He came over on 11/27 & said he had to order parts & would call me when they came in. He never called. I called him on 12/12 to see if the parts came in yet. He said they did but he must have "lost my number" so he never called. He then wanted me to tx my address, Again. The GOOD thing is he said I would not owe the $70 visit fee till he replaced the parts. The BAD thing, it's now Very cold out and chances of the water freezing have increased considerably. Cannot Rate Work as it has Not Been Done Yet.

He was very helpful and came back several times to help open our hot tub and which needed to be fixed, but just one just later it stopped working so clearly there was a bigger, undiagnosed problem. However he was very friendly and informative and had a great price.
