+ 0 moreKevin is extremely professional and very detailed. Kevin and his crew started as scheduled. I was consulted to verify the colors were what I expected. Kevin worked with me to adjust the color scheme and worked the deck stain to what I wanted. Kevin and the crew were polite, respectful, and picked up every day. They finished within a week. Kevin did an excellent job on a house that needless to say was neglected. I received several quotes but he was the only one who spotted all the issues and went the extra mile to ensure the job was perfect. I am extremely happy I went with Kevin. The house looks terrific.
Description of Work: Power washed siding and foundation to remove mildew. Removed and replaced rotted wood. Scraped, sand, and oil primed loose paint. Removed loose caulk and caulked. Reglazed windows. Oil primed siding. Painted fascia, soffit, cased corners, windows, casings, doors, and garage door. Stained siding. Painted foundation walls. Power washed and stained deck.

+ 0 moreKevin and his crew were prompt, polite, very thorough, and did an excellent job. Our wood trim has never looked this good in the 30 years we have lived in this house.
Description of Work: Kevin and his crew power washed, scraped, primed, and painted all windows, soffits, facia, siding, porch floor, garage door, and eaves - all exterior wood on our stucco house.
