Ibro came out and looked at the job, I told him exactly what I needed done - it was a small bathroom partial remodel. Needed tile removed from the shower and replaced with a shower insert. Tile removed from the floor and replaced with new tiles and a new toilet installed, and a new shower door installed. I had a 6 hour Angie's list coupon and he told me up front it would take more than the 6 hours. He gave me a price above the coupon, we shook on it, and scheduled the job. This work was for a rental unit and I just did not have the time to do it myself. All work was done as expected, the bathroom looks great, I will definitely use him again for more work.

Ibro removed the old sink console and we discovered the untiled wall behind it. He said he'd come back to install the new sink/faucet but he was very busy and I'd have to wait 3 weeks. I used those weeks to find tile and bought grout. He came back about 3.5 weeks after the initial visit, spent hours doing it right, and it looks absolutely wonderful. There's a reason he's busy. He takes pride in his work, does a great job, is a pleasant person, and has a pleasant and competent helper. He cleans up after himself... there's nothing but good to say about this guy. He's a KEEPER.

Ibro was at our house performing services for two days. He was prompt and communicative as we scheduled the work, showed up on time and was very professional. He did a very good job of fixing our problems. We were thinking we needed to buy new windows but Ibro was able to show us what we needed to do to make them work properly (which has substantially reduced the draftiness in some areas of our house). He was very knowledgeable about how to fix the various problems that we had, and he was able to do fixes where extra materials were needed very economically. There were a couple of things that needed to be redone after he left - caulking in the shower and leaking under one sink where a new faucet was installed. But Ibro was very good in coming back out and getting those things fixed for us. We were very pleased overall and would use his services again.

We liked him so much we've decided to hire him again! He was a great help to my mom with her house repairs, it was the perfect Christmas gift!

I had problems with squeaky floors in kitchen, living and dining room (entire first floor) due to improper construction of my home using nails instead of screws. Unlike other companies that suggested I replace carpet with hardwood, Ibro insisted this wasn't necessary. This was great news because I didn't feel like spending thousands of dollars even though the value of the home will increase. Since my basement was unfinished (and problem areas directly above basement) it was easy to gain access to the roof of the room instead of pulling out carpet from first floor and working from the top end. Took entire day to complete, but still found many areas that were still squeaking. Called him to come second time 10 days later. There were approximately 5 problem areas. He fixed 2 of them. Several areas still squeaked (and not minor either, they are very noticeable). He instructed me to wait till summer and apply subflooring glue in the joints. Ummm, I assume paying someone money to do a job should theoretically solve the problem, hence the payment for services rendered. Problem still persists. I did not demand for him to come back, as I will attempt to screw down the wood myself.

The workmen were prompt and professional, and the install only took a half hour to complete. Very happy with work.

Went great- very easy to get in touch with Ibro - set up the appointment to fit my schedule. Confirmed by email two days before and he arrived right on time. A little confusion (on my part) about what was covered by the coupon but it worked out perfectly. Installed the sink in about an hour. Everything looks wonderful. I plan on contacting him again in the future for additional work around the house.

It was another great experience with Ibro. This isn't the first time he has done some work but this time he saved me big time. We have a puppy that got into bathroom and chewed the heck out of the room. I call him because we have appraiser coming Monday to refi house . I contact him Thursday and he said he other job but would get to my house early to help me out. He did a awesome job and the best part he is very reasonable price wise especially since he knew I was in a jam and could of really stuck it to me but typical of him he took care of me! I would tell anyone and everyone to give him a call he is the best!

We had Ishmael out for a special, for 6 hours work, through an Angie's list coupon. This guy does it all, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, small repairs, and just things I could not ever get done. He completed a list of 10 things, nearly everything on my list, and probably could have finished the other two. Plus he had nearly everything he needed on my truck, I just had to pick up a few minor things. Also, he showed me an impressive series of photos of recent work. Read the Angie's list reviews, and believe them; they are correct. I am definately impressed enough to hire him back, and his price is fair, not high, or suspiciously low (which is usually a red flag) but fair, and very competitive. Excellent!

They are a great father and son company. They came out to do the work and completed on time. They were very professional and courteous. They were able to squeeze me in and came on a weekend to do the work, which was very nice of them.

Ibro contacted me promptly after I had purchased the deal on Angies. He listened carefully to what my needs were, and scheduled a convenient appointment. He arrived exactly at the time he had told me, and began the work. He was efficient and completed the task as promised. He needed to come back to finish some of the drywall (2nd coats) and again arrived as planned. He was a complete professional while he was here, and I will definitely utilize him again.

I bought a handyman coupon from Angie's List. Ibro actually contacted me before I called him to schedule the work. We agreed on a day and he called me the evening before to let me know he was still coming. He arrived on time, ready to work. I showed him what I wanted done, and he started immediately. The old kitchen faucet was difficult to take out, but he succeeded in getting it out without any fuss or mess. After he finished each job, he showed me how the new mechanisms worked and had me try each one several times. He asked each time if there was anything else in that area I would like changed. He cleaned up all debris afterwards. He was polite, friendly and cheerful, and seemed to get satisfaction from the work he did. I will definitely use his services again

He looked at all the projects I had and then sent me an estimate. I showed him around when he came out and then he had some ideas what to do. He emailed me an estimate that said he could come out and asked when I would like the work done. The unfortunate thing is he is foreign so his English is not the best and his emails often did not make sense. I emailed him twice about when we could get the work done and he replied saying he had to go to Europe. His quote was fair but I have not decided yet whether to use him.

Ibro has come to my house a couple of times, and he is fast and efficient. He does a good job. He is on time, courteous and thorough.

Ibro was great?very professional and personable. He explained what needed to be done, went to the local Home Depot and purchased the parts, and completed the installation. The job took a bit longer than he expected because he had to take care of another appointment in the middle. But he got it done, and everything works perfectly. His fee was very reasonable for the work. We will definitely call him again for our next job. Highly recommended.

Ibro Is great. He is professional, on time, and stays until he completes the job. I have had him do several projects from painting to fixing windows to fixing siding. He is reasonably priced, very pleasant to work with. I will be using Ibro for many future projects.

The project flowed very well. We were given catalogs and advised places to go to choose our new items. Everything was here before the project was started, no waiting for anything. We chose to bring small items home ourselves, heavier things were arranged for and picked up for us.

We were very satisfied with his work and the cost of the repair. We strongly recommend him to others.

I had purchased the Angie's List deal for painting one room, and based on the size I had to pay an additional $21. Ibro had called and setup a time to paint, and was on time to start painting. He painted the ceiling and walls with two coats of paint that I had supplied. I had already painted the trim and made any repairs to the walls so I can't evaluate that aspect of his work, but I am sure that he will be able to provide a quote for any of that type of work that needs to be done.

Ibro arrived promptly on time and was highly professional and interpersonally warm to interact with. He purchased supplies from the Home Depot which we reimbursed him for later. Ibro worked extremely quickly and efficiently and explained the work he was completing as he went along. He completed the work of two men in half the time, all on a day when the temperatures were over 100 degrees. He was very hardworking and honest. We will definitely be using his services in the future and will highly recommend to our friends.

He was able to complete the painting in the time he estimated for the job. We were very happy with his work.
