Description of Work: Guys were quick and professional. Only comment would be that they need to change water during washing as there were some dirty water drips that I needed to clean off bottom of window after they left. Overall a good experience.

Description of Work: Overall I was very happy with the service this company performed. The 2 guys that came out to the house were polite, they worked hard and fast. I was a little disappointed to have to go over the "rims" of the windows with a damp cloth to clean up the dirty water that dripped from the windows.

Description of Work: In the Fall called to get quote to clean a specific number of windows and all gutters. Described entire house and was very specific about style of windows, number of windows, etc. Based on their quote we scheduled the work to be done. Since there was a minimum charge on the windows, and we hadn't reached the minimum number of windows with what we originally wanted done, we called back to ask if they could do some more windows than we originally scheduled, although we would still be at or below the number of windows their minimum charge would cover. They seemed quite miffed about this, but grudgingly agreed. I guess it would have been better if we'd canceled althogether and then called back as if it was a new order. They were entirely unprofessional... Then, on the day they were scheduled to do the job, I took off work to be home during the two hour period they were to come. I waited almost the entire two hours and then called them to find out where they were. I was informed that the crew was behind and that they'd arrive within 1.5 hours (late). Two men finally arrived. They immediately surveyed the house and said that they were goign to charge us twice they quoted price for some of the windows, despite the fact that they had quoted a price based on a very clear description. We called their office, and explained the situation. They accused us of not describing the windows! On top of that, they were extremely rude about it. When I mentioned that they had arrived so late, I was told that "they had called," as if this made it somehow better... They wouldn't let us speak with the owner. After a couple of phone calls back and forth I finally asked the guys to just clean the gutters. When they were done, I asked them if I needed to pay them then or would the company bill us? They said the company would bill us. Ok.... Then, a few weeks later we got a nasty call from the company saying that we hadn't paid the invoice, that of course we were still waiting to receive in the mail. I was informed that the paperwork the guys left with us was the bill. Ok, so I asked to speak with the owner again and was told that he'd call us back. Never heard from the owner. So, in summary, I would never recommend a company that doesn't honor its quotes, has such poor, rude customer service, cares so little about their customers' time, and an owner who is reportedly too busy to speak with a customer.

Description of Work: HAD A VARIETY OF HOUSEHOLD ODD JOBS....COMPLETED SOME, BUT NOT ALL OF THE LIST..SEEMED TO PICK THE EASIEST. THEY ADVERTISED $35 HOUR, BUT BROUGHT TWO GUYS. THE SECOND GUY JUST STOOD AROUND...DID NOT SAVE ANY TIME, SO IT COST ME DOUBLE WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE.
