I had originally called them for A/C and furnace maintenance and they informed me that my units were of an age that they would most likely need to be replaced. They seemed knowledgeable and reasonable, not trying to sell me something I didn't need. Subsequent discussions with other vendors confirmed their diagnosis. The negotiation process could have been a little smoother. They spec'd units in their estimate without really consulting me as to what my options were, regarding brands and models. After doing a bit of research myself, I exchanged a few mails with them that were largely unproductive, my questions weren't answered and it seemed like they were of the opinion that I was only trying to whittle the price down -- when in fact I was inquiring about more expensive models and never once told them they were too expensive. i just wanted to ensure that I was making a semi-informed decision. We finally got there and I decided to move ahead with them, partially because their pricing seemed competitive (hard to tell exactly, as the quotes were all for different replacement equipment) and mostly because of the positive initial encounter. Fortunately, my patience and faith were rewarded. The actual installation could not have been better. The installers were quick, courteous and professional. To my untrained eye, they seemed to do a very good job and went above-and-beyond in a couple instances (changing out old valves, etc). They even sourced me some replacement filters directly from their distributor.

Called based on the existing positive reviews from Angie's List for a new furnace installation. Spoke with Konrad directly and was very helpful and upfront. Their pricing was very competitive and they were able to come out right away to check out our existing unit to propose a new one. The were then able to come out the next day from deciding to purchase and install the new unit. Technicians were very friendly and professional and worked for about 7 hour to complete the removal of the old unit, replacing a return duct and making the modifications necessary to fit the existing coil for the A/C. I was very satisfied with the end result, the cost, the service, and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Air Blue to anyone for HVAC or any other services they perform!

They were punctual and polite. They made extra trips to explain things to me and were very nice about it. They gave good estimates as to costs and time involved.

Great Experience! Konrad was very throrough and worked with us to come up with the right units for our budget. All 3 of our units needed replacement given they were 20 years old and would only last a couple more year with a band-aid fix. Konrad was great about explaining the differences in the efficiencies and cost savings both monthly and thru rebates. The team who installed the units was awesome... they worked very quickly! We even had to build 2 rooms around the unit and they rocked them out in just a few days. Overall we are very pleased with the service and highly recommend Konrad & his team!

Called 30 mins before each day, on time. Let me watch while refilling A/C, told me everything he'd be doing before doing, cost = estimated cost.

Fantastic job. Replaced air conditioner part and cleaned our air ducts.

Everything was good except the work order mistakenly didn't specify replacing the dampers (as it should have), so they had to retro-fit some in utilizing old parts. The good news is the owner is quite knowledgeable and customer sensitive - he is following up to correct this and trying to do everything he can to make sure we are happy with the final outcome. Would have to give them an "A" for effort in making sure the customer is happy.

Technician came out on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do. After an hour, my humidifier was installed and the technician showed me how to use it. He then cleaned up the area and answered any questions I had. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied of Air Blues performance. On top of that, the owner called me the same day to check on his technician to see if I was happy and had any questions or complaints. The owner then mentioned to call him at any time if there were any problems or questions I might have in the future. WOW! Talk about caring for your customers. I will be coming back for all my HVAC needs in the future. Great service, great price, great customer support!

I used friend's Angies List to look up an HVAC contractor for my house. I purchased the house recently and needed everything replaced from my AC to a water heater. I hired Air Blue after Conrad, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate for the wok. I also took estimates from other companies I got on Angies List. Air Blue was not the lowest but they offered the most beneifts such as 0% for 36%, 10-year warranty on everything, and hassle-free service. They also did my duct cleaning and dryer vent. They installed new sheet metal and ducts in the basement of my house. Overall, I am very pleased with the work. It took them about 3 days to finish everything but the work was very smooth and they cleaned after themselves which I was very happy about. I created Angies List in order to give this feedback because I believe good companies should get credit for what they do. Thanks again Air Blue and we will keep you in mind for any future HVAC work.

I hired Air Blue for AC and furnace installation and I was very satisfied, so couple weeks later I called them to clean my ducts. They did a great job. House seems less dusty after the duct cleaning and we are again very satisifed with the price and quality fo work. They also did the dryer vent while they were cleaning ducts.

We decided to hire Air Blue as they were recommended by a friend and also came in at the best price during the estimate. They installed new furnace and water heater at the house that we were remodeling and also put in this new fancy thermostat that I always wanted. They did the job very quickly given the amount of work that was to be done and i'm very pleased with the quality. They also cleaned the ducts as they were pretty nasty and probably not cleaned since the house was built. Overall, solid performance that I would recommend to anyone.

They honor the coupon if you actually print it out; which I didn’t and they charged me. They qualified the work and that’s why I used them. They didn’t do anything. I would not use them again in the future.

I hired Air Blue after I received an estimate from the owner. They had the best price from all the companies I reviewed. They came out to my house, installed the equipment, and answered every question I had about operation. They were very professional, clean, and most of all polite. I liked that they were not pushing the product or services on me. They mailed me all the warranties and it has been about 2 weeks since the installation and I already received phone calls from the office asking me how satisfied I am with their services. Great customer service! Overall, I am very happy with the installation, product, and the company!

They did everything well. The work that they did was perfect. I’m very happy with them. They are very prompt and their service is perfect. They are punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future if need be.

Konrad is amazing and went over and above every step of the way! I initially contacted air blue because of a smell coming from our AC. I already had 3 other AC companies out, and everyone said the unit was fine. Not only did Konrad and his team do a great job with the duct cleaning, but he went over and above and found and fixed the source of the smell that the other 3 companies all missed. Our coil was installed incorrectly and water wasn't draining right resulting in a smelly black sludge which he cleaned! After that I had him inspect my whole system. He and his team did a great job installing additional returns and supplies to help us have a more balanced system - and corrected that we were VERY under returned and were wearing out our unit way faster than we should have been (4 small returns for 12 supplies). The installation went smoothly - even cutting the drywall the kept it super clean - and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. After that I had him check our other AC unit that was having trouble on and off. Of course when he got here, it was working fine. But unlike other companies that just said nothing was wrong and/or it was just low on freon, he believed me and investigated deeper. Sure enough, by spending extra time watching the pressures - he found them spiking and dropping - which was overloading our unit and occasionally overloading - thus preventing it from working. Again, a problem that 2 other companies missed! Every step of the way he was professional, patient with my millions of questions, thorough, went over and above, and did a great job. I highly recommend Air Blue!

The process went very well. The Tech came out to service the AC witch was not cooling the house again... I had called a different Heating and cooling company who installed the unit and they added freeon to the unit the week before. The same problem occured again a week later and I didn't want to call that company out again because they failed to fix the problem the 1st time. So I called Air Blue who is a Carrier rep. They came out and in 10 min they knew that the compressor was the problem not the Freeon levels. They ran a die into the coils to confirm this and then submitted the coil to the warranty on the unit as it is only a year and a half old. They were able to get all the parts covered by the manufacturer and only charged me for labor with a discount they also threw in the Freeon recharge because of my expierience with the other HV/AC company. They were promp and professional, were able to discover, fix and act as an advocate for me the consumer to the manufacurer and enact the warranty. They saved me about a $1000 by asking the right questions, can't thank them enough. I would definatly recomend them to anyone who has a HV/AC problem.

Our furnace died in the middle of winter. The quote for repalcement came quickly, installation was timely and without incident. Konrad was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to a long relationship.
