Took before and after photos and work was done quickly.

My only "complaint" was that I think they could have done a better job on the window sills, but for $1 each I guess I am not going to get much. Two guys were done in 40 minutes, down from a bit over an hour last time.

The Provider contacted me within 24 hours of my purchasing the service with appointments available the next day. The technicians arrived right on time and were very friendly and professional. My concern is that the work itself doesn't look very professional -- in fact, my husband commented that it looks like we did it ourselves! The technician initially planned to replace the old, yellowed caulk with grout -- which I would then have to seal. When he was finished, he said he'd been unable to do so, as too many chips in the tub finish were "uncovered" when he removed it...so he replaced it with fresh caulk. It's much whiter and brighter looking, but not perfectly even; of greater concern is that I see new "chips" in the finish that weren't there before he started and most certainly were not covered by the old caulk.

Awful. The young kid who came out had no electrical experience. He ended up frying one of our breakers and we went dark upstairs and in the basement for 24 hours. He spent a lot of time on the phone yelling at somebody. What was to be a two hour job turned out to be close to 10 hours. Nice kid -- A lot of this wasn't his fault...he simply had no electrical training. The dispatcher was also rude and wouldn't give me a time when all of this would be fixed. We gave them a "D" overall and paid the $110 because a couple of fixtures were repaired (sort of) and the effort they put a lot of effort to get us back up and running. Otherwise, would have been an "F." The company is probably good at other handyman stuff, but if you need electrical work, you may want to consider someone else.

Window cleaning was not complete and power washing was fair.

Crew arrived on time & began work immediately, inside & out. Work was consistent and finished with all windows sparkling clean.

Total waste of time and money. It is clear there is poor coordination between the people in the office and the people doing the work. I have email documentation confirming an arrival time of 2-4 p.m. They showed up, unannounced, at noon. I had asked, via email, about custom matching the color. I was told they could do that for an additional charge if it exceeded the two-hour timeframe. I agreed. The men who came to do the job never discussed a match and choose a color on their own. The color they chose doesn't match the existing color or a previous spot re-grout which also was not the correct color. Instead of one color throughout, we now have three. When I called the company, the person told me that they couldn't do an exact match due the wide range of colors (which contradicts what the men doing the job told me -- that they couldn't match at all). He also disputed the confirmed time even though I have it in writing along with the discussion about the matching. He refused to accept responsibility and hung up on me when I pressed him on his denial of what I have in writing. This company also operates as Amruss Home Improvement.

Took several attempts to sand door and jamb.

One guy came with ladders, he worked very quickly - so quickly I'm not sure he could have done all that he said he would. He said he would flush the downspouts but he didn't hook up to my water spigot....

Good work at a great price. quick and easy.

The team arrived on time and did a great job. Easy to schedule too. Well worth it.

We had scheduling problems; maybe because my house is not very close to their business. But they were very polite in explaining the reasons for missing the schedule. At the end, I am satisfied with their work and professionalism.

They sub-contracted the cleaning out to a rude individual who did a good job with the powerwash and a decent job with the windows but pressured my spouse to give him a good review even though she didn't want to do a review at that moment

The representative arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I needed to ask what was found in the gutters, but he politely responded to my questions. I would hire again.

good, basic. Would have liked a little info about how the gutters are looking etc.

It went very well. I have complex patio doors and the service rep was able to work with one, even though he had to figure it out. He was honest to tell me he was not comfortable working with the other because he did not want to create a problem. I respected that.

1.75 hours late but stayed until job was done. Professional and organized.

The Amruss employees were professional and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to have them back, especially at the deal price: $79 + $20 (house gutters + garage) $79 (windows inside and out). $20 tip (for 2 workers) However, next time I will be prepared to provide an appropriate waste receptacle.
