A.B. Edward Enterprises, Inc.

Our experience with AB Edward was 5+ stars. We will definitely hire them again to do any work they are able to do on and around our home. They priced our jobs fairly, were patient in negotiating the transaction and reasonable with requests. Their communication was always timely. It was so nice and very convenient to have a "one stop shop" for our masonry, roof, pavers and even caulking around the windows. Time will tell if the thorough work done on our home will stop water entry, but so far so great! (We had an ice dam on the roof on one side of our home a couple of winters ago and on another side, some chimney cracks and decided on a rebuild of the chimney to really do the job correctly) In sum, we are very happy customers and will hire AB Edward again some day (hopefully not too soon though ;-). As the owner, Andy, said, "His middle name is patience! " He was certainly patient with me as we worked together to make sure the job was done right!

We had A.B.Edward come out for a repair to our 3rd floor rooftop to stop the water leak in our master bedroom(issue for about a year). I am very pleased! The guys were great. In about 2 hours they identified the issue and fixed it! They even found other small holes around the roof and made repairs before they became an issue. Very fair pricing. I highly recommend.

Let me start by saying I am a repeat customer of A.B. Edwards. They have done 2 roofs for me. I have had the worst luck with contractors over the years. A.B. Edwards is probably the only contractor I trust!. I had the world’s worst siding on my house. I called Bo and asked what he thought I can do to fix it up. My previous contractor had done such a poor job he said I need to replace it. He referred me to Chris Ryba. For the record Chris is a very patient person. I am a real pain to deal with. I have been told I am a little neurotic. He answered all questions and all my calls. I really appreciate that. Since everyone is concerned with price, let me say they gave me what I thought was a very fair price. What they did do was a damn good job. The attention to detail kind of floored me. Everything that can be flashed was flashed. There are almost no seams length wise on the siding. They used up a lot of product to make sure my house has a smooth and finished look. Everything is sealed up tight. They corrected some poor carpentry, and even fixed an exterior wall. They also did soffit and gutters. My house was built in 1949. They literally took off 74 years of soffit and reframed everything. Chris (don’t know last name) was the main carpenter. Everything he did very impressive. He did not skip a step. I have a not so great patio set up, and they took extra steps to make sure my house would never see water. The put in extra flashing along the cement to make sure no water can get to the house. Peace of mind! They also did a lime stone cap over some fake stone I have on my house. Made it look very finished. Finally they fixed a cracked chimney cap for me. My house looks great! If I need any further exterior work, I will be calling them.

The crew was first rate and Chris was very responsive to our needs.

They were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to deal with my insurance company. Cleaned up beautifully as well, it was like they were never even there.
