Susann is simply amazing. Not only is she the best Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with, we now consider her a friend after the short time we spent together and all the help that she has provided for us. We bought/sold during the end of the crazy housing market through Summer 2022 – Susann helped us navigate all that from start to finish. What I really want to emphasize is the amount of work that she goes above and beyond to do for her clients. Her research/data/info for home comps are meticulous yet easy to understand and she is honest and forthright with everything that is n the table. She is ALWAYS available no matter where or what time, Susann would answer all our questions even while she was at weddings, ball games etc... her eye for detail when it comes to staging homes is impeccable - and finally, her support structure in beyond anything we have ever seen before - she has a stable of people to help with ANYTHING you might need, cleaners, carpet cleaners, plumbers, masonaries and more, if we needed any work done, Susann took care of it (sometimes herself!) and with a smile...it was the best thing we could ask for. So very happy with her services.

Stephen Haas has represented us in prior real estate transactions, so we were knowledgable of his spot on counsel and practices. He is top drawer. There are many real estate agents to choose from, but Stephen has distinguished himself as detail oriented, thorough researcher of the market, accurate in his assessment of positioning the property, and closing the deal promptly. In our case, he secured for us a contract to sell our property in 9 days within a couple of thousand of our listing price, which was on the high end of two other properties that recently sold in our neighborhood.

Susann and her team did an excellent job of keeping me informed and navigating the waters of what turned out to be an interesting transaction with the buyer of the home. She did a great job. Got a repair man in and did painting and carpet shampooing. We were selling a condo and we were out of town. Recommend people to take care of everything and made it smooth. Found a buyer by making some calls to other agents. Perfect. Highly recommend. Can't do better.

We listed our house in Wheaton with Susann after interviewing several realtors. Susann?s marketing plan, staging suggestions, pricing rationale and enthusiasm sold us. We had 2 offers the first 5 days which shows she was right on target. She was there for us every step of the way through closing and has kept in contact with us to this day. Fortunately we could not make a deal with the land lord. We thought we knew what we wanted and thought we only needed a Realtor to handle the paper work. To our good fortune, Susann and her expertise guided and educated us on the process and we were able to find our ideal home. It is well within our price range and is a better long term investment. Susann and her team advised us on the preparation of the condo for sale and created a beautiful video and photographs for the MLS. She did her homework on comparable condos that had been listed and sold in the development to help us arrive at price. They also listed the condo in many sources. They guided us through 2 offers (one of which fell thru due to the potential buyer's inability to get financing) to a successful sale. Susann was quick to respond to all e-mails and phone calls and kept us informed of everything we needed to know to complete the sale. Susann is a lovely person, delightful to deal with and very knowledgeable about her profession. I would definitely use her and her team again in the future.

Susan did an excellent job marketing our home. We had three offers on the tenth day of showings and a signed contract on the twelfth day. The photos that she provided were very professional and looked very good both on the internet and on the printed photos that were provided in our home to potential buyers. Susan was very quick to have a realtor's open house and brought in many of the area realtors to become familiar with our home. She was excellent with feedback after each showing. She spent a lot of time with us in preparing to put our home on the market, including an extensive market analysis. Like most home sellers, we wished we could have asked more for our home, but we felt like it was priced according to the present market. We were happy with the selling price, which was very close to asking price. We think Susan did a great job and even brought lunch to us and our movers on moving day. She is very personable and knows her field very well. We would recommend her to anyone interested in selling a home.

You won't find any one better than Susann. She listens, follows through and is easy to work with. The process of buying a home is stressful enough. Susann takes care of EVERYTHING! She's there for the home inspection through closing. The follow up after closing is impressive. This is the second opportunity we had to work with her.

Excellent job, exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Went over and above numerous times ranging from creative ideas to sell the home to cleaning up a disaster when the sump pump failed. During this negotiation, Susann and her team had to educate the buying agent on some contract particulars they were bartering on. Again, that comes with experience.
