I had a small leak in a PVC vent pipe from a bathroom vanity. I had already exposed the piping by removing a portion of the drywall. The pipes and elbow joint were accessible and in clear view. When I called the company, I asked the hourly rate, figuring the job would take less than one hour. I was told they didn't have an hourly rate but would quote the job that needed doing. This was a red flag I should have seen but didn't. When the plumber arrived and looked at the job, he quoted me a price of $300 and gave me a song and dance about it might be difficult to fit the new elbow joint where the old one was. "I might have trouble spreading it," he said. I said, $300? No way. He asked me what I thought the job was worth. I said about $100. He said, oh no, how about a discount of $100, to make it $200? I said no way. He asked what I wanted to pay. I said $100. He said how about $175. I said I guess I have to call another company. He said, well, I'm here, would you pay $150? I caved and said yes and he did the work. I think he did careful work. It took him 40 minutes. All he had to do was measure carefully, use a Sawzall to cut the PVC and replace the joint--no "spreading" required. Negotiating a price with a plumber makes me not want to do business with them again, especially since the first price quoted was a total rip off--I expect some folks who don't know any better will just say, "okay." Wes seemed like a nice guy but I will go elsewhere next time.

The plumber quickly established what needed and gave me an estimate and agreed to install a new pump. The pump was quickly and neatly install despite the close quarters of the pump location.The work was completed and I was on my way to work before 8:30 AM. Ferrari save the day for me.

They were very polite and punctual. Gave me a quote before starting the work. Left the bathroom clean after they were gone for the day.

The plumber arrived on time, climbed into the attic to view the problem and analyzed a solution. Corrected the issues, his solution was spot on and completed quickly and professionally.

We have a leaky water heater and wanted to get a quote. I called and they sent out Wes and his assistant within a couple of hours to give us a free quote. The were very professional and informative about what needed to be done. They gave us a quote for the work to replace our 10 year old Bradford White power vent 75 gallon water heater (like for like). The quote was in the upper end of their price range book due to some moderate piping work that was required to install. He said they could start right now and asked me to sign the estimate/quote form. They were pretty nice, but this was the hard sell point. As I had scheduled another quote from another service for an hour later, I apologized and said that I wanted to get another quote and that if he was in my shoes he would do the same. Which he couldn't argue with. He did say as he was leaving, if we went with him right away, he would knock another $100 off.

Outstanding company that deserves an 'A' for everything from scheduling, pricing, and actual work done. Wes Ferrari was 2 hours late from the appointed time because his prior appointment took longer. I did not mind because I was extremely satisfied with his work in the end. He single-handedly carried the new heater to my basement and hauled away my leaking heater. Good job cleaning up. Linda answered all my calls promptly and I never had to leave a voice message. Of all the plumbers I called no one offered their own 6-year labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer's 6-year parts warranty. This was a key factor in my decision to go with them.

They showed up on time, removed the old heater and installed the new one. They cleaned up the area well and did it in a timely manner. The tank did have a slight manufacturer defect that showed up after a couple hours of operation. I called them up and they came right back, assessed it and replaced the part with no hassles.

I was very satisfied with how the work went. From the initial phone call setting up the appointment through the completion of the job everything went smoothly and without issues.

They were really good. He had to drill the ring out. I do not know if the price was right but, they did a real good job and it looks nice. I thought he great overall.

This is the second time I've used Ferrari Plumbing, and both times have been great experiences. The first time was a repair of a water heater. My house is relatively new, but purchased from a bank foreclosure on the builder. Because of this I have no paperwork or receipts on the water heater. Wes took the time to look up all the information and call it into the company to see if it was under warranty (it was). Additionally, the indicator light on the circuit board was throwing off the wrong diagnostic signal which really lengthened the visit, but didn't increase the bill. The second time was to replace the the sump pump that should have been an ejector pump. This was a dirty job, and although the repair wasn't cheap, I think Wes earned every dollar of it. Both cases were semi-urgent, and I called in the evening both times. Wes was out the very next morning and at the very beginning of the two hour window he provided. I'd say one of the more impressive things about Wes is that he actually cares about what he is doing and takes the time to do the little extras that make the job right, not just fixed. I can absolutely recommend Ferrari Plumbing, and already have to several people.

Our ejector pump near our basement powder room suddenly stopped working. We had also noticed a dripping sound from the master bathroom toilet and needed to have it repaired as well. I called Ferrari Plumbing on Sunday morning, and was so thrilled that a real person answered the phone. The receptionist was very helpful, and told me that I could expect Mr. Ferrari on Monday between 3:00 and 5:00 P.M. We were pleasantly surprised when Mr. Ferrari called and said he could be at our home even earlier. He arrived at 2:30 P. M., and it was very nice to see a repairman neatly dressed, polite and well groomed. My husband informed Mr. Ferrari of both of our plumbing problems, and Mr. Ferrari had a price book to let him know, up front, exactly how much the job would cost. The new ejector pump is top of the line and is so much quieter than our old pump. Mr. Ferrari cleaned up his mess and went the extra mile by cleaning out a trap and re-sealing it. Our upstairs bathroom no longer has a continual dripping noise, and I was so relieved to have it repaired. I would highly recommend Ferrari Plumbing to everyone! We've had so many bad experiences in the past with plumbers who don't show up on time, fail to fix the problem or just leave a mess behind. This plumber deserves an A+, and we will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing problems!!!

