On time, good job, not an A because missed cleaning 3 tracks and some were just ok in cleaning aspect. Cleaning of windows and power washing was very good, very professional and efficient. Had me check work on siding before moving on and made sure to confirm pricing and what i wanted before starting windows. In and out in 1 day, as promised!

We asked for a quote and were called back very promptly. We received an estimate over the phone and set up an appointment for the next day. When they arrived, I found out that they had misquoted based on single (not double hung windows). Each window is counted as two if you have double hung windows. Since this was their error, they only charged the originally quoted amount. The window cleaner worked quickly and very diligently, he was very kind and respectful, and the windows look great now. I would use them again, and would recommend them. Even at the correct price, they are reasonable and do a great job.

I was very satisfied with our services. Olga delivered prompt estimates, personal communications, appointment reminders, an invoice text and was attentive to detail. Alex and Constantine were awesome and incredibly hard working, especially in the 95 degree heat this July. I loved the online estimates and invoice via text. I would hire Amruss again for sure.

I called three different services to obtain quotes in advance of this work. A quote from another business came out substantially higher than Amruss's quote. The third business simply failed to show up, despite my making an appointment with them to perform an estimate. So we went with Amruss. Amruss showed up on time and worked extremely hard all day to clean our gutters and wash our windows (both inside and outside) for our three-story home. They were meticulous, even cleaning our basement windows inside our window wells. Given how hard they worked, I consider the price that they charged to be a relative bargain. I intend to call on them again in the future for gutter cleaning and window washing.

Everything went very well. Constantine arrived on time. He introduced himself. Constantine appeared neat and clean. He was very polite. We have unusual windows, so my husband showed him how to tilt them open from the inside in order to wash the exterior of the lower half of the windows. Constantine began the project by using a ladder to reach the exterior of the top half of the windows. When he was done cleaning the top half, he came inside and cleaned the bottom half of the windows. He also brushed the screens. The windows look great! They are now spotless. Constantine was very thorough and worked carefully. It was clear that he wanted to do a good job. Nothing was damaged. Constantine communicated well was also pleasant to deal with from beginning to end. I would like to add that Olga was very helpful when I called AMRUSS, Inc., to schedule the work. It was a pleasure to work with her as well as with Constantine. We will consider AMRUSS, Inc., for additional types of projects in the future.

Have used Amruss for gutter cleaning for last few years. The are easy to schedule, perform work in a timely manner, are true to their estimates and clean up and haul leaves. It's nice to have a "go-to" for this regular home task.

It went well. They rescheduled due to weather but that was outside their control.

This is the second year I've used them. They do a nice job, the office staff is attentive, the guys who come are quick and clean.

Once again, I am impressed by this company. Isabela was able to fit me into a tight schedule with very little notice from me. She went above and beyond to get this done for me. Dennis did an amazing job washing the interior and exterior windows and doors and brushed all the screens. Very hard worker, polite and trustworthy. He takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this company. Although I only had them wash my windows this year, last year, on top of the window washing, they power washed my house, brick paver patio, driveway and so much more as well as cleaned my gutters & downspouts ... all at a very reasonable price. They did a great job then and now. I will continue to use them.

They arrived on time, cleaned the gutters, and fixed a clogged downspout. I used them previously for gutter cleaning, and they did a great job at that time. They did the same this time.

when i realized that 2 women would be here i had them do stove cleaning and bathrooms and around and under beds etc. they were great and i hope to see them again

Punctuality was an issue. They tried to defer to the following day but did finally arrive on the scheduled date after a delay of 6 hours. I had to telephone to discover the delay after they did not arrive at the scheduled time. My primary complaint is that they did considerable damage to my home. Chemicals spilled on the couch, dirty sports from liquid dripping onto the carpet and a damaged wood window blind. The employee moved the blind so aggressively that the mechanism was damaged. Eventually, they took the blind back to their office for repair. It took almost two weeks before the blind was returned repaired with glue - clearly a temporary fix - and the cords were shortened so that the blind no longer covers the full length of the window. I have asked and they agreed to replace the blind. They were given measurements and photos for color matching three different times. Most recently I was told a replacement would be purchased and I would be contacted within 24 hours to make an appointment for the installation. I was able to get this far in the process by making numerous telephone calls and having conversations with management. It has now been almost a week since the replacement was promised and I have yet to hear from them. This has been a 3 week saga and I do not believe they intend to do anything to repair the damage to my home caused by their employee. Do not use this company if you value your home. It is not worth getting an Angie's deal on price to sustain this type of damage and try to deal with a company that does not make good on the damage.

Great service. I selected this company online to clean the gutters of my 2 story home. They contacted me via phone that same evening. My home has more square footage than their standard offer so I had a to pay a minor upcharge - but was still well below the rate I've paid other gutter cleaners. They were clean and left the invoice in my mailbox. I think thy missed 1 short stretch of gutter in the center of the house on 2nd story between windows, b/c that section is visibly clogged, but I have not yet called them - just noticed this a few days ago during heavy rainstorm. Would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service (pressure washed garage floor / hauled junk).

Disappointed. Since we'd used AMRUSS in the past, I thought we'd have our outside windows washed for a reasonable price. They charged $209 for the outside windows on a 2-story house. Most of the screens were taken out and I had to put them all back in. My husband was furious about putting back the screens after paying $209. Even though I'd scheduled the appointment, and was at home, they contacted my husband several times about a squeegee left behind. We won't be using them again.

We had originally scheduled an appointment for 2:00 to 4:00 on a Wednesday. We got a call the night before saying they had given our appointment away and were rescheduling for 10:00. This wasn’t a good time, so we had to schedule another appointment for the following Monday from 3:00 to 5:00. Thinking that the two-hour deal was supposed to begin at 3:00 and end by 5:00, we called at around 4:00 to be told that the two-hour timeframe was the range of arrival. No one showed up by 5:00. We called again and were told the handyman was running late and would be here by 7:00. He finally showed up at 8:00. Artem rushed from task to task, likely because it was so late, and he wanted to leave. He seemed knowledgeable about reattaching a downspout, properly installed three closet latches, figured out how to install a water purifier membrane (we hope), and installed a wired a smoke detector. When it came to installing four battery-powered smoke detectors, he had drilled the holes for the first one before I saw how crooked it was, so it was too late to change it. I asked him to center the others between the sides of the doors. He did the first one, but the other two were not even close to centered as requested. It took three tries to get a toilet flapper installed properly. The first time I pushed the lever, nothing happened, and he told me you have to hold it down. I told him that was not true that I have installed a flapper before, and he needed to adjust the chains. He adjusted the top chain, and it still didn’t work properly. I told him to look at the flapper I had installed and adjust both chains accordingly. Finally, it worked. Since he didn’t have the tool required to cut off the end of the downspout extension, he said he would come back to do so, and he did. Of course, we were told he’d be here between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., and then that he would be here between 3:00 and 5:00. He came at 7:00 p.m. All in all, Artem seemed to be a nice guy, but we think his work suffered mainly, because he was in such a hurry to get out of here. He literally ran out the door at the end and didn’t even give us a receipt. We, seriously, don’t understand how the scheduling could be off. We would never schedule an appointment like this for 8:00 at night. The service really needs to work on this. We had to say yes or no for would you hire again, but our real answer is maybe, if they straightened out their scheduling. It also depends on the job we needed done.

Debris in gutters was removed thoroughly and they are working properly.
