Description of Work: Had to replace the inside of the toilet. The only issue was that they did one thing and then when completed said it didn't correct the problem and needed something else that increased the price by another $100 dollars.

Description of Work: The lady on the phone was great! But the service provider needed me to find the problem, which turned out to not be plumbing related at all. I did the work and he charged me the maximum I was quoted. I won't use them again.

Description of Work: They responded the same day to our water heater having gone out. The heater needed to be replaced and they were able to do this the same day. They did not make the appointment at the designated time, but called to let me know when they would arrive. Very professional, nice work, left the area cleaner than they found it. This was the Friday before a three day weekend and we were happy to have the work done promptly. In this circumstance I didn't have the luxury of 'shopping around.'

Description of Work: Great job, but should should 2 hours labor cost ~$500? Parts would have been less than $50.

Description of Work: It was late on Sunday night and our kitchen sink suddenly starting filling up while the dishwasher was running. We had a clog some where in the main line. Ferrari Plumbing was contacted at 7:00am Monday morning and was onsite by 10:00am. They power routed the kitchen line (~$300) to clear the clog and re-piped the kitchen sink and dishwasher plubmbing (~$700). The work was completed by 1:00pm. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable. I felt their pricing was slightly on the higher side, but rated them an A overall because of their responsiveness and punctuality.

Description of Work: Fixed drippy bathtub faucet and replaced the shut-off valve on a toilet. Unfortunately, the shut-off valve for the HOUSE didn't shut off the water to the house, so the plumber needed to have the city come and turn off the water at the curb; then, he needed to install a new shut-off valve in my basement. Of course, this quickly raised the total cost well beyond the cost of only fixing the leaky bathtub faucet which was why i originally called the plumber. In the end, despite the unexpected expense, I am very happy that both shut-off valves have been replaced. Just one toilet overflow would have created a disaster. Plus, when the city representative came back to inspect the shut-off valve in the basement, he was totally impressed with the work! I have used this plumber twice, and would call this company any time I need a plumber.

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time. He was respectful and clean about his work. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and we are satisfied with the end result of his work.

Description of Work: Ferrari Plumbing replaced my water heater with a new version of the same one that was in service for 12 years - Bradford White 50 gallon. They replaced all connection fittings, installed ball valves for my Aprilaire furnace humidifier, and removed the old water heater. In addition Wes Ferrari heard the loud "thump" noise that my bathroom ejector pit check valve made and recommended the new quiet replacement version. Wes installed the new check valve and it is very quiet, so I appreciate the recommendation. I will not miss the loud "thump" that occurred everytime the ejector pump finished its pumping cycle. Wes even consulted me on the sump pump discharge area and recommended a few changes for safety and reliability. Ferrari plumbing visited my home, provided a bid and did the work the same day. Ferrari Plumbing provides exceptional service, easy to understand advice, and fair / competitive prices. I would not call another plumber after my experience. I would trust Ferrari Plumbing in my home any time for a project, even if I was not there. Tom Koenen

Description of Work: Plumbing company called to tell when to expext the plumber, then plumber called me to say he was on his way. Plumber showed up at appointed time! I explained the jobs I needed performed and was given a quote for the services requested. Final cost met quote. Work completed in reasonable amount of time.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking water heater with new unit and removed old unit and all packaging. Office lady was very helpful, explained the options available, gave us pricing over phone and scheduled service. Serviceman arrived within the 2 hour window and performed the work rapidly. Serviceman explained how unit worked, cleaned up area where he performed the work and left it very clean. Other than the fact that we had to pay $1,000 the whole experience was a pleasant one. Certainly recommend this company and give it a top grade.

Description of Work: There was some leaking under the sink that they repaired. It turned out fine. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the faucets is not as strong as it was before the work.
