He came in, replaced two ceiling fans, and installed a new one. They work great. He also adjusted a door and replaced a door handle for me. I've recommended him to my friends.

While the weather made scheduling a challenge, Ibro was diligent with communication and making sure the evaluation was scheduled and completed. A very thorough review, prompt, and professional. I would work with Ibro again on future projects.

I didn't need the service and got it refunded. They were proactive and called me to schedule an appointment.

They returned my call promptly and showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. My roof was leaking and I did not know if it was the skylights or somewhere else on the roof. He spent about 15 minutes on the roof and then handed me an empty spray can of something to throw out. The roof leaked again and I called Harris but he was going on a trip to Europe and said he would call me when he returned and open up the ceiling to determine where the roof was leaking. I did not hear back from him so I called and he was very busy and I did not have the opportunity to have him come out again before winter hit. I had another roofer come out recently and he inspected the roof and said that all Harris did was spray what looks like black paint around the skylights and did not even spray competely around the corner of one of the skylights. He didnt even use the sealant that expands into the crevices around the skyights and the thin black stuff he did use ran down the roof and left black marks. It seems he ran out of whatever he was spraying and did not even have the integrity to get a new can. The new roofer confirmed that it is the skylight that is leaking and has used the correct sealant to stop the leak. I would not use Harris again, I would not recommend him to anyone and I would definitely not recommend anyone buy the big deal for skylight maintenance as it is $99 per skylight for 15 minutes to spray something around the skylight that wont seal any leaks and that could run down the roof leaving unsightly black marks.

Everything when well. Ibro and his helper were on time and very professional. He was very courteous, and efficient. This was a two day job, and both men worked 10 hour days. I both emailed and talked to Ibro before the job so I would have all the right building materials. He quoted us a price and that was exactly what it cost. We were very pleased with the results and cost.

Misunderstanding on what Handyman work means. The contact from Haris was very unpleasant and wanted $30 in gas money. Coupon needs to be very specific on what can or cannot be done when hiring a handyman. Handyman said I needed to have all supplies provided for him. I said I would purchase all supplies but needed him to pick it up since I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS NEEDED! He said no...not a chance. I offered to pay him the gas money he wanted and time counted towards the 6 hours. NO he said and that was that.

It turned out very well. I was very pleased. The best part was their professionalism and skills.

We set up an initial date for three weeks out. The week of, I hadn't heard from him, so I called and he said we were set. Since I had to work, I had to get a friend to come over and wait. He never showed. The next few weeks I was out of town for work, when I called him back, it was very argumentative with me about what happened. After a lot of quarreling, we agreed to reschedule. This was on a Sunday, so he said he would look at his calendar, and call me with some proposed dates. I never heard from him again. How do I get a refund for this terrible service?

It was very easy to schedule an appointment and there were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Instead of getting one person for 8 hours, two people came for four hours total. Instead of both of them being handyman, the second person ended up being more of just an assistant. They were able to get almost everything done that I had planned. They left no mess behind and everything worked out okay.

I was extremely pleased with the skill and speed with which they worked. They did a great job!

Ibro is a very very courteous young man, honest and his prices are good as well... My mom and i are are senior's and he take's this into consideration when giving prices as well. He treat's you fair and give's you price's up front and does not change the price when he is finished. every thing is just wonderful. it has been a while since i have been able to trust someone other than my family to do work in my home. Provider emailed me right away and informed me that he wouldn't be able to complete the work for a couple of weeks. I appreciated his honesty and it allowed me to make other arrangements

Mr. Ibro Razman and his helper carried four boxes containing the toilets into my house, then removed my old toilets and installed the new toilets. The men worked quickly and completed the installation in a short time. They then cleaned up after themselves and carried the old toilets into my garage for disposal. I'm very pleased with the toilets. I appreciate Mr Razman's offer to pick up the toilets at the Home Depot since I could not have handled the task myself.

There were no troubles with scheduling and were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. The only issue I had was that there was a language barrier with the individual who I had the main contact with also completed the work. There was another worker on the job and they spent three hours completing the work. It went really well.

Ibro is very efficient and does a good job. He was here with a helper for 21/2 hours, and got all of this done.

I set up an appt with Haris last month. We agreed on 3/10 at 9am. Yesterday I woke up at 8:30am with multiple missed calls and voicemails from Haris that had been left around 7:30am. If Haris wanted to get a jump on the job, that's fine, I'm willing to move the job to an earlier time. However, no confirmation call was made over the weekend or the Friday before to confirm or change the appt time. I called Haris after I woke up and they said that they would have to charge me for the gas. I would not recommend anyone use this contractor.

They arrived exactly when they said they would. They had all their own tools and proceeded to get the job done quickly, efficiently and with no mess. They were personable, knowledgable, and took the time to explain what they needed to do and to also point out how I could do a few tasks I needed help with. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!!

I do not know how to install a toilet. I chose them because they offered a Big Deal.

Usual toilet installation is simple, but in my house it wasn't because the ring around the pipe was broken. Ibro of Haris had to repair the ring and attach it firmly to the floor. before doing the installation. Yet, he did not charge any extra. He didn't even charge for the wax rings. I think the price was not only right, it was less then right. Ibro came with his sons, they were polite, professional and left the place completely clean. Haris gets and A+. After submitting my review, I saw another "Big Deal" by another vendor for toilet installation at 1/2 off for... hold on to you seat... $254. I paid $90. That means that the other vendor has the Hutzpa to charge about $500 for toilet installation??? $180 is reasonable, $500 is a rip off. Angie's list should have a mechanism to prevent vendors from ripping off customers. In today's age of powerful data bases, this is easy to develop. After all, this is what we pay Angie for. So again, Haris stands out as a good deal and reliable service.

I was refunded the money because it would have taken a couple of months before Haris was available to do my project.

Everything was great - everything was done within 3 days! Super professional and punctual. We wil definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you!
