Our ventless (read expensive) water heater failed and needed to be replaced. I called around for quotes based on Angie's List reviews and selected this one. Our water heater is located in a small, hard-to-access location up a long flight of stairs. They gave us a timely appointment, showed up on time and were very courteous, professional and friendly. The work was performed efficiently with minimal disruption or mess, and they left no evidence that a dusty leaky water heater had travelled through our home. Great service and attitude. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Because Mr. Ferrari was so well-regarded by his clients on Angie?s List, I decided to hire him to take care of a small list of plumbing projects that I was hesitant to attempt myself. Plumbing is definitely not one of my skills. I spoke with a very pleasant woman named Linda who was very helpful and set up the appointment for me. When he arrived, he asked to see the work I wanted done. He inspected each job and drew up an estimate for each one. He gave me a brief overview of the work he would perform and reviewed his estimate with me in detail. I guess he wanted me to completely understand what he would be doing and what the costs would be. He was especially careful working on the bathtub overflow drain because of the age and frail condition of the associated hardware and fittings. He said he didn't want to make the job any more expensive than absolutely necessary. He completed the rest of my list uneventfully and all of his repairs are working nicely. He was very conscientious in cleaning up after completing his work. I also appreciated his willingness to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. I believe his fees are competitive with other plumbers in the area, and I would not hesitate to hire Wes Ferrari again. In fact, when the time comes to replace my water heater (likely in the near future), I plan on hiring him to handle that project.

I called Ferrari and received a quote over the phone. The woman who answered the phone was very professional and knowledgeable and scheduled my appointment quickly. Wes arrived within the time window, took a look at the problem, and got to work. His work was very quick and neat. He also helped to diagnose another issue we are having. He also provided a referral for that work, as he does not cover that type of repair. I am glad to have found an honest, efficient and neat plumber. Wes is a very nice man and runs a great business.

They returned my call promptly, arrived on time the next day. Gave me a quote before proceeding, had all materials in the van so there was no time wasted running to a store. Not only fixed the leak issue but fixed my toilet as well.

Wes is the best plumber in Wheaton! I have hired Wes on many occasions and have always been happy. I woke up to a cold shower and by 9:00 a.m. Wes was here removing the old leaky hot water heater and installing a new one. I was in business with hot water again by noon. I'm extremely pleased. He did excellent work. He cleaned up after himself. Actually, it was one person and he did everything. He brought the units down and was very careful bringing down. He didn't upset anything in the house. He was thoroughly clean and professional about it. I was very happy with that.

I did some previous work with Ferrari with a primary sump pump and a backup. I did a review on that a few reviews down. That job went excellent and I was glad the same plumber came here for this job as well. My sewage pit was previously not sealed which I know it should be. The ejector pump was really old and loud (it wakes me up occasionally all the way on the second floor). So the plumber replaced the pump, installed some new piping with quiet check valve, cleaned out the sewage pit, and sealed it up. He then installed a new water line from the water heater to the humidifier as the previous setup done by a different plumbing company was set up all wrong. Ferrari now has the setup in a proper manner. The plumber then installed a new gas connection from the gas line to the water heater because the previous line (done by a different plumbing company) was set up in a horrible fashion. With the quality of work Ferrari has done for my Primary Sump Pump, Backup Sump Pump, the Sewer Pit, the water line to the humidifier, and the new gas connections, I will definitely be using Ferrari as my main plumbing company as well as referring them to others.

It went extremely well. As a matter of fact, we had a problem with our sewer backing up in the basement just recently. I called Ferrari Plumbing because I trust them completely. They came out the next morning and immediately knew what to do and fixed the problem. The price was what I expected to pay for the three hours the man was here. He was efficient, cleaned up all the mess, was courteous and gave us a discount. I will most definietly call them again.

Wesley has done several projects in our home, so he was top of mind when we realize that the main water shutoff valve in our home was not working. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, and provided an estimate. Once we approved the estimate, he contacted the city to shut off our water at the curb and removed the old shutoff valve, pipe segment and water meter. Wesley installed a ball valve before and after the new meter and some new copper pipes. His work is very meticulous, and he always explains what could go wrong before starting a job. (For example, if the city can't turn off the water at the street, then the city may have to dig up your yard and replace that valve at considerable cost.) It's nice to know the possible negative outcomes before embarking on a repair, so that you are prepared for any situation.

