Wasted my time.
Description of Work: They sent a tech to work on my furnace that stopped working. And the tech was very communicative between the company and with me the customer however, they were unable to fix the problem or put in any kind of a temporary patch or solution to get my furnace going for at least that night and I ended up paying for them to come out and they left full well knowing that the situation was still the same.

When our technician Luke came out to your home he did let you know why your furnace was not working properly and gave you the recommendations to repair or replace since your unit is way past the life expectancy. You declined all recommendations at that time so there was nothing else we could do for you. I apologize that you were under the impression that we would repair your furnace for $45.00 dollars. I wish you would have contacted the office earlier than over [Member Information Removed] year later so we could have done something to resolve this issue. We do appreciate the feedback though. Description of Work: READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU HIRE: |The guy came in and check my AC because it's not cooling said it needs 9 lbs refrigerant and needs other works and gave an estimate of $1700+ to fix it and offer me replacement options for a new AC from 2k to 3 K . |did not add refrigerant because it's not going to make any diffrence . Called another company my AC got fixed and working For $300 needs 5 lbs of refrigerant only n its cooling didn't need any fixing and no leak . I am not going to say anything about this company nor vent . But with my story you be the one to judge.

I apologize that you were not satisfied with the service. I believe I spoke to you and we made sure you got a refund for the purchase. As far as pricing, not all companies are the same. We have very competitive pricing for our area and always remember to keep in mind you pay what you get for. I had a situation like this with another company and a year later they were calling us back because the other company no longer existed, they had no warranty etc. They ended up paying almost double because they chose to go with the other company. As far as our technicians they are all Nate Certified we have a lot of great customers that are very happy with the work we do. I apologize again that you had such a paid experience but maybe you will give our company a try again. Thank you for taking the time to review our service, but also I was told you would remove the review because we took care of the issue you originally complained about.
