Would've loved to have used American. Their reviews are terrific. Rob told me he'd be at my house between 9-11. I had a Zoom call scheduled at 9:30 that usually lasts 15 minutes (I'm working from home like so many others these days). I figured even if he happened to arrive during the meeting, he'd be able to wait a few minutes for me to wrap up. He showed up at 9:40, I'm on my call, and my kids tell him that I'll be there in 5-10 minutes. He wouldn't wait. 5 minutes later I run out of my office and see him driving away. I tried calling him. I left a message on the company voicemail. He wouldn't call me back. Bottom line - a very frustrating experience from a company that's highly rated and would've likely done a great job. I just wish people would be a bit more patient these days. We're all trying to juggle so many things and his impatience was a real bummer. Sigh.

Rob was extremely responsive and helpful. He coordinated with us and other service providers and helped us identify the source of the issue. He was honest and unlike other companies we consulted with, did not create unnecessary work or expense for us. I trust him and would highly recommend him as a high integrity business owner!

Rob epoxy-injected one new crack from inside and dug down outside to plug two older failed cracks that had been injected by others many years ago. Foundation wall extends three feet below grade.

Everything was sealed to perfection. Even after the 7 inches of historic rainfall this summer, nothing that was fixed, ended up leaking.

Rob was great: knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and patient. He came quickly to inspect the issue and give me a quote. While he was doing the repairs he showed me the problems and explained how he was fixing them and answered all my questions. I felt confident choosing him for our repairs. His price was competitive and I would hire him again.

Rob is very responsive, prompt, and reasonable. When the water seeped in again, he was very responsive and came right back out reseal it. Highly recommend him!

We were getting water in our basement. We had 2 plumbers come out and give us proposals on how to solve the problem. Rob came out and assessed the situation. He said he was positive that our issue was not a plumbing issue, that it was cracks in our foundation and space around our siding and windows. His quote was half the price of the plumbers'. Even though he was extremely busy due to the amount of flooded basements at the beginning of the summer, he was able to squeeze us in at 7:00 am before we were leaving to go out of town. We have had a dry basement ever since! I would recommend Rob to anyone having issues with water in their basement.

Rob was very professional, easy going and patient. There was no sales pitch or pressure. The work was done in a timely manner and very professional. I do basement remodeling for a living and would recommend rob in the future.

called american waterproofing in early august and they came out immediately. they assessed the problem and offered a simple solution. i have two other companies come out, however their solutions were much more complexed and costly. american waterproofing won the bid with the simplest solution and lowest bid.

I had enough of the seeping water and was selling the house, so I had to have it taken care of. It was like a domino effect, one thing happened, and in order to take care of that, we had to do something else. They were good about informing me about what other things I needed. He was honest, in terms of pricing. He wasn't trying to charge me too much.

We had a very good experience with this company. The owner called back immediately and came on time. He came out a number of times to find the cracks. This was during rain storms, so he was unable to repair at that time. He only charged us for the work that was finally done and not for the visits that lead up to the repairs. I would use this company again and recommend them as well. Price was very good.

THE BASEMENT STILL LEAKS. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN OUT SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THEY SAY THAT THE DOOR IS THE PROBLEM.
