Our experience was great. 1.20 was super helpful. He went out of his way to get us the bigger water heater we needed including driving for 2 hours to get the heater. It was just one person. He was very helpful and very timely. He looked at a couple of other small issues we were having and he was great. He spent an incredible amount of time with us. We’ve had him a couple of times.

We received prompt response from Ferrari and the work was completed in a few hours, however, the $700 fee for the work performed was excessive. We also did not appreciate that they placed a large company sticker on our brand new hot water heater without our permission. (They didn't even service our hot water heater.) We will not use them in the future.

Our house, built in the sixties like most in our neighborhood, has its quirks. We've had several plumbers come to the house and have often been disappointed with their advice and/or the results of their work. Not so with Ferrari! We are delighted with Wes's professionalism and the quality of his work. Highly recommend.

Wes Ferrari and Ferrari Plumbing is my go to plumbing respource. I truly trust their work, and they only use good reliable products. On 12/31/14 after lunch I noticed that my sump pump had failed and tripped a breaker. All it took was one call to Ferrari Plumbing and they were at my home in 1 hour to replace the pump, correct a discharge pipe problem and give me the piece of mind that I would not get water in my basement. Ferrari Plumbing has done 2 projects for me and I would not use anyone else. Water problems cause extensive damage, so I would not use a cut rate plumber. T Koenen

The gentleman was somewhat rude and assumed I wasn't serious about following through with doing the work. I was actually very serious... I mean who wants to take another day off work to get another quote? However, his attitude and obscene price made me go in another direction and I was very pleased with my eventual decision.

The guy showed up on time (Saturday Afternoon). Replaced the hot water heater. Quality of work, brand supplied (Rheem) were excellent. I thought the price was very high, but was not in a position to get a lot of quotes. Their work was done right. In spite of the price, I would use them again.

Ferrari fixed the problem in my bathroom. I discovered one annoying thing after the plumber left my home. He attached his advertising in four different places in my basement without asking permission. I assume his goal was to make it easy for me to find his number when I needed a plumber again. One sticker or card would have accomplished that goal, but four of them had the opposite effect. I will not call them. This may sound petty, but it took me some time to remove these items.

On a Thursday night at 1:00 am, I ended up breaking the float ball arm/ball c*** assembly on my toilet while trying to get it to stop running, and water started gushing into the tank. I then discovered the water shut off valve didn't work. In a slight panic, I looked up plumbers on Angie's List and found Ferrari Plumbing. Since the water wasn't overflowing but was just running continuously, I called and left a message, asking them to call as soon as possible when they opened the next morning. They called just after 7:00 am and were professional and helpful, saying they could have someone out between 8:00 and 9:00 am. The woman on the phone even said she would try to make it as close to 8:00 as possible to accommodate a meeting I had at work that morning. Wes, the Plumber, arrived shortly after 8:00 and was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough, completing the work in a timely manner. I was very happy with the quality of both the work and the people of Ferrari Plumbing.

The only thing I didn't care for was the sticker placed on my wall and tag on a pipe with the company information. The tech person gave me a business card and magnet which is appropriate. No permission asked for to place sticker and tag.

I am very impressed with Ferrari Plumbing. After setting up an appointment, I was contacted by the company to see if our technician, Wes, could arrive a little earlier than the the time frame we had originally agreed upon. I had indicated that I was on a tight schedule, and the person scheduling over the phone said she would do her best to get one of their technicians over as early as possible, which she did. When Wes arrived, he came with a binder which had all job prices delineated. There were no surprises. He listened carefully to my explanation, examined the problem site, and explained exactly what he would need to do to replace the leaky part, which would require cutting into drywall. Once the job was explained, he showed me from the pricing list just how much the total cost would be, I agreed and he promptly started. As Wes worked, he would stop occasionally to explain what he was doing and the options available for opening up the wall to get at the part. I'm sure he could have simply completed the job successfully without my input, but he wanted to do the job in a way so that I could easily patch the drywall. I chose to do that work myself. I was extremely pleased with the blend of friendliness and professionalism. I short, Wes was prompt, up front, professional and the work he did actually was better than I had anticipated since it was in a seemingly tricky location. I highly recommend Ferrari Plumbing based upon this experience.

We have used Ferrari a number of times and they always provide excellent, high quality service. They arrive on time and in this case were able to fix a poorly done plumbing installation from another provider in the past. They are great and I would highly recommend them for anyone.

Called on Tuesday to make an appointment for a sump pump installation today. The representative was very friendly and let me know that someone could be out in the morning within a 1 hour window and we made the appointment for between 8 - 9am. The representative called me at 7:45 am this morning to let me know the repair man (Wes) was about 10 minutes away which was appreciated. Wes was very friendly to both my husband and I and inspected our sump pump with us, providing a detailed explanation of what he recommended should be done and why. He showed us the pricing before he got started (which was consistent with our final bill). Wes worked quickly and was probably done within about an hour to an hour and a half. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am sure we will use this company again for any plumbing needs (they made not be the cheapest but they do quality work). Since we are Angie's List members we also were able to save $60 on the work thanks to their coupon.

