The Amruss employees were professional and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to have them back, especially at the deal price: $79 + $20 (house gutters + garage) $79 (windows inside and out). $20 tip (for 2 workers) However, next time I will be prepared to provide an appropriate waste receptacle.

Great, great cost for the work performed.

The AMRUSS guy said he will come between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. He showed up at 6:50PM when it is already dark. He looked at the house and said it costs $15 more than the purchased price. I said it's ok, because I wanted it done, He and his coworker stayed less than 15 minutes and left. I don't how anybody can finish gutter cleaning in less than 15 minutes and in dark. On top of that he wanted more money. If this is not a con job, then I don't know what is. Nobody should trust AMRUSS. Angies list should remove them as service provider.

It went very well. The serviceman ran a bit late but they called to communicate and offered opportunity to reschedule if desired. They had immediate openings so no wait to get the work done.

We have used Skalna's three times now to wash our windows, inside and out, at our home. They have done an excellent job each time, for a fair price.

Very well. Would have taken me 5 hours to finish. These guys were done in 1 hour.

With no notice crew showed up at our house when no one was home, came onto our property and began work!! I got a voice mail after the crew had been working for 1/2 hour saying I needed to get home to let them in so they could finish. Mortified! I was at work miles away in the middle of an important meeting. Several immediate frantic calls to the owner went unanswered and still unreturned to this day. The work that was completed in the 30 minutes before I even knew they were there was poor. They left leaving both gates open and porch furniture in disarray. We have a dog and I shudder to think what could've happened if he were in our yard and got out because of the gates left open. What a nightmare!

Technician arrived on time and completed work. Was polite; asked me to walk around house to inspect the work when he was finished. No complaints. Thought price was very reasonable.

Many scratches on the travertine tiles, more missed areas then actually completed. Never cleaned off the new grout and old grout. Will not use again. More damage to the tiles than anything.

Hasan did a great job of making my bathroom floor attractive again. He was courteous and accommodating, and I would not hesitate to call on him again and would enthusiastically recommend him to others.

I had a certificate stating exactly what would be done. I even called the company a few days in advance to confirm. 2 men showed up on time, used a broom to remove cob webs and power washed. They were ready to leave in 45 minutes (because we had moved everything out in advance in order to organize). I went over ledges and sills with my finger and showed them dirt. They tried to tell me it wasn't a part of the job and that they weren't house cleaners. We argued and they finally got out cleaning solution and rags. I went out 20 minutes later and pointed out more dirt. I cleaned around the entry door knob to show that the finger prints needed to be removed. They argued again, so I called the company. After 15 or 20 minutes back and forth, the job got done. They moved some things back that I asked to be moved. It was a lot of aggravation for $189.00 (3 car garage that started out completely empty). William (in the office) and the girl who answered the phone were very nice to work with, and helped to remedy the solution.

Team arrived a bit late; poor interpersonal skills in terms of their arrival, communicating their undesratnding of the work, and acceptance. Somehow elected to leave a screen leaning against the house rather than install it. We've used them before, yet this was below their previous quality. May explore other options if they are on the down side

AMAZING! They not only cleaned my windows but wiped the screens. It made such a difference. I would highly recommend!!

They did not clean the outside windows only the storm windows. I also hired them to clean the gutters. They were literally at my house for about twenty minutes and it would be impossible to clean my gutters and outside windows in that amount of time. The next day it rained and the gutter was still clogged so I know they did not clean them all. They also smoked in my driveway and left their cigarette but there. I spoke with William at the company and he said he would speak with the tech and get back with me. We played phone tag for a day and a half. The next time I spoke with him he said they could come back out but they would have to charge me more. He was unwilling to work with me to resolve the issue.

ALL WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION

Went well. Did not understand original option when purchased, but he worked with me and gave me other options.
