Linda was helpful and provided answers to all of our questions when I called to set up our appointment-even providing pros and cons between tankless and tank water heaters. We ultimately ended up choosing a standard 40-gallon tank. We originally had scheduled a 9am appointment on Saturday, but received a call a few days beforehand asking if we could reschedule to the afternoon because of a meeting that came up for them. When I told Linda this really didn't work with our schedule, she suggested a 7am appointment which we agreed to. Wes was right on time and finished the job very quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and went over all of the billing expectations to ensure it was what had been previously agreed to over the phone and via email, and provided information about maintenance moving forward and how to adjust the settings.

The job went very smoothly once Wes got here!

Experience went very well and smoothly. The service guy caught some not-up-to-code pipes and configuration that a plumber we had out in January didn't catch, as well as fixed some problems we didn't know we had with a backup pump and washer drainage pipes. He was willing to work with us on noise levels while our toddler took his afternoon nap. All in all, a very good experience, and I'm confident the plumbing in the ejector pit will last for years to come! (I gave them a B on scheduling because they were 15 min late to our appointment, but he did call in advance to say he was going to be late. Not the end of the world, but slightly less than "excellent")

They were very professional on the phone and came out right away. We felt the price was very high for the work performed but in the end were happy with the work.

I wouldn’t have the guy back. He lied to me about the rod inside of hot water heaters. He told me that it went into one of the water feeds. It doesn’t at all, there is a bolt on top that you can unscrew and the rod comes out. I had the owner’s manual right there and he installs them. He knew it. He did good work. I just didn’t like he lied to me. He cleaned everything up. The welding and all was really good. I just wish he didn’t lie about the rod. Our water goes bad and the rod has to be changed so it would have been good for him to tell me you can just unscrew the screw to remove the rod.

It turned out well. They did a good job. Overall I was very happy. My only concern was that there were a lot of add-ons to the initial quote. We did negotiate those.

They did the job and their service turned out fine.

Called at 9:00am. Wes came promptly providing a free estimate and ready to work. He was knowledgeable, courteous, highly skilled, excellent disposition; remained within the boundaries of his estimate and gave me a 10 percent discount for being an Angie's List member. He was exceptional, truly a God-send!

I had taken apart the P-trap under the sink myself, to see if I could see the problem. The pipes were clear until behind the wall, indicating that the problem was beyond my reach. I called Ferrari Plumbing, and Wes came out to take care of the issue. He gave a precise estimate, I OK'd the work, and he was done within a couple of hours. I have had Wes on jobs before, and he always helps me out. He fixed the connections under the sink, which I had not been able to tighten down properly after disassembly.

Removed toilet and re-installed with new seal and replaced toilet water supply. Just came in and took care of the problem for me.

He started out by testing for the source of the leak. Confirmed that there was no leak with full tub, only when tub was emptying. He had to cut through the wall behind the tub outlet, as there was a leak there in the overflow drain. Upon testing, that was MOST of the leak, but there was actually a second leak right at the bottom under the tub in the T-pipe to the main drain. That 2nd leak was harder to isolate. He had to cut into the wall, then the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom, which I could see made him pretty uneasy. He asked several times to be sure that it was OK. I just needed this leak to stop before the tub fell through the floor. This ended up being a really major job! Wes stuck with it, probably spending hours longer than expected to resolve the leak issue.

Wouldn't use this company as their pricing is too high. I called for an estimate for a clogged kitchen drain. They quoted $249.00. I called other plumbers and went with J&S Plumbing at just under $175...30% lower in price. Now even at this rate it's expensive just to clear a drain! This company will probably say that since it was Saturday, we quoted overtime rate or they are competitively priced. Just not so! Don't buy this and shop around.

I had hired Ferrari Plumbing to replace a leaking water heater. I called a three plumbing companies found on Angie's list including Ferrari Plumbing. Not only did Ferrari Plumbing offer the best price, but the person I spoke with really took the time to help me deal with the manufacturer. There was a possibility that the water heater may be covered under the manufacturer's original warranty so that I would be able to get a free replacement water heater and I would just have to pay the labor. She contacted the local representative of the manufacturer about the warranty. I did get the free replacement water heater and only paid for the labor. The technician came within the designated one-hour time window with the new water heater and replaced the old leaking water heater.

