Repaired a 40 year old jetted tub. Immediately knew what the issue was over the phone just by my description. Motor was difficult to access, but Cary got the tub running even better than before. He showed me how to make jets more powerful which I had never known. Very reasonable for the work that was done and knows his business. Highly recommend!

Cary called me within 24hr. He made a suggestion for me to look at before coming out and guess what it worked! When I offered to pay for his consulting of possible issues he decline to take my money. Great customer service and not there to just take your money for easy fixes. 10 stars!

Cary spent a lot of time diagnosing our "inherited" hot tob circa 1990 that came with our new home, helping reset the control panel, replace the light and showing us how to use and maintain. He was professional and responsive by text, payment was easy and the cost was appropriate for the service. He came back to our home free of charge to fix an error with the light install that caused a leak, and now our hot tub works beautifully.

Value for Money

When I talked to Cary over the phone he initially told me the tub problem could be fixed in one visit, despite my verbalized doubts, and would only cost a $75 dollar service fee. Pictures were sent and 2 separate conversations over the phone were had about the issue. When he came over to do the project he was unable to complete the job, saying **I am not a plumber** and increased the price. On the second visit, he brought someone with him to do the job and refused to show me receipts for the parts that were bought saying **we do not do it that way** and increased the price again. When the job took an extra 3 hours than stated, I needed to leave for work and I was forced to leave him in my home unattended and my doors unlocked. Then he tried to increase the price again. The man he brought with him was honorable and stuck to the original agreed price and did a good job replacing the tub faucet. I appreciated his availability to come on the weekends and when I called his cellphone he always answered and promptly responded to texts.

Cary called back right away - made time to check out the repair next day since he was in the area, and found and fixed a minor leak. Very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
