We had an aging HVAC system that had broken down one year prior (2016). Air Blue had done a great job with the prior repair work and had indicated that we may want to look into getting a new system, so we wanted to give them our business again. The following year (2017), we reviewed options and ended up picking one of the appropriate systems for the size of our home and the estimated number of years we would live here. On the day of the installation, the team showed up on time, left the area clean, and were very polite. However, the techs that installed the system didn't walk us through operation and blocked access to the air filter so that we couldn't change it. As a result, we had to schedule a second appointment to get one of the pipes reconfigured to allow us access to the filter. Everything went smoothly on the second visit and we were not charged at all. Overall, I would definitely recommend them again and will continue to use them for my own repair work.

I found another company to install the new A/C system. I don't know why I didn't use them because it has been too long.

Good.. the tech was very thorough in describing the need and the work to be performed.

It turned out good. He explained everything, did what he had to do, and he was gone; no problem.

The price seemed fair. They were here about an hour and a half.

At that time they were grade A that is why I called them for the second time.

The service wasn't good. The price was higher. The repair had issues. The guy wasn't really punctual. There were still some problems.

Twice they gave me an air conditioner, and I used them for something else too. They came out and then right after that they installed the A/C. It was quite expensive. They were very expensive. It was good but it was very expensive. It was good. The workers were good. It was 2 hours. The cleaned up good, they did well.

This is the second time I have used them. The first time it was great. The second time it wasn’t as great, because the guy was trying to up sell me with everything and that’s a turn off. The first time it was a different tech and he was really up front with me and he didn’t try to up sell me on anything. It was great. He did his job and told me that I didn’t really need anything and that’s it. The second time, this guy is telling me that I literally need to replace everything. It’s like a total 180.

The installation took 8 hours, but was done in one day, as promised, and we are very pleased with the results.

Air Blue has been professional and courteous. Their technicians are knowledgeable and punctual. They cleaned up after they completed the work. They are honest and are always willing to listen to any feedback that I have for them as a customer. They are keen to ensure that I am satisfied with their work. Will definitely recommend them.

They did not charge me anything because I have service contract with them. They installed a new A/C for me, so it was under warranty. The scheduling was good. I think they scheduled the time, and they were on time. It was a good experience. The pricing is fair. With the quality, they installed it and it leaked, but they came back and fixed it.

One month after the tun up my furnace broke and it was the part that was not identified during the tun-up. When I called them to get the repair done no one ever called me back and I had to hire someone else

Wasted my time and money. Offered no solution except suggested buying a new one in the morning.

I was stressed about access to the damper, envisioning holes in my finished basement! Luckily, the repair guy came, we found the noise quickly, located the damper in a closet, and he fixed it in 5 minutes. Al was the name of my service person; really professional and friendly. I purchased the diagnostic coupon on Angie's List, and it saved me $30.00. Since I have an older furnace, Al recommended I purchased a service plan. I am considering that option since my furnace of over 15 years old. I am considering having them call back to clean my ducts since I am sure it has never been done in my home.

It was fixed. Essentially, the technician only needed to flip a switch which was like pressing a reset button on your computer. But he charged $200 because so called "minimum charge". That was $140 additional charge on what is advertised on Angie's List. I don't think the pricing was fair at all given the scope of work and efforts required to fix it.

Professional and all work was explained and completed on time and well.

Told a new furnace was needed. We were told there were cracks, things missing, and carbon monoxide possibly leaking. Had someone else look at the furnace, who said that the furnace was in great working order, and that we should change the filter in the humidifier. $10 for the filter. Replacing the furnace, $3500- $7000. Clearly this company employs less than capable individuals, or are just thieves.

I have been a customer of Air Blue for nearly 18 months. I recommend them because I find the quality of their service to be unmatched. We used them install a smart thermostat and their technician was very helpful in both setting up the system and in providing us instruction on its use. The programs we developed that day have worked without issue. When I have had urgent issues with our furnace or HVAC systems, the Air Blue team has been both responsive and very easy to work with. It’s common to find companies that claim to provide great service…but is rare to find that one delivers on that promise as well as Air Blue does.

Excellent communication, I fully understood the issue and the options for repair. Unfortunately, following repair a different part of the AC unit failed. The unit was very old, so they replaced with a new unit. The new unit was fairly priced and the installation was done quickly.

They came out same day on a Saturday and it was fixed within 4-5 hours of calling them. I can't comment on the price as I didn't shop around. The service call price was definitely fair. Especially for a Saturday.
