It was good for the most part but they called me like half way through and said this side of your house and garage wont count. I said well that's the only reason I wanted this done. We went back and forth and they ended up doing it. They did contact me quick and got out here within a week after I bought the Deal.

They gave us an estimated and came that afternoon to power wash the deck! The work was quick and very professional and well done. Our deck was way too big for the special deal, but the price was still reasonable. He showed us a bill for the stain, and left the extra for touch ups in the future.

The company responded immediately and my appointment made with a two hour window for the arrival time. The workman arrived in the first half hour of that window, looked over my needs and worked quickly and efficiently to do all I asked. He had all the equipment readily at hand and cleaned up afterwards. His materials matched the grout in my tile and around the tub beautifully. I'm so pleased to be able to give them an A recommendation down the line.

The cost was fine but the professional wasn't there. They weren't dressed professional. The first sight of them I thought do I want to let them in the home. Their attitude and quality of the job wasn't best.

I got a call from someone I could barely understand wanting to schedule the appointment. We agreed upon a time but got a call from the same person and said that his guys could perform a day earlier. I told him the time I would like and they gave me a window. The technicians actually showed up almost an hour before the agreed upon window so luckily I was home. They didn't show that the gutters all worked (which one of the downspouts doesn't) and then he said I had to fill out a survey or else his boss would charge him $10 if I didn't. I refused to fill out the survey and he whispered something under his breath in his language and then drove away. Would not hire again.

Very well! The team was on time, conscientious, courteous, efficient, and did a great job.

The person who came by stunk cigarettes. Though the glasses were left clean, the window frame got dirtier, full of dirty finger prints. The office couldn't reach the cleaner, so they called me a couple of times asking me to pass on messages to him. I found the service very unprofessional

Dirty contractor came to perform the work. Did not remove old grout, grouted over existing grout with the wrong color grout. When company was contacted with complaint no call was returned. Job has to be completely redone. Waste of Money!