On the Friday evening of a holiday weekend, we discovered that our water heater was leaking. Went straight to Angie's list for help. After reviewing several options, we chose Ferrari's. They answered the phone on the first ring---and remember, the is was Friday evening. I was rattled about the situation, but the person taking the call was very patient and knowledgeable. And what a surprise! No emergency fee, no weekend add-on, and and a technician was on his way directly. He arrived in half an hour.The sixteen year-old water heater needed to be replaced, and several valves had to be brought up to code. The technician was speedy, pleasant and highly competent. He had all the work done, the old water heater removed, and the air bled out of the system in all the water faucets in the house in under two hours. An Angie's List discount was applied to the total. The final cost was well within the range discussed by the person I originally spoke to on the phone. We couldn't be more pleased.

Leak in water heater discovered in the morning. Called around and found this company on Angie's List. They scheduled an appointment for 6:00pm. Although a little late, they did call and let me know. Worker assessed problem and suggested repair work to replace heater and old valves and piping. Work was done that night and we are very satisfied.

I was really impressed with the company overall. Starting with the pleasant young lady who answered all my questions and concerns on the phone to the professionalism of the plumber who actually did the work, I am truly pleased with this company.Since a customer's first impression is with the person who answers the phone, they have nothing to worry about. She was not only knowledgable about the products,, she was cheerful and very courteous, which I think is a rare quality in our times.The plumber was extremely competent and professional, and offered advice in other areas. He also left the area he worked in spotless, which is important to me.

The guy from Ferrari Plumbing Inc. did an excellent job. He explained everything to me while he was doing the job.

The job was done well. I will recommend him to others and if I have another plumbing issue I will call this company again. I am not sure if the price of the sump pump with battery is good or not since I am unfamiliar with that product. Wes answered all my questions and was not a high pressure salesman,there were options on equipment with prices that included labor in writing. On Angie's List there is a coupon for 100.00 off which was applied to my bill.

I called on a Sunday and Wes was able to come the following morning. He was upfront about the tasks and expenses.

The technician called about 1/2 hour before he arrived, which was right on time with the estimate I was given on the phone. The technician was very professional and well prepared for the job. Once he inspected the job I was given a fair cost estimate and he began the work. The technician encountered a few unexpected problems when he started the job but was prepared and came up with good solutions. He finished the job within the amount of time and cost he estimated and saved us from needing to install a brand new hot water heater. Great experience overall.

The service tech arrived right on time. He was friendly, gave me estimates of all the work and got right to work. Replacing the pipe from the sump pump to the outside of the house was a large job. It required drilling a larger hole to brick and under the stairs in the crawl it was a very tight space. He worked for 5 hours, never taking a break. He was very neat, no mess to clean up. After completion of the work he went over everything that had been repaired. He did a great job and I would juse the company again.

Wes is a good plumber but I was not happy with the pricing nor the way it was priced. I had replaced the 2 valves earller and apparently scored them so they no longer held. I called Wes and he came over and gave me an estimate of $279. I signed the estimate indicating I approved it. The leak from the valves I replaced apparently caused water to leak into the basement. After 3 hrs Wes thought to see if replacing the valves would stop the leak in the basement which it did. In the process he ruined a tool for keeping water away from the site he sweat the new valve onto. When he was finished he added more charges. In my opinion because he underestimated the job and because he needed to recoup the cost of the tool. I had used Wes before to install a hot water heater and he did a good job and at at the agreed upon price but I was not at all happy with this experience and will not use Ferrari again.

Ferrari Plumbing was extremely easy to work with. When I called about my leaky pipe and my old water heater, I never expected that they would be able to do both jobs in 2.5 hours! They explained everything that needed to be done, performed the work very quietly and efficiently, then showed me everything they did. All my questions were answered, and they had the old water heater picked up before they left. Yes they may seem expensive, but I've had plenty of mediocre plumbing done at my 60-year-old house for similar high prices! I don't mind paying for quality, and I will definitely use Ferrari Plumbing again.

I was very satisfied with the work and would use Ferrari again.

Plumber clearly explained the work that need to be done and provided separate estimates for each job. When finished, the work area was clean and the work was very professional. I thought the prices were a little high, but every separate job was within the estimate given. Very pleased overall.

We have used them a couple of times. We have been very satisfied with them. It is hard to find someone you trust now days and I trust them.
