He responded quickly and professionally to all communication. He arrived on time had all materials needed to complete the job. Did a little extra patching on wall. Explained everything as he went along. I am very pleased with the work he has done. He completed the job very quickly and left no mess behind. I am very glad we chose him!

They did a great job. He just gave a price for the difference and said that's how much it's going to be to do with the sink and the faucet. It was $160 for the install, so basically he gave me a price of $160 for the sink and faucet install and it was $70 extra because there was the garbage disposal involved.

I. Razman the owner from Haris was very responsive. Answered questions quickly and set up a date to install in a reasonable time frame. He came out with a partner and within 30 minutes had removed the old toilet and installed a new one. They offered to carry in the new toilet and removed the old one to the garage (offered to take to street, but I wanted to wait for garbage day). Work was done quickly and they did not make or leave a mess. I would definitely recommend.

He did a fantastic job with his helper. All done in 3 hours, amazing speed.

I had leaking skylight on 2 story home. Haris Inc sealed skylight from the roof outside. Several heavy rains afterwards. No leaks Thank You Mary

Everything was great and Ibro was clear upon arrival and review of jobs about what would be included in the deal I purchased...and that we'd negotiate/quote anything additional. The only thing that caught me off guard was that installation of the garbage disposal would be somewhat of a premium since it's a bit out of the handyman scope. When I spoke with Ibro on the phone I noted this as one of the things I wanted to get done and he said no problem but only mentioned the premium upon arrival. Pricing was still very fair though so it was fine! They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful. I will definitely use their services again!

I refunded the deal because he advised me that he wouldnt service my area. I felt that he should have specified his service area in the deal's description and because he didnt this was a waste of my time.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's List for the replacement of the two bathroom faucets and then e-mailed about the additional work. I made these arrangements while being out of state for work and coordinated it with Haris and my husband who works from home. I was concerned about mix-ups since I wasn't at home during the time of the work. Everything went terrifically and my husband was impressed at how Ibro went straight to work - no messing around. We are very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

Installed a new toilet in to a partially remodeled bathroom. Tried to install a new 48" vanity as well. However when we opened the box the vanity counter top was broken, so I will have them come back to install the vanity when I get a new one settled. Great guys, very professional.

lIbro came to fix the water pipe in the bathroom. The pipe gets frozen in the winter when the temperature gets to low. Ibro was right on time when he came to give us an estimate. After he listened to the description of the problem, he proposed a solution that was much better than other contractors had proposed, at a very fair price. So we hired him. The job was done promptly, the wall patch work was excellent. He also took some pictures once he opened the wall to ensure we understand how the work was done. We are very satisfied with the work.

Overall, a very good experience. Ibro was very friendly and professional. He finished the job in Feb and after that there was some leak. He came again, as soon as weather got bit better and finished the job

We found the price he quoted us was very much in keeping with our budget. He arrived at the scheduled time and along with his crew was very efficient. He is very knowledgeable and was able to address any problems that came up. We have decided to use him for some additional projects in our home. We would highly recommend him and his crew.

Called me the same day I placed my order to determine what needed to be done. Wanted to wait for a few days to let the snow clear. Kept me updated on his schedule several times due to weather changes. Arrived on time. Very cheerful and efficient. Accomplished the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. Even caulked around some nail holes (that I wasn't expecting).

I have been very pleased with every piece of work that Ibro has completed at our house. The remodeled bathroom was the first project and his professionalism, quality, and creative suggestions were right on and inspirational to us. It was completed in two weeks and we were super excited when it was completed. The doors and frames really brightened our house and improved the quality of all the rooms affected. We picked out the doors and Ibro modified everything to fit our individually sized openings. The sink had been stopped up for a week; I spoke to Ibro a few times and he made suggestions that I could try without involving paying him professional prices. Nothing seemed to help so he personally came within 2 days to "work his magic." When rodding and removal of clean out pipes under the sink did not work, he went to basement and opened up pipes until he found where the clog was. After discovering split threads in connection pipes, he replaced with PVC which now allows sink to drain faster than we have ever seen. Ibro is very competent and qualified to do almost any repair, maintenance and construction work.

With a staff of three Ibro removed and installed all 16 windows, start to finish, in four days. He kept me informed during the process, showing me the inconsistencies with the old window installations and how to correctly install the new windows. This also explained why we had drafts in some instances previously. They were able to reuse the existing trim around the windows which also provided a cost savings and you cannot even tell!! He was also instrumental in measuring the windows on my behalf, double checking along the way, prior to ordering. A couple weeks after the install the temperatures dropped below zero. I checked every window for drafts and to my amazement they were all air tight with the exception of one. I contacted Ibro and he immediately came back and corrected the issue. Once installed he took the time to show me how to make adjustments to the hardware and remove/install the screens. Once the weather turns warmer he is coming back to replace some outer trim that he identified needing replacement. Overall a very positive experience. I will definitely call Haris next time I need work performed.

