Slight scheduling issue that was resolved to my satisfaction. Actual work was well done.

Very well, good work the patching was my worry, the hole was patched taped plastered, sanded. It was great!

This company always does a great job, whatever they are doing. They always show up as soon as they possibly can and their staff are very amicable. The desire to "upsell" the job is the only downside to hiring them.

I have used this company to clean my gutters for several years now, and they have always done a good job. I can no longer get up on ladder to check things out, so I will trust that they have done a good job this year, too. I did get a call today, two days,later, asking if I wanted to schedule the gutter cleaning. Obviously a miscommunication somewhere.

In 1 hour the very nice guy completed 3, the other 2 he couldn't figure out (its an old house).

They arrived on time and everything was done as expected.

*I got their name off Angies List. They had a discounted price so that was attractive but they had great reviews and a high rating. We paid as required up front. They contacted me in less than 24 hours and pushed hard to schedule an appointment to clean out gutters and clean and flush out downspouts. put them off because not too many leaves had fallen yet so we asked them to wait for a little bit. We called a few weeks later and they scheduled it for 11/13. They did great I thought. They showed up on 11/13 during the time I requested because I wanted someone to be home because my dogs would get all jumpy when someone was walking on the roof. They cleaned the gutters. They were spotless. Almost like they hand wiped them down. They took before and after pictures which was a great service!!. They put receipt in my door and left a bag of the trash for me which is fine and was agreed upon. I thought all was fine until 2 weeks later when I was putting a new drip tray on one of my patio downspouts and noticed that it was jammed packed with dirt and junk that wouldn't normally appear in 2-3 weeks after flushing them out. I was able to kind of unjam the downspout due to its location. I let it go until Angies sent me a survey and I contacted Angela and told what happened. Now by then it had snowed and all was frozen SO I didn't expect someone to rectify the problem but at least offer to fix the issue with some kind of resolution when the weather cleared. I assumed possibly in the spring. I was willing to bargain for a bigger discount and an apology. WELL I got ZERO. Not good. So here I sit waiting. UNACCEPTABLE. It all started out so well. They got me with the pictures in the first place.

It went well after a bit of haggling.

Company was too much in a hurry to get job done. Wanted to do job before much leaves had fallen. Decorative stones were moved and not replaced. More communication needed to convey total cost before actual job is started.

Good. Very fast - half an hour at the most.

They cleaning was so-so. Then the company tried to charge me for a cleaning that I had cancelled. They did not return my emails and there was no way to reach them by phone. I would not use their services again.

It went okay, but we didn't get the work that was described in the offer.

After a terrible review, they called and showed up without any advance warning, but the job got done, though he promised pictures and I’ve never seen them.

The young man did an excellent job. It looks like a new shower again.

I wasn't home but the gutters seem clean (no visible signs from ground view) and they cleaned up after themselves. There was an extra $10.00 charge for "safety" which I assume means they had to secure themselves to the chimney or something. It was a charge I was happy to pay for the work they did.

Ok. They were prompt. Quality was fair but price and responsiveness excellent.

Did a very good job but washed fewer windows that I had planned on.

Windows look amazing! The track however looks like i took a Clorox wipe to I‎t and that’s I‎t. Very disappointed in track cleaning.

The young man who came was courteous and pleasant. He did the job in under an hour and the windows all looked great. I'm too old to climb up and down the ladder to wash them so it was really worth it. Even though I told him I didn't need the basement windows done, he did them anyway.

Worse than terrible, made it very clear they needed to bring a ladder tall enough for a 14’ ceiling when making appointment, they said that wouldn’t be a problem because they was windows up to 4 stories high, they sent one very young man by himself and no ladder at all. He spent the entire 2 hours trying to figure out how to remove old fan, couldn’t do it, had to call a second man, still couldn’t do it and after 3 hrs left. Then lied and said they talked to me about me having to pay to rent a ladder tall enough because they didn’t have one. Needless to say they never returned