Excellent experience with Wes. This is the second time I used his company and he was as professional as the first time. He also checked some of the work he did the first time to make sure everything was alright, which it was. I would definitely use him again.

Sent Ferrari an email within minuted I got a phone call and set the appointment for an estimate. They were very punctual arrived at the house exactly when they said they were going to. They seemed knowledgeable however wanted 95.00 dollars jut to tell me whether the problem with my bathroom was the faucet or the pipes. I am sorry If I look like an idiot but certainly do not act like one. I am surprised these people have A for rating. It is an abuse to charge people that amount of money for a diagnosis.I thanked him for his time and sent him on his merry way.

The hot water heater broke on Wednesday evening and when I called Ferrari Plumbing the next morning, I was able to get an accurate estimate over the phone and a same day appointment that worked with my schedule. Wes was professional and did a thorough job - highly recommended!

I suddenly lost hot water and discovered my hot water heater had a serious leak. I called several plumbers from Angie list and chose Ferrari because they had the best price and could install the new water heater the same day. Linda was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She sent Wes from who was at my house within a few hours of my call with a new hot water heater. He was almost military like in his efficiency. He installed a dissimilar metals separator free of charge and some hot water line supporters also free of charge. The installation went quickly and without incident. We s was polite, efficient and easy to work with. I would certainly use them again and recommend them without reservation.

I woke up Wednesday morning to find that I had no hot water. After inspecting the basement, I found that there was rusty water trickling from the water heater onto the floor. After calling the plumber I have used in the past and finding that he could not help me until at least the next day, I immediately signed on to Angie's List to look for an alternative. After reading quite a few reviews on plumbers near my home, I chose to call Ferrari Plumbing because of the many kind words written by satisfied customers. Linda, the receptionist, was quite helpful. She checked to see how soon they could send someone out, and told me it would be between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. She then asked about my present water heater so they would know how to proceed and what kind of unit to bring. I decided to go with something similar to what I had previously, and she assured me they would be able to bring that unit with to install that day. Wes, the technician, arrived within the specified time period. He was courteous and respectful, and took great care when moving things in and out of the house. The water heater is in the basement, with stairs that are difficult to navigate, but he was able to bring the new unit in and remove the old unit without any problems. He explained everything he was going to do from start to finish. His work was neat, and his demeanor very professional. I was pleased with the work he did, and would not hesitate to call Ferrari Plumbing again.

They were excellent. He did a great job and he was fantastic. We were very happy with them. The price was reasonable. We had gotten a couple of other quotes. I don't know if he was the lowest but he seemed like he knew what he was talking about so the price was worth it. We have been in this house for a long time and have tried different plumbers and he was definitely good.

We had a very slow lavatory sink that required a "snake" to be used to clean out the pipes. Ferrari was great throughout the whole process. Easy to schedule an appointment, the plumber called before arriving, was right on time, diagnosed the problem, provided an estimate, fixed the problem, explained everything clearly. I will use them again and highly recommend them. Great experience.

Ferrari has weekend hours so they were easy to get in contact with when needed. They were booked through the weekend, but offered me Monday or Tuesday to have the water heater replaced. Installation was done on time, but did have to pay a bit extra for the heater due to the original one being discontinued. Also paid for the installation.

Even with the problem of the water not coming back on, he was able to diagnos and solve problem.

Wes is a "pro" in his technical skills as well as the "quality control" of his work. I would definitely recommend Ferrari based upon this first time experience with their company and their employees. I will be calling them for any new problems or plumbing issues in the future. Plus, they offer Angie's List members a 10% discount.

Technican spent about an 1/2 hour analizing all the pipe connections before starting,,he was very through in explaining some other problems we are having...rodding out the sink sloved the problem,,we will be using this company in the future

Ferrari was great from the beginning. I called on a Saturday morning to see if I could get weekend service because the water heater at my in-laws was leaking all over the basement. The woman who answered the phone was really helpful and set an appointment for me within a couple of hours. I provided her the specifics of what I wanted in a replacement water heater. The plumber arrived on time within the window and brought exactly what I requested. He reviewed the set up and informed me of the work and cost required. He worked quickly and had the water heater replaced in about 1 1/2 hours. He cleaned up and replaced some minor items at no charge. He fully explained what he was doing, how to use the water heater and provided some instructions on basic maintenance. I felt the price was good and I got an Angie's List discount on top of a competitive price. I will definitely use Ferrari again at my own home when the need arises.