The service went great. The plumber showed up on time, gave a good discount from what was on the book, was very helpful explaining everything, demonstrated the primary pump in action and then the backup sump pump when the primary wasn't working. Explained how to work the backup pump and test it without having to have them come back for a fee for testing the pumps. I would definitely use Ferrari plumbing again.

Excellent service! My daughter had an emergency situation when the water heater started to leak water all over the condo floor. It was a Saturday afternoon and didn't know where to call to find a good plumber on a weekend. After calling several plumbers, (including Home Depot), Ferrari Plumbing saved the day ! They came out within 2 hours and replaced the water heater 1-2-3 ! They also came back on Sunday (at no charge) to ensure our complete satisfaction! A truly wonderful experience with very nice people.

Ferrari Plumbing was at my home with in 45 mins to the hot water heater bursting very professional & does put cut corners. Takes price in his work.

The company's responsiveness was excellent. They showed up to the house within 30 minutes of calling. However, the pricing estimate was very high - over $900 to replace the sump pump.

Wesley arrived on time (called to see if he could come early). He determined what was happening and showed us each thing as he was examining and fixing it. Very thorough.

Overall, I am satisfied with the work done. However, the price was a shock.

Our water heater had an internal leak and was gushing water all over the basement. I called and they were able to come out within a few hours. After inspecting our unit it was determined that we needed a replacement. He had a unit already in his truck ready to go. He was very friendly and cleaned everything up before he left. Very easy and fast. I would use them again and refer them to anyone.

Wes, the plumber was a true professional. He called before coming, came on time, included me in seeing why the leakage was occurring and gave me a written estimate. He did impeccable work, cleaned the area after completing the job and made certain that I was completely satisfied with his work. A+++++ plumber! Excellent. The plumber replaced a leaking elbow joint in the vent line in the attic. The job took about 2 hours. He was meticulous, professional, and courteous.

This is the second time that I have used Ferrari Plumbing and they have provided excellent service both times. Wes was the technician who provided service both times. He was extremely professional and provided helpful recommendations. He was very honest about which repairs were absolutely necessary versus which ones were recommended, but not essential. Ferrari has provided work setting a toilet, replacing a noisy wall valve in one of our bathrooms, and this last time replacing a water supply valve to the refrigerator. This valve was a "quick install" job that someone performed in the past with a cheap, inadequate valve. Wes replaced it and ran new copper tubing (instead of the plastic) to the refrigerator. The work was done within a couple of hours and the valve and frig work great. I also saved 10% both times being an Angie's List member!! Great plumber that I will continue to use.

Very professional. Talked me into repiping the laundry sink - 1940s house with the original piping and trap from construction and we were fairly certain he couldn't get the trap off without destroying the pipes. I suspect, given how the sink ran, that no one had ever cleaned out that trap (or at least in the last 20 years). It was a good decision and really what had to be done. He worked very quickly, efficiently, and made sure that everything he touched was in mint condition before he left. I don't hire plumbers hardly at all (and generally it's been as part of an overall remodeling project) so it felt as if prices were a BIT steep. Part of the reason to call someone out for a bunch of jobs is to only have one charge for the "showing up" (which I'm FINE to pay). Given that I had multiple jobs, I would have expected the price book to have accomodated the "multiple job" aspect of the day. But, I will say he gave me $X off (a few hundred dollars in total - I don't recall) for the fact that he was there doing multiple jobs. Again, I think it may be more my unfamiliarity with plumbing prices so I'm not the best judge on price competitiveness.

Mr Ferrari was professional and personable. The price I felt was a little high but decided not to shop around since he could do the work immediately and I wouldn't have to make arrangements to be there at a later date. I do not begrudge a person a good wage for coming out late in the afternoon on a weekend, with a can-do attitude and confidence and matter-of-factly stating "this is what a can do at this price". There was no pressure to buy, no scare tactics - that was very much appreciated. It was a very positive experience.

First class workmanship from start to finish. The quotation visit went smoothly and all questions were answered. The work was performed in three separate visits. Each visit was well planed and executed perfectly. The work was top notch and great care was taken through each and every step of the process. I couldn't be happier with the final job and my choice to use Ferrari plumbing. Wes is a true plumbing professional, courteous and a great guy all around.
