deck cleaning
 + -1 morePacer Decorating Inc. They came out here a week ago Monday and started and I had to ask him to leave. I think he was bi-polar and he was off his meds. The guy was crazy. I really had to ask him to leave and came in and locked my doors. He charged me initially before I asked him to leave, I did give him a check for $100 but I was uncomfortable to ask him for the check back so I put a stop payment on it. First of al he never came out to give an estimate. I had to take pictures and send it to him. I think is how he does business because the guy is not, he is not a people person when you are face to face with someone. He was very nice over the phone when he got there he was kind of erratic. He started to powerwash, he did finish powerwashing which took him probably about 40 minutes on a 50 square foot deck which is ridiculous, it was just a weird experience. I would never hire him again.
Description of Work: Pacer Decorating Inc. for deck maintenance. He did some powerwashing on my deck.

 + 0 moreCompany was extremely responsive. Estimate was done same-day and job was actually started same-day. Job was finished in two days. Cost was in-line with other estimates I received. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and will looking to these guys for future painting jobs. Highly recommended.
