+ 2 moreHe was extremely responsive during the project to discuss/modify what was happening. When I texted him a question, I usually got a return text or phone call within minutes. His workers were efficient, professional and really hard workers. The additional charges because of unforeseen problems were all very reasonable. There were no gotchas. Therefore, I recommend Royal Falcon without reservation.
Description of Work: I received quotes for re-cladding our house from 3 competitors. 2 companies e-mailed their quotes. Igor Sokolov, President of Royal Falcon, was the only one who wanted to present his quote in person. Prior to our meeting, I had drafted a lengthy questionnaire to get behind the quote. Igor answered every question to my satisfaction and we retained him for the project. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his input as we determined exactly how we wanted to configure the brick and stone front of our house.

+ 0 moreStucco removal was labor intensive but everyday the area was cleaned up and orderly. As well as the brick removal. Again very labor intensive but always cleaned up daily and items were stored away or taken away depending on the weather. Was a lengthy process due to weather but finally everything is completed and looks beautiful.
Description of Work: Demo'd exterior of home. Removing stucco, brick and replacing with stone.

+ 2 moreHe was very fair. I had three estimates and he was the lowest, but they were all pretty close. He gave me honest advice. I have a Dryvit house. They all want you to rip it off, but then I talked to a lot of people. I like Dryvit; I think the product is good. This is the original installation. It was probably not done correctly, but it has been in my house for twenty years and I have not done anything to it. This was the first time I did anything.
Description of Work: We have used Royal Falcon. He does Dryvit remediation, removal, and siding. I replaced 11 windows with Pella windows. He redid the whole outside and painted the whole outside of the Dryvit. So, the house looks gorgeous. He would rip it off, reside it, and redo it completely with whatever the design is. For me, it was a Dryvit repair and upgrade. It is resurfacing.

We are TOTALLY pleased with Royal Falcon and would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality masonry job. Yuri came out right away for a quote - arrived when he said he would. We scheduled within 2 weeks. They came out exactly the days and times they said, worked hard, and completed the job in 2 days to our utmost satisfaction. It looks beautiful and we will be proud to show it off.
