I called them on Saturday when my original plumber couldn?t make it. They said no problem; they would have the plumber give me a call to get details. He called shortly afterward and we agreed he would come out at 7:30 Sunday. He called at exactly 7:30 to make sure we were ready and came in shortly afterwards. After replacing one pipe, it loosened another, he repaired that problem as well, but the cost didn?t change. He did the job quickly and the cost was very reasonable. (I?m sure it was less than what I would have paid the original plumber.) I was very satisfied, and they are our new plumbers.

The work done by Kevin was first rate. He immediately indicated that the leak may simply be the result of bad cauling. He indicated that if this was not the case he would have to tear out drywall to get to the plumbing and this would be very expensive. He did tell me what the cost of looking for a leak was and was straight forward about what that involved. After running the shower for a while and not getting any leaking tried pouring water on the floor. This resulted inthe leak observed previously. It did turn out to be caulking. He suggested I simply get some caulk and repair it myself. This was the most cost effective although he did state that he could do it if I wanted him too. Kevin was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I sent an email request on Sunday and received a phone call the same day and made an appointment for the next day. I arranged for the Tech to meet me during my lunch hour. Wes called me 20 minutes before arriving and was right on time. Wes assessed the issue and got right to work. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was done in about an hour and I was able to get right back to work.

He adjusted the water level or mechan and it seemed to fix the prom. I appreciated that he tried that before replacing the part.

I reviewed Angie's List and the internet for sump pump plumbers and interviewed 5 of them. Wes Ferrari came to the house, provided insight and a written estimate for several options and explained in detail the advantages and disadvantages of each. I compared prices and warrantees and chose Ferrari. Wes returned shortly after I contacted Ferrari's office and did an excellent installation job. He showed me all of his work and explained the reasons for his choices. He saved us from a wet basement since he discovered not only a faulty pump, but a leaking check valve which he then replaced and included in his installation at no additional charge, sticking to his original estimate. Overall, Wes was extremely knowledgable and patient in his explanations. He provided a quality piece of equipment and an excellent professional install in a very timely fashion. I strongly recommend Ferrari Plumbing based on my experience.

I called Ferrari Plumbing at about 6:00 pm on a Saturday evening. Our water heater was leaking. I spoke with Linda who was very courteous and made an appointment for Sunday morning. Wes showed up promptly at 7:00am replaced the water heater and was done by 9:00. Wes was very professional and very neat. He gave us an estimate to replace a concrete utility sink which was done today and we couldn't be happier. Great job guy's. We will defintely use them again.

Wes Ferrari came promptly at the appointed time. He went through all the equipment options for me. After deciding I ended up changing my mind about the type of pump I wanted. Even though he had already taken the sump pump from the box, he gladly put in the other sump pump for me. He takes great pride in his work and did not want to leave until I was satisfied with his work and the equipment he installed. He did not charge extra for labor because that cost is included in the equipment cost. Wes had to come back several days later because a piece of wood got stuck in the float mechanism. He came within the hour and did not charge anything for the call. He showed me what the problem was and how he cleaned out the sump pit to resolve the problem. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumber who will do an excellent job, then you need to hire Ferrari Plumbing!

Wes arrived punctually and worked tirelessly to install the water heater. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and he clearly explained every part of the job. We had asked him to raise the new water heater six inches in case the basement ever flooded, and he did so, making sure the water heater was perfectly level by building a base of bricks for it with great skill and care. It was his suggestion to improve the water pressure in our upstairs bathroom by replacing the old pipes, and this was an excellent idea because we now have very good water pressure upstairs, which is a wonderful change that improves our quality of life on a daily basis. So that there would be no surprises, he told us upfront that as he worked with our old pipes some of the surrounding old pipes might break, which would raise the cost of the repair. However, he did the work without breaking them, so we did not incur this extra cost. He removed the old water heater and left the work area spotless. After he finished the work, he checked all the faucets in the house to make sure they had good pressure and removed any debris caused by the repairs to the pipes. His professionalism, dedication to excellence, and work ethic are outstanding. We are very happy with all the work he did.

Called the office and Linda was very professional and understood my issue. Wes came out and was professional and knowledgeable. He assessed what needed to be done and made his recommendations provided a quote and began work. Job well done!

Came same day as called for estimate. Receptionist told about website coupon that was greater than the one here. Estimate was $90 less the the other one I'd obtained and he was able to do the job then and there.

They are consistent. They will tell you what they are going to do, do the work and the work was done well.

They were fantastic. They agreed to match a price for me before even walking in the door. I had bids that were much higher and Linda worked with me to agree on a price that we could afford. They hooked up the water line in the kitchen and even hooked it up to my refrigerator. The Sewer line that went out to the street was clogged as well. He also fixed that for me for a bargain price. I had a really good experience, I couldn't have been happier. The man was such a gentleman and I can't wait to use them when we remodel our kitchen someday.

