First installation had to be corrected

Good, was not too informative but he did tell me what I needed...

Air Blue was on time, courteous, and efficient. I signed up for their year-round maintenance plan whereas they'll perform a tune up for the AC just before Spring, and a tune up for the furnace and humidifier just before Autumn.

I was having issues with my furnace turning on as a result of a dirty sensor . Air blue quickly came out , cleaned it and my furnace was back to running in good shape . They didn’t try to sell me anything or get me to upgrade as other HVAC companies do. Overall , very impressed with their quick quality service and honesty. Thanks

They're not good. They advertised 1 lb refrigerant with ac servicing. But the guy tried to give vague reasons not to top off refrigerant and ultimately didn't add any refrigerant at all.. Will not be hiring them again.

Konrad was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to our house to give us a quote. He offered good information and options when discussing our situation. The people who did the installation were professional, cleaned up everything very well and kept us informed as to the progress and when things would be completed. We were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish and would highly recommend Air Blue. We will continue to use them for ongoing maintenance and any other issues. Were very accommodating when gas was unexpectedly turned off before first visit. Came back the next morning to complete work.

Technician showed on time. I explained that the a/c condenser was not turning on when I turned the a/c on in the house. He brought out his equipment, ran some tests, and told me that the condenser was broken. The hvac was installed less than 2 years ago and he agreed it should be covered under warranty. I explained to him that I had a couple issues with the company that installed the equipment. When he came inside to look at furnace, he said that the entire installation was not installed properly so it would not be covered under warranty. He then gave me three quotes, the least expensive being to replace the entire a/c unit for $4500, and the most expensive to replace entire system for over $15000. I then had the company that installed the equipment come out, and the Technician put in a new capacitor at no charge and had the a/c working in 15 minutes. The Technician from Air Blue Heating and Cooling lied about the condenser not working. I believe he was looking defraud me. I will follow up with BBB.

It went pretty well. I had no issues with it. It was like a Tuesday, it was a week day. I remember they offered to come in early so I was appreciative of that. It was just merely satisfactory. I would recommend them.

Air Blue technicians did a good job of replacing an old air conditioner that stopped working. They also sent someone out for quality inspection after the installation.

It was a great experience overall.Good scheduling and follow up on call. Technician was very professional, showed me a number of small issues. Fixed a humidifier drain issue from another companies original installation (cost below). Gave some recommendations to improve efficiency and life of furnace and heat pump. Have used for tenant air conditioning replacement also with same high quality, honest and ontime results.

The installation of the new systems went well as described above. I like the professionalism of their support crew for the annual maintenance checks for both the furnace and air-conditioner. I had a new Carrier Wifi enabled thermostat installed last year. The latter is a pretty complicated installation and therefore seemed pricey. That said, I am quite happy with the functionality of the new thermostat. The cost mentioned in this review is for their annual support arrangement.

They have been very punctual. They are very prompt, they’re very professional. We would use them every year. They’ve kept the air conditioner in business. There have been problems and they have been able to fix it immediately. Other than that, we’ve had less problems than I think we would have if we didn’t have regular maintenance. We used this company because of Angie’s List. The last time they were here they had to replace a pump on the air mover and they had the part that they required in their truck. I was just really very pleased, I thought they would probably have to go get the part and then come back, but they didn’t.

I had some hail damage and had several things done on my house. I thought my air conditioner was running fine, I had them come out and check it to be sure since it was an older unit. I noticed they were recommending what I could do to replace it, and I just felt like they were a little expensive. They seemed like they were a little costly for further replacement of the air conditioner and heating unit in the house. The interactions with them were fine. The work was good, they finished everything fine. The only thing I made a mental note to myself about was that they seemed a little pricey for replacement. I didn't get it replaced since it was running fine. They didn't really perform any work, they just inspected the unit and told me what I could do. I would considering using them in the future, I would have have to compare prices with other companies.

My husband assumed correctly that he would give a high estimate to repair if he wanted to sell us a new system. We hired a second company to come in and did the repair for $230! What a sham!!! Waste of $59 to give us a sales pitch.

Konrad worked very patiently and professionally with us as we tried to understand and compare our various replacement options. The office staff was very congenial in handling the scheduling and payment. Installation happened with a week of finalizing our decision. The installers were very professional and went the extra mile to make sure the equipment was installed correctly and in an easily serviceable fashion. (The village inspector was impressed by the workmanship.) The office followed up several weeks later to check on our satisfaction. I'm very pleased with Air Blue's service and the Carrier equipment.

Slow in response, and slow in arriving at property.

It went horrible. My appt was for 4 til 7 they call ask to move appt from 1 til 4 no show til I call close to 6. I had a coupon the tech wanted more money and ask if I wanted him take it out of his pocket begin going back and forth with my 70 yr old dad. My Dad asked him to leave paid owner next day for services. Owner seem to not care. This company sucks. If you are looking for courteous, professional, tech's this is not the Company you want to go with. I am a business owner and this is not acceptable.

Very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about the various options. I appreciated the honesty in advising which options were worthwhile, v.s. which ones were not. I obtained a quote, but then was pulled off a higher priority project (roof) for the past 1.5 months. Thus, I haven't made a decision yet nor evaluated the quality. Upon initial review, their costs appear above average. I'll update the review once I can focus again on the HVAC project.

Found that over 30 year old furnace was not working well so recommended replacement which I did. Also cleaned and charged A/C as well.

Instead of the technician doing the tune up. He gave us a $1000 repair estimate and then charged us for a diagnosis we did not authorize.

Horrible. The technician was either incompetent or just a fraud. He tried to coax me into expensive repairs that were not needed and did not complete the work that I was charged for.

I had to pay over whatever I paid for the service on Angie's list. It was at least $150 over. The work was excellent, it was good. He found the solution to my air conditioning needs, I just thought that they were a little bit pricey.
