Haris was wonderful to deal with from the very start. Very quickly (maybe 1 hour) after I purchased the $90 deal for a faucet or toilet installation (you get to pick one for this particular deal) a representative called me to confirm he had received the order and to make arrangements to complete the job. Scheduling was easy and when he arrived with a partner to complete the work, (remove our old kitchen faucet and install a new one) both servicemen were exceptionally professional and easy to work with. After they completed the faucet installation in our kitchen (to perfection) my wife inquired about what the cost might be to remodel our guest bathroom. They gladly took a look at the bathroom and inquired about exactly what work we would like upgrade in the bathroom. Each separate upgrade (toilet, counter, cabinet, etc.) was given a separate estimate and then they also provided an estimate for the total cost of the project. They were willing to do ant part of the project individually and the estimate for each separate upgrade was very reasonable and inexpensive. We have worked with other remodelers in the past (for example to finish our basemen) and the service and inexpensive pricing Haris provided can not be matched. In fact, we will not even bother to contact anyone else for even an estimate for our future projects In short, we were extremely satisfied with the work performed, the ease with scheduling the appointment, and the overall professionalism and quality work they provided. When we start our next project in our guest bathroom, there is no question we will not even consider anyone else. We highly recommended Haris Inc and they are 100% deserving of A ratings for every single service provided.. We were very impressed and recommend to anyone thinking of remodeling to call Haris Inc first.. As my wife said "Those guys were just AWESOME!!!!!!!"

Ibro initially came to assess my unfinished basement to hang a flat screen TV in front of the threadmill and some shelves. He made a suggestion that he could also install an electrical outlet closer to where the threadmill is as he noted several cables spaghettied on the floor and everywhere (as we also have DVD player, speakers, radio, aside from the old TV). He was knowledgeable, efficient and came prepared with his tools and equiptments. He explained that it is safe to put nails/screws on the concrete wall as my husband is afraid of water leak from the holes. He completed the project/job in 2 and half hours. My husband and i were very please. They clean and pick up after their mess too. The threadmill area is now clutter and cable free. I would recommend Ibro and would use him again in future projects.

We were looking to sell a house and the buyer was requesting that we perform some modifications to the electrical distribution and breaker panel. Ibro assessed the situation and noted that we could get buy without spending any money. It saved us probably thousands of dollars. Ibro didn't actually do any work. However, I was very impressed by his responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism. I would certainly consider him again in the future.

Ibro is very knowledgeable and professional. We are confident when hiring him that he will do his best. He is very capable and can do a variety of jobs. We are very happy with the job he did in our basement and will be definitely hiring him on in the future. He has been extremely professional every time we have used him.

All went perfectly from initial contact to work completion.

I submitted the order online on 11/3. I purchased a coupon for one toilet, but explained to him that I actually had 2 toilets, a vanity sink top, a faucet, and a mirror and needed an estimate for the whole job. He told me he couldn't come out until Monday, November 10th. I explained that one of my toilets wasn't working, and I really didn't want to go the whole weekend without a functioning toilet, so I would go with someone else. He said he could make it Friday the 7th. I said fine. Everything is available on will call at Home Depot. He said he doesn't deliver, and he doesn't remove... So I said fine, I'll struggle with the one toilet for Friday, I can't pick up everything else myself, I was going to have to get help with the one toilet anyhow, and I had no idea what I was going to do with the old toilet... He said he wouldn't come out on Friday for just one toilet because he has an hour and a half drive from the suburbs so I would have to wait till the following week. If he's that far away from me, I wish that would clearly display somewhere, because I wouldn't have chosen a suburbanite to do a city job. It never works out well. At this point, it was Thursday night and I called Mr. Handyman and asked for an emergency installation for Friday. They picked up everything from Home Depot and installed everything. I paid an arm and a leg, but at least it's done. If I hadn't messed around with this vendor, I probably would have found a better deal.

I called Ibro and asked if he could come over ASAP. He came over as soon as he could and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a quick fix/minor problem, but I am glad he came over and did the repair (no charge). It could have been expensive if I would have called a regular plumber.

They did a good job no leaks or anything , the quality of work was good. I has to pay an additional cost which I wasn't happy about.

Haris was on time, professional, did great work and was very reasonably priced.

I had asked for an estimate to repair a leaking shower drain, as well as one to instead remove the shower completely, replace it with a soaking tub, remove our large whirlpool tub and replace it with a spa shower (nothing very fancy) and install new floor tile. We had offered to do the demolition, and pick out /buy the tile, and the glass shower door - to help keep costs down. This is what I asked in my email, responding to the estimate: "What exactly would the $5,000+ cover, and how did you arrive at this figure? Also, how long might this job take? All of the reviewers on Angie's List thought that you did a wonderful job. I feel I can trust your abilities, however my husband is more cautious. He was wondering if you had any photos of jobs you have completed, and references?? Thank you again for your prompt response. Sincerely, S.C." We were concerned about the lack of details in the estimate, but were willing to give him a chance, (as the reviews on Angie's List were great) and he seemed like a decent guy. Mr. Razman seemed offended by my questions, but said in his email that he would call the following Monday 8/18, to set up a time to come back and discuss the project. I never heard from him , so on Wed. Aug. 20th, I sent this email message: "I did not mean any disrespect when I questioned your first estimate of our costs to renovate our master bathroom. I am new to this and was just curious. I will be starting a new job soon, as school is going back, but wondered if we can arrange an appointment to discuss this further? Thank you, S.C. I never heard anything, so I texted again on Sept.3rd I asked if he was still interested in our bathroom remodel or should I call someone else. He responded that he had to leave the country and wouldn't be back until the 9/23, but was still interested if we could wait. He promised to come over as soon as he returned. I wished him as safe trip. Weeks passed . . . No response, so I texted 10/14 to ask if he was still interested. He replied that he had a new phone and didn't transfer the numbers so he didn't know who was asking. I replied back that night and there has been no word since. I guess we have been dropped as potential customers.