Probably the nicest guys I've ever had the pleasure to have working in my home. They are friendly, know their stuff, and were in and out in no time flat. They did a GREAT job.

Well satisfied with the work. We had frequent sewer back up issues and had problems with accessing the outlet as there was no clean up outlet available outside. I had contacted other plumbing companies and those were suggesting an external clean up outlet ( I have a crawling space and no clean up outlet close to external wall ) and that would cost me another $3000 upwards. I contacted Ferrari Plumbing Company and scheduled to an appointment. Wesley came on time and discussed various options. He crawled into the crawling space and used his Power Roding machine to clear roots up to 100 ft. I am happy with the work performed. I will have to wait and see if there would be further blocks beyond 100 ft as the city sewer line run across the street. In that case, I would go for an external clean up outlet. Wesley gave me Angies List membership discount of $40/- . The company is reliable and sincere. Good work.

When Wes arrived, he touched the pipe of the water heater and told me it does not water. The unit is a rental condo and I just got a call from the renter there's no hot water. Wes lit the pilot, got it going and then the light died. He heard a drip and looked under the water heater where it started accumulating water. He recommended replacing the water heater. Wes explained to me everything he needs to do and the cost before he started doing anything. He made sure I understood what needs to be done and feel comfortable with all his recommendations. Before he left, he checked the temperature of the hot water in all the showers as he told me he did not want me to get sued by the renters for scalding. I definitely recommend Ferrari's. They don't charge you the service fee if they have work to do in your house. Unlike other companies, they charge the trip charge on top of the fee of doing the work to fix your problem/issue.

It went great! The guy was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, and gave advice for future plumbing problems (to prevent problems). We will be having them back for sure!

Initial free estimate for work was a little high, but he met our negotiated price. Neat and clean worker, neat and clean job, no mess. VERY considerate, works hard to please wanting our return business.

Called to have a Basement Watchdog installed. He promptly arrived at the scheduled 8am. It turned into a lot bigger job because previous owners had a 1.5" ejector pipe go to a 1" pipe. He consulted me before he did any work. He had to cut old fittings to replace. This caused leaking on another old pipe. he consulted me again and I gave him the go ahead to replace that pipe as well. Turned out to be a good thing. it was only a couple of threads in and they were corroded. He cleaned everything up and walked me through all that he did and how I should test the Basement Watchdog. I am happy with the price and service.

We didn't know about Ferrari before but they came highy recommended by our GC. After the project was completed, we could see why! Our design was by no means complicated, but it was unique and it was a renovation, not a new build. This always prevents challenges. Ferrari handled them every step of the way! Plus, our family of 6 lived in the house the entire time during construction and Ferrari worked with us so that we were never out of commission longer than necessary! The renovation was extensive and took over 10 months and Ferrari came back countless times to accomodate each and every step of the project, ensuring that the next contractor could come in and handle his piece.

I have used Ferrari Plumbing on several occasions for the last few years for different plumbing related issues. Each time they've been on time, professional, courteous, and very thorough. Recently I had them come out to replace an ejector pump which had failed on us and while here they had rodded out our main sewer line which was backing up through the basement floor drain. The plumber came out the very same day and he was professional, knowledgeable, clean, and laid out all of our options and the cost for each one of them. After he left our place is cleaner than before he arived. Whenever I need them I can completely rely on their customer service because of their promptness, quality products and professionalism.

The estimate was for what we thought the original problem was and for them to come out. We called them for a quote and we had a little chat. We just decided to keep getting other quotes and moving on to see if there were other companies that we could talk to. We did not use their services. They seemed knowledgeable but ultimately we chose another company. We just talked to them over the phone and they never showed up.

Before calling Ferrari Plumbing I went on line to check their standing with Better Business Bureau and not surprisingly they had zero complaints which is hard to find at this day and age. When I called them, our call was pleasantly handled in a very professional way and the job was scheduled for the same day on a short notice with my hectic schedule. When the plumber came out, he was on time, wore shoes covers which I thought was kind of neat, examined the scope of work that needed to be completed, took time to explain everything very clear in details so I knew what was happening. He was very polite and professional in everything he was doing, he even laid a cloth on our floor before working, fixed our leaking toilet and replaced our hot water heater unit that was old and leaking. He cleaned up after himself, gave us some valuable tips and lots of good information which made me feel that he was very knowledgeable in his field. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, family and certainly use them again if needed because the whole process from receptionist to our plumber was smooth, prompt, courteous and honest and best of all my bathroom regained a fresh new smell that I didn't have for a while.
