Description of Work: They were not able to schedule a time on weekends and required a 3 hour window during the week beginning no later than 3 pm... As such I requested a refund. Nice folks, but that sort of scheduling does not work for my job requirements etc.

Description of Work: I purchased the $39 furnace tune-up deal for our rental. The furnace had not been checked for quite a while so we weren't surprised when the technician told us the fan was very dirty. We gave him the ok to clean it which cost another $95. Seemed a little high to me but I guess it's the going rate. No complaints about the technician or the office staff.

Description of Work: I jumped on the special to have them come out and do an inspection on our HVAC unit. This is usually a $89-$150 type of service. They were very professional and told us exactly what we should do with our unit and what was wrong with it. I would recommend them and will most likely use them in the future.
