Work done as specified. Workers acted professionally. I would use the company again.

charged $79 for 20 minutes of work I could have done myself. I told them I had gutter guards. On the phone they said no problem, small extra charge. The actual worker called to say he was coming. I warned I had gutter guards, he said no problem, no extra charge. He arrived and merely brushed minor debris off the top of gutter guards, did not remove guards and clean the actual gutters. Worse, he left all the debris on the sidewalk and plantings so I had to clean his mess. The clogged gutter I had called about was still clogged.

They actually arrived early. Did a very thorough job of cleaning gutters. In fact, one downspout had become detached from the gutter and they reattached it, which was most appreciated! Very nice guys.

He was extraordinary! More professeional, extremely polite, a joy! We will definitely use him again and are eager to refer him to anyone who needs help. He was efficient, and came the same day, which he told us he tries very hard to do when a leak is involved. He also showed us pictures he took of the damage & repair!
