Not great. I was very excited to get this deal, which I noticed sold out. I had questions, so I had called in advance to clarify what would be done. Even so, I had to convince the man who came to take things off the shelves in garage. He then simply wiped the shelves with a snow removal brush. They were not cleaned, washed down or sanitized (as had been promised). Had I been aware of this, I would have washed the shelves down myself. Once the man from the company was done power washing the garage, he went to put belongings back on the shelves. I was scrambling to wash/wipe them down. Some did not get done. He also did not understand where I wanted things to go. As a result, after the work we paid for, my husband and I removed all of the belongings from the shelves, wiped the shelves and the belongings down with Lysol and replaced them. I did call the company to ask why the job was done the way it was. They kept saying that 'this is the deal you paid for'. I answered that I had called to ask about other services. Their comment was that the service person who came should have offered those to me at an up charge. They called back later to say that if I wanted to, I could hire additional help to complete what I needed done. Obviously, I did not do that. I do not recommend this service. Additionally, I had a very trusted, tried and true local concrete company come in just after the work had been done to patch some cracks in the garage floor. They were shocked to find out that the garage floor had recently been power washed as there was much debris left in the areas they needed to treat. They therefore needed to power wash them again. Additionally, I never saw or smelled any sanitizer of bug repellent applied. I guess the adage that 'you get what you pay for' applies here. But the company did not do what they said they would. Buyer beware.

They were excellent. I think I bought a deal. Very good. I will hire them again.

Scheduler never asked what kind of work needed to be done. Assumes i needed widow washing which is their primary service. When I realized no none asked me about what kind of service, I called them and scheduled for someone to come out to look at balcony. On day of appointment for an estimate the scheduler called and asked ME what kind of tools should be brought to the site. I again told her it was for an estimate only and besides could not determine tools needed. The service man did show up on time to look at the job, but could not even give me a ball park estimate of what it would involve. Could only tell me the hourly cost.!!!

Prompt. Professional. The work could have been a little more thorough.

They were in and out in less than 20 mins. Job not thorough. They did not even need water to clean as I offered. Too expensive for what I had done.

Drywall was beyond the scope of the handyman service, but that was OK. He did a number of other fixes around the house very well. Came on time, was courteous, etc.

He did a great job all in all, but my only comment is his language barrier. If they can provide me a service provider that is fluent in English. I will use them again.

Can't tell for sure. They said they would take before and after pictures; however, I never received any pictures. And since my house is a 2-story, I cannot see in the gutters to observe how clean they are now after the service.

On time - reasonable - nice young man.

The service should indicate upfront that it is not willing to come into Chicago unless parking is guaranteed or the price will be doubled. Everybody would be better informed to make a better choice.

The contractor climbed up, said it was clear and was going to leave. I said no, I know it is plugged somewhere in the downspout. He went back up with a bucket of water, poured it down the downspout and a large blockage came washing out of the downspout. So he fixed the problem but he wouldn't have if I hadn't been at the property to insist that the downspout was plugged. I'm happy, though, because the water runs down the downspout as it should and he charged a reasonable price to go to the top of a 2-story building to do this job. He only did one downspout.

Everything went as planned - perfect!!!

He was in kind of a hurry and after two hours he left the job half done without offering to quote a price to finish.

Very good job. Hassan was very professional and made sure I was happy with the results. He explained that the materials he used were better quality than those I had previously and that there is a 7 year warranty from mold and mildew. I would hire again and recommend to friends.

I already sent a review on this work. I'm not doing it again.

This is my second time with this company. The first experience was great. The second group did not seem as well trained. Copper gutters were bent, but they fixed when pointed out. Nice guys.

Work was pretty good. Service technician arguementative. Tried to negotiate price. Had to call office to get him to do the job.
