Fine. The Angie's List deal was for 8 person-hours and they sent four people for two hours - that was convenient. The pile is now much diminished and they took out almost all of the saplings in the yard (I don't hold the few small holdovers against them - they're hard to see and I often miss them until much later myself) and trimmed the dead parts off the Bridal Wreath bush. They cleaned up after themselves. At this time, the Angie's List My Account purchases isn't working for me, but I think it was $375 for the deal.

Brandon, the owner, gave us many useful ideas, and his crew executed the plan to perfection. The price was very competitive, too. I plan on using this company again as the need arises, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these people to anyone looking for a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail at a fair price.

The yard cleanup was "okay" but there are still a lot of twigs to be picked up. They sent three workers who stayed 2.25 hours (for a total of 6.75 hours). I didn't realize that the drive to and from their office in Naperville was considered part of the 8 hours that I paid for.

Excellent service. Brandon made sure everything was done correctly and was very responsive, his guys provided assistance even in some areas that were not quoted. We greatly appreciate the work and will continue to use them in the future!

There's no issue. I think I had some add-on so they just like kept going until it's done type of thing.

Unfortunately we were located outside of their business area. But They were very kind, prompt and professional in contacting us right away after purchase of deal to let us know we were out of area. They only thing I will add is that please, please, post zip codes or towns that are in your area of business, we as a consumer will then know and act accordingly.

We played phone tag with a Brandon for a while. The work was great and Brandon was very knowledgeable.

For the last 5 years I have come to really appreciate BSC services - what started as a simple weekly mowing for our rather large yard, grew into a comprehensive care and a true collaboration between ourselves and BSC. From managing the immediate needs of keeping the lawn in top shape to working on helping me to create a green oasis in our back yard, BSC/Kramer Group did outstanding job - year after year! I was working most closely with Scott and Brandon, and they were great - listening, giving advice, willing to compromise, honoring my wishes, and most importantly always going that "extra mile". I will be hard-pressed to find such a great service in a new location, because the bar was set pretty high... Thanks for the years of great service!

Excellent! We had some difficulty on arranging a time that worked for both groups but the guys were fantastic, professional, and both accommodating and apologetic when our schedules were misfiring.

Overall, they did a good job. We got a call that they were in the area and wanted to know if we were available for them to come over and start early. (We were fine with that!) Unfortunately, they weren't able to complete the job that day; it took a call to the office to get them to come back out and finish. We had asked them to pull grass from planting beds that had started to creep in; there were several areas where they just covered the grass up with mulch (my wife and I finished the job ourselves).

I bought the deal for 8 hours of yard work. It took a while to get it scheduled and the company is hard to get a hold of, but once they came they did a good job. They did some trimming, edging and digging work. I thought it was a good amount of work for the price.

Providers worked quickly and thoroughly. Yard looks great. I can just start putting in my garden. Really improved the look of the place. Workmen were polite and professional.

Great communucation with Scott at BSC Kramer Group to schedule the work nevessary. On the day of service, Brandon and crew did a great job, answered all my questions and provided insightful advice on improvements to our patio and landscaping. I would highly recommend BSC Kramer Group to anyone looking for a full service landscaping company
