 + -1 moreRoger was recommended to me from a trusted friend. I lived in my house for 30 years and was only thinking of selling at the time I spoke to Roger. I found him very understanding. He did not put any pressure on me to sell. As I wanted to downsize, I had a lot of organizing to do before I was ready to put my house on the market. Roger offered many helpful suggestions to get me through that process. When I did put my house on the market I found Roger to be honest, reliable, and very knowledgeable about the area. I listed my 100 year old house in late April 2014 and was moved into my lovely condo by mid August 2014. He is a professional, a gentleman, and we had a few laughs throughout it all. I would recommend Roger if you want an honest, hard working realtor guiding you through what can be a very stressful process.
Description of Work: Roger Fox listed my house, with photos and the usual marketing. He put me in contact with related parties that also assisted me in the process. He assisted me in my condo purchase. I sold my house, bought a condo and although the process is finished I can call Roger for any other assistance that may come up.
