Boris was professional and gave a detailed estimate. Made excellent repairs to wood fence (replaced two cedar posts) in a timely matter. Only issue was that cleanup could have been a bit more complete, but overall had a great experience with them and would hire them again.

We did get off on the wrong foot when Boris did not show up for the appointment to review and quote on the fence repairs. I wasted half of afternoon waiting for him since he did not call to advise he wasn't coming and did not answer my call. He did show up the following day unannounced and did look to see what the project entailed. Boris was very polite and apologized for not contacting me about missing the first appointment. He provided me with a quote via email that evening. He agreed to schedule the work for some time late in the month but in the event he was able to get the work done within the week. Boris and his helper arrived at mid-morning and worked through the rest of the day to remove five rotted fence posts and repair/reattach a section that had blown out during a heavy winter wind. Their work was nicely done, sturdy, and the six work areas were well-cleaned when they were finished. Based the quality of work and a competitive price, I am glad I chose to have Boris do the work despite my irritation at the outset. I would certainly ask him again to repair the fence if the need arose.

My basement experienced water flooding in multiple locations after very heavy rain. A well-known company provided an estimate of 14K for floor tiles, a new sump pump and told me the bathroom would have to be remodeled because of the floor tiles. Allegro Design came out for an estimate and told me that they would have to cut the drywall in the rooms because they could not diagnose the problem by guessing. After hiring them, they cut the drywall which revealed there were huge wall cracks by the windows. They sealed them from both inside and outside. They dug up my yard and applied liquid rubber and cleaned up so well that you could not tell they were there. They also cut the drywall neatly so we could reattach them ourselves later. I appreciate their honestly, fair pricing, cleanliness and the fact that they did not try to sell me on an expensive new sump pump or floor tiles. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the quality of his work. He was very responsive, came right out to look at the job and was the there do the job a couple days later.

Boris is very professional, and he only bid on the work that he felt was needed to solve my problem. Other companies gave me much higher bids that included things that weren't necessary. We've had a few heavy rainfalls and we haven't gotten any water in the basement! I highly recommend Allegro. I also hired Allegro to insulate the attic and crawl space. Great work at a great price!

Replaced only the fence posts reusing the fence panels .....which saved money.
