Description of Work: My air conditioner wasn't working and the employee from Blue came out and checked out the unit (which was on the roof of my apt building) first. He analyzed and gave me some options with which to go with. I choose the lesser of the 2 options considering there was no way to tell exactly what was wrong with the unit but he proceeded with the option I had chosen. It worked after all was said and done!

Description of Work: Water was leaking from the Air condition. The technician was very polite aand knowledgeable. He showed me AC COIL plate was rusted. He also cleaned the furnace, and tolod me that I should replace the furnace. He lit the furnace and left the house but returned and told me his boss will be mad he has to take measurement of furnace but he cut the furnace connection without my knowledge. I called Rodney and HVAC TECH and got new furnace and AC paying $4850 without getting quote from any other company.

I apologize that you had a bad experience with our company. If there is some sort of harm that the furnace can do to the customer, for example a cracked heat exchanger, we have to disconnect the line in order to protect you and ourselves. If something were to happen to you because we didn't disconnect the line, then we are liable for any damages, deaths, etc. That is why the technician did what he did. Description of Work: Came to clean my furnace and house humidifier. Replaced my humidifier filter. And created a slot on my furnace so it can hold furnace filter, this cost about 200 without discount, but did get discount for being Angie's member for this part only.

Description of Work: We were very happy with service of checking the system as promised. However, the estimate for the fix was too much compared to the service provider we ended up using. Also, technician put in a fix part before telling us how much it would be we asked him to take it out. We believe he should have told us before he was going to do it. Nice guy though.

Description of Work: We got quote from airblue for a full HVAC system replacement with a good amount of extras. |Konrad was awesome to deal with and very good at answering detailed follow up question. The price was competitive and I have no doubt that they would have done a great job based on my interaction with Konrad. |We did end up going with a different contractor only because of the smallest details. Air blue was a very very close second among the 5 quotes we got. |I would not hesitate recommending them.
