He only partially calked my shower stall, making the tile look different in some areas than others. This service should not be advertised as time-related such as 2 hours. It should be based on completing the entire specific service area. Now I have worse looking shower tiles than before.

Company arrived on time and performed what was requested. Job well done.

Overall, the job went well but some areas were sloppy and not clean.

We ordered using a coupon on Angie's list. Vendor emailed and set an appointment for the next day. Showed up on time and completed quickly.

It was nothing as advertised. The picture that was with the offer from Angie's list showed a pristine inside of a garage. I was to have a "complete clean-out" of my garage. But they would not remove anything that wasn't touching the floor. The advertisement did not say a complete clean out of your garage FLOOR. The description also said "cleaning and vacuum all dirt and dust" No vacuuming or dusting, just a power wash. Again, anything not on the floor is still quite dusty and dirty! There was no "3 contractor bags" for junk removal as advertised. And I have a wet "clean" floor that wasn't squeegeed, so anything that soaks up water is now wet. The back of the garage door was supposed to be cleaned, still mold. How did it go? Not well. Rip off!

Well. Only reason for the B rating was because the guy was rude.

The technician came out late, I had to call, but once he came out he did a great job. He power washed my deck and even did the windows and the rear of my building. I looks so much better. My issue is that he verbally told me that he would have to charge me $40.00 to remove and replace my deck furniture and flowers. I called today to see when they would be coming back out to replace the furniture and they informed me that they would send a technician out but that I would have to give them an additional $40.00. I'm an elderly woman who lives alone and I cannot move these heavy items. The job cost $1,014.00, so I'm not happy about that, but the deck does look good.

Purchased a deal through AL. The first time he came, he quickly threw on grout without removing old/blackened grout and then immediately put on the sealer. I questioned this, but he said it was fine not to wait. I asked about another area I wanted done, and even though there was only 30 minutes of work done (the deal was for 2 hours), he said he didn't have that color and suggested I could do it myself easily. I filled out a survey at his request because he said he got paid a little extra, and the scores were not accurate based on the final review. I came back to check back that evening and found that the sealer, and some of the 'new' grout had flowed down the drain- literally. You could again see the stained grout and it looked only marginally better. I called and asked for someone else to come to fix it. They apologized and we set up another time. The same guy came- late (I had specifically requested someone with more experience, and I had called to confirm and they gave me another name. I explained the issue. He worked on it again, but did not drill out the stained grout- again- which I have learned since it has reappeared a month later. He did a nice job on the other bathroom. He asked me to cover payments for the sealer, grout, and sponges, etc. I covered most, but honestly I had a sealer and there is no way I should have been paying for sponges and brushes. In the end, it looks slightly better but it was not worth the money and was not done with attention to detail. Most of the new grout was so thinly applied that it's gone already.

Amazing job, as always. They have done cleaned our gutters for years and now it was time for an exterior power-wash. They did such a great job that two of my neighbors hired them on the spot and had them do their houses as well!
