I was able to schedule same day services. They arrived within the two hour window and called me about 45 minutes before arrival. Jacob was fast, thorough, and explained all my options patiently. I did not feel pressured to replace all hardware vs rekey. I chose to replace all hardware. I am very happy with the results.

They fixed the door in about 15 minutes.

Called Quick Key to diagnose an issue with the garage door. They indicated that 1 or 2 wheels needed to be replaced and quoted a price for that. They also quoted a price for replacing all of the wheels, which was economically better. Therefore we scheduled them to come back in a few days to replace all of the wheels.

It went fine. Very responsive company. I spoke briefly with the scheduler, telling her we wanted the repair done as soon as possible. She called back a few minutes later with the time that a technician would be out that night. He arrived within the promised time-slot and completed the work quickly. He was very professional and considerate.

Representative came out that night and fixed the door.

The gentleman was very friendly and professional and got out here in two days. He was not bothered with my asking questions and he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very efficient. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

It went well. I was supposed to get a keypad and second opener button, but the technician had not been told they were included in the package I purchased. When I called to ask about these two items, they sent the technician back out immediately to install the key pad and provide the second opener.

They had a repairman out to us in about an hour. He replaced both cables (the one that broke and the one on the other side in order to match up and work well). He completed the job quickly and efficiently.

They were professional and knowledgeable, once starting the job they completed it efficiently. However, they left the old door opener in the garage for us to dispose.

Garage door broke on Saturday afternoon. Noticed unable to open door. I tried to research online the problem and found the problem to be the broken torsion spring on 1 side of the 2 car garage. I tried looking on Angie's list to get an idea of pricing and ratings of local servicers. Few were available after 6 pm on Saturday evening. Of the few available on weekends, QuickKey was open on Sudays and the first to start taking calls at 7 am. Asked for an estimate and the answering service quoted me a price that I later found out was for only 1 of the springs. My research told me both should be replaced. Quick Key arrived during the stated time frame of 1-3pm with 2 workers. They explained price prior to start and recommended both springs. It was a little higher than other locations I found on line, but it was the weekend with a 102 degree heat index. I could not wait until Monday morning. They borrowed my ladder ( a little strange they did not have their own), but they were done quick in 20-25 minutes. And then stated the spring comes with a 2 year warranty. All in all, I am happy about the availability, punctuality and speed of completion. They also lubricated parts on the door, and left no mess when leaving. I also used a 25$ coupon form Angie's list.

The folks at this business were always very polite and responsive. There was some repeated miscommunication between the office dispatcher and the service guy so there were a couple of appointments where I waited around and no one showed up. Long story short after a Friday missed appointment and an early Saturday missed appointment (the service guy did finally swing by in the evening but didn't have the parts I needed) the job was done on Sunday. They apologized and did come on Sunday to make it right so I have to give kudos to them for that. My advice is to double - triple make sure the appointment is coordinated between the office and the service guy. The service guy was terrific and very knowledgeable. The job appears to be well done. There was no pressure or gimmick to get me to buy something I didn't need. They guarantee their work. The price was 225 which was with a coupon. The price dropped to 199 the day I made the original appointment, but it was explained to me by the service guy that I had the type of springs that required the 225 treatment. I trust the service guy, but there is no difference as far as I could tell between the two posted coupons. Make you you pin them down on the details of the coupon. I would use them again for other service or to replace my garage opener. They carry Lift Master which is a heck of a lot better than the Craftsman one I have. I would recommend them to others. .

I purchased a deal for $59 Garage Door Service Call Plus Repair Credit, since my garage door was not working properly. Quick Garage Door responded promptly and professionally to fix the door, within the agreed upon time frame. The service technician was "quick" to identify the problem and perform t he necessary repair. We were very happy with the service and would definitely use this service provider next time we need repair or tuneup.

The service man seemed to know his job. He explained what he was doing as he worked and answered any questions. He seemed to do everything in an efficient and timely manner.

Called to schedule an appt. for inspection in the same week. Technician was on time, polite and knowledgeable. After a brief inspection of the door, mechanism, etc. He suggested replacing the old metal rollers with new plastic glides rollers. He quoted me an estimated price for the parts and labor on the spot. After agreeing on a price, he went to a local home improve store to purchase the parts. He returned promptly, replacement only took about 20-30 mins. After repairs were completed, he explained all the work that had been done and provided me with things to watch out for.