There was a problem so I called him and he responded immediately. He came back within hours to rectify it. Will be hiring for another job soon.

Ibro arrived on time with his helper at 8 am as promised. I had the two toilets in my front hallway still boxed, and they broke that down and moved the items upstairs. It turned out the wax rings I provided were too small for the install, by Ibro had another set with him and there was no delay in getting the job done (he charged me an extra $30 above the Angie's List deal pricing of $180 for two toilets for the rings and two new water feeds for the toilet tank, which I had no problem with). When I told him I needed to break the old toilets down for my waste hauler to take them away, he offered to do it for me (even though it was not part of the original deal), which I thought was first rate. All in all he was on time, got to work and finished the job quickly, cleaned up his job site well, and was up front and professional all the way - I would definitely contact him for more jobs around my house in future.

Ibro properly sealed and seated the toilet, which apparently was improperly installed a few years ago. He replaced the rotting wood around the toilet, which meant that the old tile had to be removed. He also drove some nails into the floor to eliminate the squeaks. He did a beautiful job of installing the new tile we purchased. Because of the way he installed the toilet, the bathroom door no longer bumps the toilet whenever it is opened and closed. He also installed a basement drain plug for no charge which hopefully will prevent storm sewer backups during heavy rains. No mess left behind. Tarps were laid down to prevent dust/dirt from soiling carpets/floors. The price Ibro quoted was well below the only other quote we received for the job. His plan for doing the work was more sensible than the other plumbers who suggested that this work (replacing bathroom floor) be done. We are very pleased with Ibro's work and are already making arrangements for him and his helper to do more work for us.

I have nothing but the best things to say about this service and the servicer, Ibro, who helped me. He was nothing but very nice throughout the process. First, he helped me in my selection of a toilet. Second, he made sure my apartment had all the structural essentials required for this service. Last, he performed all the installation services quickly and effectively with a colleague. I was amazed by the quality of their workmanship.

It went well. They arrived on time and installed the new toilet just as they promised. Unfortunately, on the first test after they left, the toilet leaked. When my husband called them and reported that it was leaking, they turned around and came back right away. They promptly found the cause of the leak and fixed it. The toilet has worked perfectly to date. All in all, they did a good job. Cheryle.

Emailed Ibro and told him we bought a Sink and vanity and wanted him to install. First of he was an hour late, but I took the whole day off of work so I didn't mind. Even though we told him about the vanity he said that the installation of the vanity would be an extra 90 dollars. At that point I had no choice because if I told him to leave I would have lose the original 90 dollars. While installing he took forever. His excuse was that the pipes were corroded. The pedestal sink he was replacing was only 2 years old, previous contractor didn't have any issues. He went out and bought new pipes (which I paid for) then he started implying that he did extra work so I should pay him more. I gave him an extra 10 dollars, but he never even left me with an invoice or a copy of the receipts for the pipes/ When he left he left the workspace clean but the caulk that he used is already cracking. Stay away from this guy. He did forget his Silicone gun which I told him he can pick up at anytime and he still can. I didn't even know he left it until he mentioned it. He was very upset about leaving his gun like it was my responsibility as a customer to go behind him and make sure he has all his belongings.

We are so pleased with how our deck turned out and our kids use the playset daily.

Ibro was very responsive to my initial inquiry regarding a leaking skylight. He contacted me immediately and we set up an appointment for the next morning for him to come out. He was on time, inspected four skylights and fixed two of them that were leaking. We will find out if the fix works when we get the next rain storm. I was very pleased with the service.

We were initially going to just replace the shower but went with complete master bathroom remodel. We bought the deal in Jan/Feb and it was scheduled to start May 19. Ibro was on time with no delays to start. After looking at his tile samples we decided to get our own products down to the toilet. We assumed that we would get the $1200 discount as stated but that was not to be. Ibro decided that he would provide this back to us in labor, i.e. expanding the bathroom in several different ways. Some of the expansion had been talked about prior to the work being started but with the exception of the ceiling being raised there had been no firm commitment with prices attached. We appreciated all that he did but had we known that all of the "extras" meant that we weren't getting our $1200 back I'm not sure we would have agreed to all. Bottom line is there needed to be better communication and an explanation of what all of he "extras" meant. Poor communication delayed the final completion!

I had originally scheduled for March 28. The weather was so bad Ibro was unable to do it, so we rescheduled and rescheduled at least five times, Each time the weather was not conducive to the necessary repair work. Ibro always called ahead and kept in contact throughout the entire process. Finally, May 28 arrived and the sun shone down. The skylights were repaired perfectly and in short order. I plan on using Haris again.

Was very punctual & professional, finished the job before time, also assisted in one of the minor plumbing issue.