.RUN FROM THIS MAN!!!! He won my business by telling me that while he could start a week later than his competitors, he could complete EVERYTHING within 2.5 weeks (that I would have his complete focus). In the end, he started several weeks later than he had originally committed to. And then five weeks after that, he still wasn't complete. My situation was unique, as I was in the middle of being treated for cancer when my home flooded, so I moved into a hotel closer to the hospital. I already had experienced some pretty bad service with ServiceMaster (obviously including the missed area of mold). So, even though Ibro delayed, I decided to still go with him because he seemed like a good man. Boy was I wrong!!! When he started (and I was able to be on site), I was surprised that he was only working 2-4 hours per day. However, I still did not expect to come back after my final round of chemo (five weeks later) to find that ONLY A FRACTION OF THE WORK HAD BEEN DONE! He claimed that he had to spend hours every day at Home Depot, which made absolutely no sense. He also claimed that moving my stuff around took up enormous amounts of time. (I am the opposite of a hoarder, and at least 90% of my belongings had already been moved completely out of his way.) There were also HUGE complications with the areas he had already addressed. Most importantly, he had used bleach to take care of the mold. It was obvious by the smell that the mold was stronger than ever, but he swore up and down that it was gone. (I was shocked because he knew that I was just finishing chemo and that the mold could be incredibly hazardous to me in my already compromised state!) I ended up researching mold only to find out that bleach makes mold worse on porous surfaces. I called AdvantaClean (an AMAZINGLY wonderful company) who came in and discovered a ton of mold. Ibro was so upset at the possibility that he might not get paid for this portion of his work, he kept changing his story--even claiming at one point that I never asked him to take care of the mold, but that I just wanted him to rebuild a portion of the wall??!?! (Not only had we spoken extensively about the mold remediation, it was also in his quote.) Second huge area was the 700 sq ft of flooring that he was in the process of installing. He had cut all of the laminate IN MY HOME WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION!!!!! We are talking layers upon layers of dust in and on EVERYTHING I owned. (Every small item within every basket was just caked in dust.) I had to fight for it, but finally Ibro agreed to pay for someone to come and clean up his mess. However, the dust was so intense that I needed to have my ducts cleaned because new layers of dust settled after the cleaning was completed. (And I am still finding areas that were completely missed.) Worse yet, the dust made me sick in my own home, further compromising my recovery. The third huge area was the tiling in my bathroom. While we had discussed in detail where the mosaic was to be placed, Ibro still layed it down incorrectly. Again, Ibro refused to take responsibility. Instead, he called in his son (who wasn't in the room when the initial decision had been made) to back him up that I was remembering the discussion incorrectly. From there, things just got worse! Ibro was so upset about the mold that I think he just gave up. As I discussed areas still in need of completion, he started claiming left and right that he had never agreed to do those things (even though he had). Within a few days, he found an excuse and said that he wasn't going to come back. Unfortunately, I had already paid him more than 95% of his fee. (When I came back after chemo, he had immediately asked for another deposit before I had a chance to realize how little he had accomplished.) Ibro claimed that I actually owed him more money than what was in his quote, including paying for paints he had purchased (which was clearly labeled as his responsibility within his quote). The only positive was that he did a little bit of VERY BASIC nuancing of a small area of wall and ceiling. (We are talking a few small swishes with a complementary color!) I was originally going to take care of this myself, but with all of the dust, I could barely handle being in my home after chemo. OTHER ISSUES: He incorrectly installed my sink (no p-trap). He used my good towels as rags. He claimed to only be able to work with Behr hardware for the bathtub, but then installed it improperly. He didn't protect my new floor when he painted so I have had to spend hours scrubbing to get paint specks out. He didn't use painter's tape, so there are paint smudges around the areas he painted. He under-ordered baseboard. He did not order any t-moldings so there are no transitions between floor types (except for one place where he just put the old t-molding in, which totally doesn't match). He touched up one wall with the wrong color paint (even though we had discussed it in IN DETAIL and the color obviously doesn't match). He destroyed two wallpapered walls. Several things went missing, including a vase, tile, and very expensive mosaic. (When I texted him about this, he did not respond.) He couldn't figure out how to reinstall my closet doors. (After he left, I figured this out myself within a few minutes.) He didn't seem to understand how to install my new sink, even having me return a perfectly good vanity (claiming it was defective). THE WORST PART OF IT ALL...Have you ever met someone who has to be right no matter what, who bends the truth in order to preserve his own sense of self-worth? That is Ibro!!! I can't tell you how many times I broke down in tears from having to deal with him. The drama was so intense. I was living a nightmare. I am POSITIVE that Ibro will write a response claiming that the issues were all mine. (He has already accused me of some very awful things!) Please, just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I know there are some good reviews here, but don't be fooled. Look a the nearly 10% of people who give this company an F.