I returned home about 10:30 one night. As I turned down the hall toward the bathroom, I wondered the carpet felt so wet. Then it dawned on me. I opened the doors to the utility closet and saw water leaking from the water heater. I had never replaced a water heater before, and was afraid of how much water was going to come out and what kind of damage it would do to my carpet, flooring and even furniture. I?d heard that some heating and cooling companies made emergency visits, so I got on Angie?s List and found Ferrari. I called about 11:00 and get the answering machine. I left a message and figured I would hear back in the morning, all the while hoping that I wouldn?t sustain too much property damage. Ten minutes later, Linda called me. I explained my dilemma. She said she would see if someone was free to come out that night. She called back in about five minutes and told me that no one was free, but someone could come out as early as 7:00 AM. I expressed again my concern about water damage to the carpet and flooring. She said she understood and offered to see if someone would be willing to switch shifts and come that night. About five minutes later, she called back and said someone could come out that night by 1:00 AM. At 1:00 AM, Wes arrived. He clearly explained what would need to be done to remove my old water heater and install the new one. We discussed warranties and pricing. He also informed me about the steps involved in installing the new heater. At the end, Wes accepted the coupon Ferrari offered on Angie?s List and made paying with a credit card simple. I found working with Ferrari to be very easy, especially during a difficult and tiring time. I really appreciated Linda sympathizing with my concerns and making the extra effort to find someone willing to come at that time of night. Wes was professional and clear in what needed to be done. He was easy to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a hot water replacement, emergency or not!

Contractor called 20 minutes before arrival in the scheduled time frame. Initial silcock replacement went well without problems. When I attempted to turn water back on to house, the old gate valve stem broke off and was then inoperable. Contractor explained that there might be a costly repair in store if the gate valve on the street side of the water meter did not work. If so, we would have to call the municipality to shut off water to home and turn on when work completed. Luckily, the existing valve worked sufficiently for contractor to replace old valve. The valve on the street side did not shut off completely and contractor had some difficulty sweating in the new valve. He did make it work after several tries, and we did not have to call the city. All in all a good plumber experience. Professional, punctual and priced fairly. I am so glad I did not attempt this repair myself. I would recommend Ferrari Plumbing to members.

Plumber came on time agreed. Got night to work. Did a superb job and even gave me tips on insulating cold basement he had worked in.

I was proactive about replacing my 14 year old water heater so it was a planned and not a rush job. I shopped Home Depot first and the install price from Ferrari beat them by over 100 dollars. It was a very efficient install, no issues whatsoever. I recommend them.

Office said they would be able to come out same day. Called back within the hour to give me a time. Service tech on time and had repair completed in less than an hour. Kept everything clean. Accepted Angie's list discount coupon.

$350 seemed excessive to us, but my husband had already taken the day off work.

I noticed a that a cleanout pipe on the south side of my home had been overflowing. After looking at Angieslist.com for Plumbers I called Ferrari Plumbing at about 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Linda asked me to describe the issue. I did so after which Linda said that a tech would be out in about one hour. Wes showed up promptly at 3. He looked at the pipe on the outside of my home and examined the pipes in my basement and laundry room. Afterwards he quoted be a cost for rodding out the sewer line up to 100'. He quoted a cost of $390.00 to $490.00. He worked at rodding out the sewer line for an hour and a half. After that he told me and my husband that he wasn't able to reach the problem and that I would need to call a plumber that had the capability of rodding past 100'. My husband and I went inside to look at Angies List again to find another plumber. I ran outside to give Wes a Ferrari Plumbing coupon for Angies LIst customers. He said that he couldn't take the coupon because he wasn't going to charge me. He said that he couldn't really charge me when he didn't solve our problem. He worked for an hour and a half and wasn't going to charge me? I was so IMPRESSED! My husband and I told him that we wanted to give him something. We agreed on $250.00. After Wes cleaned up and put his equipment away. I paid him, thanked him and off he went. Wes left me with an extremely positive impression of Ferrari Plumbing!

Water heater was replaced same day as call, work took about 1 1/2 needed pipes to be cut, very informative and helpful on the phone, plumber made sure we understood the basics and had us remove the air from system when started again. Water heater was from Rheem a taller model than previous 6 year warrantee. Would use again water heats up very well so far.

Totally excellent service all the way around. Great 'live' phone help, not endless prompts to push buttons. Quick and reasonable service, professional installer too!

The word craftsman comes to mind with Mr. Ferrari - his work was well-thought out, executed flawlessly,and explained to me in great detail. He explained my options at each step and provided a solution to my problem. Maybe I could have saved a couple of bucks with another plumber. But, when I look at the system he installed, I don't have that nagging feeling about basement flooding that I had before he arrived.

He was very professional, punctual and was there for almost 5 hours doing all the repairs. No more slamming door sounds when my sump pumps go off, can barely hear them running. I was very happy with his work and would use them again for other plumbing needs.
