Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" with this service provider. He called the same day and told me he would not be able to honor the coupon within a reasonable amount of time. He asked that I go to Angie's List for a refund. I would like to have had him work on my project, but I appreciate the fact that he responded immediately and was honest about his current schedule.

Description of Work: Hi, I bought a coupon for a sink install, and after paying for it the provider said they were not available for 30 days. I needed the install much sooner. The provider is fine with my requesting a refund. The transaction went very well.

Description of Work: I had bought the coupon as I needed to get a shed assembled for keeping my tractor as it is raining here. I spoke with the provider and he was honest enough to admit that he is very busy and wouldn't be available for at least 3-4 weeks. I thanked the provider. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to use the big deal.

Description of Work: I had remodeling work done by another contractor who tiled up my marble tub wall before I had chosen my tub spout. Then when I decided which spout I wanted, it wouldn't work with the hardware and the contractor wanted me to pay him to reopen that wall again. That's when I found Ibro who came in and went above and beyond. He opened the wall and found that the prior contractor didn't even replace the plumbing in the wall which I had paid for. Ibro cut into the marble tile, replaced the plumbing(copper), and retiled the wall. He also cut into the marble tile and build a shelf for me at the back of the tub which is marble and glass tile combined and is quite beautiful. He installed the showerhead, valve, drain and waterfall spout in the tub area. He also connected the pipes under the vanity and the waterfall faucet. Hung my mirror and lights over the vanity and installed a new light/exhaust fan in the ceiling. Also put up a couple of towel racks and ring for me. I will be calling Ibro to do more work for me this summer.

Description of Work: Enjoyed having lbro from Harris come and do my brackets for my cabinets, fix the outside faucet and put in new lights. He was very efficient and very helpful. I recommend him to anyone who needs a carpenter, handyman etc.

Description of Work: Ibro arrived at the scheduled time. We discussed what was wanted. He explained how he was going to accomplish these tasks and then he worked non-stop until those items were completed. Ibro covered up the work areas to protect our home, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The first time he patched several holes in the ceiling, put together and installed a storm door & completed some trim in our master suite. I contracted him to do additional work. He has since come out 1 time and built a beautiful shelf enclosure for our stackable w/d. I have a list of things for him to do and hate to write such a good review as his calendar may become too full to accomdate me!

Description of Work: Ibro arrived when planned, completed my eleven tasks which included adjusting the back yard gate and door to the garage, assembling a computer table and a retractable garden hose. He did this is a timely and efficient manner and was profession and cheerful. I am very satisfied with his work.
