The grouting was done extremely well, but when since I paid for two hours of work, I wanted the floor grout cleaned as well. The worker did not have the necessary supplies with him and wanted me to make another appointment for another charge. He also was snippy and wanted me to make him a cup of coffee or give him some other hot beverage as soon as he walked in the door.

Well, the kid they sent worked hard but had never done this before. Had trouble lining up holes for bolts and scratched stainless steel cooktop plate.

Sava of AmRuss did a thorough job, and the price was reasonable. The wood of the deck is old, so after washing and drying, it got a little rough in places. Sava offered to come back to sand and add more sealer, which I appreciated, and that fixed the rough spots. I would definitely hire AmRuss and Sava again. Great customer service!

Couldn't be happier with this company. They went out of their way to get us scheduled at what was a very busy time for them. They were super friendly and eager to please, the price was great, and they did a great job cleaning the gutters. Will definitely be hiring them again this year!

They looked fine but after the young man left there were drips from the window frame above the glass, onto the glass. These drips left spots when they dried that I needed to wipe away.

Very well, they came on time went right to work and asked me if the house was OK

I scheduled appointment for 5PM and confirmed with their office. On the day of, the office person called and was rather pushy, requesting to move the appointment up to 3. I advised it was not possible due to my work schedule. I arrived home at 5 PM only to find out that they ignored my instructions because they were already done with the outside. I didnt have a chance to discuss total charges and if I wanted the sills cleaned. I was told my bill would be an additional $37 due to patio doors and something else that I didn’t quite understand. I didn’t argue because even at $116, having all my windows cleaned at this price seemed fair.

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!!! They are awful. I'm thankful I'm able to share pictures or I don't think anyone would believe me. The first guy did such a bad job he tried to ide the grout work with bad caulk work. Then he had the audacity to attempt to charge me for the work. The guy they sent to fix the first guy's work was just as bad, but with a worse attitude. When he said he was done I pointed out a number of examples of poor workmanship and his response was that it was good enough and he did what he was supposed to do. I attempted to have a different person come out to fix that work (I'm not even sure why I thought someone else from the same company would be any better), but that didn't work out. I basically had to call them over and over when they said they would call me. When I explained how upset I was that I had to chase them down the guy said that he left me multiple messages and it wasn't his fault if I could be bothered to check my messages. I think it's obvious by this point that they did not attempt to call, nor did they leave a message. He and I exchanged words and I plan to do whatever I can to recoup my funds paid and what I will have to pay to fix the damage, not only to my showers, but to the adjacent drywall that was damaged in the process. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS!!!! The attached pictures are just a few shots of the terrible workmanship I received.
