He was fine. He came out within a week. He came with two people and stayed three hours. He was good. There was nothing wrong with the guy. I would use him again.

The provider arrived on time with a helping person. They were very professional, had all equipment needed in their truck and readily available. Didn't wasted time and was very neat and clean in the job they did.

Ibro was a total pro. He was responsive via email and punctual. once we discussed the small jobs, he got right to work. he asked me if everything was in order and if there was anything else I needed. He was polite, conscientious and above all did great work. I will definitely use him again.

Everything turned out well. I called him Sunday and he came on Monday. It took him only a half hour and I was pleased with his services.

He was accommodating with scheduling. He and a helper completed the work in four hours. Everything seems to be holding up fine. The price seemed reasonable.

I had a great experience with Ibro and I will be using him again. He answered the phone and came very promptly to look at our kitchen sink leak. He diagnosed it quickly as a bad cartridge. I went and picked one up and let him know, and he came back and put it in. He was very thorough and professional. Ibro was a lifesaver with Christmas coming up. I also felt that his price was quite fair, as I've been ripped off for fairly simple services with other people in the past.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. They arrived promptly and did everything quickly. I spent slightly above the big deal because of some parts.

He never called, but emailed two days later with that timing. I just got it refunded from Angie's List rather than bother going down the path with this contractor.

It went good. Everything went fine. The service was okay. The guy who came out was nice and everything. There was not any problem or anything. I would not know the quality of the service until I see if it is still leaking but so far, it has been so good.

It went very well. We set a date, then had to change it, but even that went smoothly. The new toilet came without a ring, but Haris Plumbing supplied that. The new toilet seems like it was well installed and we were very impressed with the speed and friendliness of the service. We've already asked them to come back to take care of a toilet that is in need of repair, not replacement.

They inspected skylights and made recommendations.

Ibro was on time. He quickly assessed the scope and got to work. He got to everything we asked him to do and did it well. He offered suggestions when we seemed unsure or unable to articulate exactly what we wanted. We were very happy with the result. They left no mess whatsoever. I would recommend Haris without hesitation, especially if they offer a Big Deal.

Ibro called me within a day and arranged to come within a couple of days. He arrived right on time and had an assistant with him. Ibro did most of the work and very quickly removed the old toilet and installed the new one. He used a wet-dry vacuum to remove all the water, so there was not water spilled on our floor. Afterwards, he cleaned up the debris and left the place reasonably clean. There was a sense of rushing during the process, possibly because he wanted to make sure that he is not late for his next appointment. It was clear that he knew what he was doing.

Perfectly. The only downside, if any, is that Ibro is very busy and so we had to wait a week for the service. That being said, Ibro communicated with me via email prior to the appointment to make sure we agreed on the tasks, then was there promptly and ready to go with an assistant right at the agreed upon time. They worked from 7:30AM to 3PM and got my entire list done. The price was very reasonable and included $100 worth of materials. Actually, I think they would have been done a little earlier except that he had to work around some problems from my previous contractor, who as it turns out left a lot of old broken drywall in the spaces of the walls. This made it extremely difficult to run the CAT6 and added an hour to the job. The job was professional, high quality and they cleaned up after themselves quite well. They even moved the two old water softener units (a couple hundred pounds worth) out of the basement for me. I'm already putting together another to-do list. As soon as I have enough for a day's worth of work, I will call Haris again!

It worked out pretty good. There were no issues. I would use them again.

He said that it would be two men for four hours verses one man for eight hours, but the only work we had for his to do was removing a toilet and a face bowl. It does not take 8 hours to do that. There needed to be more details as far as what the handyman does. I feel like it was a waste of my time.

Team arrived on time, were very professional and complted all the work to my satisfaction. There were several small items that they had questions on and they were very professional to make sure they were performing the job to my expectations. I would have them back anytime!!

Ibro was on time for an estimate. He was very helpful and gave good suggestions. Before the project, he was responsive via e-mail. The job was scheduled in a reasonable time. 1) Ibro fixed and replaced downspouts. He designed a system for combining two downspouts that had been a problem for a long time. 2) He replaced two vents. One of them, he himself built since the store was out of them! 3) He added insulation to an area above the porch that had been a source of problems for many years. 4) He covered rusty nails by new AL and did extra work by covering up other nails above and beyond what he had to do! 5) He removed a rotting ornament attached to the house. Further, he designed and engineered an innovative way to get rid of ugly caulking in the front entrance, added new colored caulk, and told us how to paint the area to make it look good. This area had been a problem for a long time, and no one could come up with a good fix. We're very happy with Ibro's work, his expertise, his promptness, his hard work, his innovative mind, and his smiling, friendly demeanor. Highly recommended!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It didn't go so well. I was actually disappointed in those folks. It was just sub par and I had to redo about a third of the work myself. Apparently the guy did not believe in predrilling holes; he even straight out told me so. The work was not done right. There was no additional cost. It was supposed to be 6 hours of handyman work and the person came with another person, which was nowhere in the description. There were 2 guys and they were here for less than 3 hours and they called that 6 hours. The work was sub par. There was a fanning job on one of the walls where I had patched a hole. I had to redo the entire patch work myself because it was a poor job. They were supposed to fix closet doors and two of the doors fell from the structure they used to stabilize it so I had to redo those myself. It was 2 out of the 5 doors. I was very unhappy with the service. It took them a while to come. They were very responsive and on time for the appointment. The price was expensive for the quality of work.

This process started great and ending a catastrophic waste of time. Ibro, the principal of Haris, Inc., had done work at our house before. He replaced a toilet in our basement bathroom for a fixed rate "Big Deal". When he was out here we showed him two jobs we wanted done. One was to install a laminated wood counter in our pantry and the other was to install a vessel sink. The sink required an elaborate tile backsplash. Ibro said he didn't want to do the backsplash, but that he could do the plumbing (which basically involved installing a threaded brass fixture onto pre-installed galvanized pipe, mounting the vessel, and installing the drain into the pre-installed drain pipe). Pretty easy stuff. He also said, he could install our laminate counter tops in the pantry. So, when we finished with the tiling I called him back. I confirmed he could do the work. I offered to pay him to come out and preview the job so he could be certain to bring the right tools and supplies. He said it was unnecessary, and asked me instead to email a punch list and pictures. I did that. Then his attitude completely changed. Now, instead of being able to do the job this week, now he required 4 weeks. I asked him to book the appointment in 4 weeks and then he said he can't do the job, because he can't install the wood laminate counter tops. This makes no sense to me since he previously told me he could do this. Furthermore, in his Angie's List description of services provided he states that he does complete kitchen remodels, finished carpentry and kitchen cabinets. How is it possible that he does complete kitchen remodels, but can't install a wood laminate counter top? I don't know why he decided he didn't want to do the job. I can't get an honest answer from him. But, I am disappointed. I purchased a "Bid Deal" under the terms he posted and I feel I should get the benefit of deal. But, he decided he doesn't want to do the deal even though it is within the range of what he says he does on Angies List. So, I have to take a refund (in a week or two) instead of the deal we made. Beware of this vendor. He will turn you away if you don't look like good enough a deal for him.

It was good. This was the first time I used them. It’s okay to hire them. I didn’t have any issues with the work.

No response to 2 Angie's List Messages sent on 10/5/13 and 10/9/13. Same day response to email sent to address listed on company web site on 10/16/13. Then no replies to following emails asking for appointment or estimate.

Ibro and Pedro were able to fix everything on my checklist. They were a pleasure to work with and would definitely use the again. They are very knowledgeable in all areas of home improvement.
