+ -1 moreEverything went perfect! Being a small business owner myself, it is wonderful to deal with people like Wayne. You can tell that Wayne and his staff really care about their work and their clients happiness. After the installation was complete the technician spent time with me and my employee's explaining how use the complete system. He also helped with getting the video feed to show up on my computer and my cell phone. To top it all off, I received a "thank you" card from Wayne just the other day. I wish all small businesses operated this way, I will be recommending Wayne and Security Installation Group to anyone he needs a security system. No only were his prices better than other's out there, his customer service was far above par!
Description of Work: Wayne, the owner, came to my office and quoted me for an alarm system which included a video camera, keypad which controlled my door lock, and key fob. I decided to go with the service and setup installation. A couple days later both him and his installer, Phil, showed up on time to do the work. Wayne stayed to make sure that everything would be completed the way I wanted it and then he let Phil, the installer, do his work.
