Description of Work: I contacted Treu Landscaping to give me a quote for a major project we wanted to do in our yard. They were recommended to me by a neighbor who just signed a contract with them. The owner of the company made an appointment to come out. He called me the day of the appointment and told me that he needed to cancel. I had other companies coming out as well to give bids, so I was going to leave it up to Treu to reschedule. He said they would call me the following week. They called me 2 weeks later and said they would come out on thursday or friday depending on if it rained. They had another job in the area and would come to my house before they started that job. I didn't get a call either day and have not heard back from them since. Treu missed out on this opportunity as this project was quite large and by no means the last landscape project we plan to do on our new property.
