Description of Work: Jimmie and Ian came in and did an absolutely wonderful job on a very, very dirty carpet in my living room and dining room. It had large squares where area rugs had been and now you can't tell they were even there. They did scotch guarding to help keep it as clean like this longer. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Jim and Ian did a great job of carpet cleaning. Jim said that they would make the carpet look fantastic and they did. We had the carpet cleaned many times in the past and the high traffic areas never were really improved until Beyond Carpet did the carpet. The high traffic areas look better than they have in ten years.

Description of Work: I have nothing but good things to say about this carpet cleaning service. They were on-time, courteous, and professional. They did a very good job, and stood behind their guarantee to return at no charge to redo areas that showed up after the drying process. None of these areas were in the finished bedrooms, but on the stairs that get a lot of wear. When they left the second time, the stairs were spotless. I have, and will continue to recommend Beyond Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for that service.
