KMJ CUSTOM DESIGN & REMODEL

The project started in May 2009. Overall it was very positive. He was extremely organized in his bid process and communicated well with us. He took care of any problems that we saw. Overall he was very accommodating to us. He stayed on budget.

I got a lot of estimates for the project in the same time range and all of the companies were very close. The estimate went very well. They were very responsive to me about coming out to give me an estimate. They were on time for the estimate. They are sincere guys and they seem to be on the up and up. They were professional while they were out to my home and they were able to provide us with a lot of information. They really knew what they were doing. I was happy to have them come out to my home. The prices seem to be in line with the other companies that I received estimates from. I give them all A?s for the service that they would be able to provide.

Kevin was easy to work with and had good ideas and advice. He gave us a detailed list of costs and kept us updated on how upgrades or downgrades altered that. He and his crew (especially Chris) were always professional, friendly and neat. The job took a bit longer than I anticipated - though not longer than Kevin's original estimate. The work is of high quality. There were no price surprises along the way. The bathroom looks great.

We were very pleased. Kevin gave us a detailed list of what was to be done complete with estimated times and costs. He patiently went over all my husband's requests for wiring. He also came up with some ideas we hadn't thought of that were excellent additions. The job was completed within the time frame estimated even though I made some last minute changes. The crew was unobtrusive, polite, and everything was cleaned up nicely. We will be remodeling another bathroom and will certainly call KMJ to do the work.
