They came on time, clarified the work to be done, and began working right away. They did a beautiful job. The carpeting looked excellent when they were done. The charge was very reasonable. I would hire them again.

I bought the Angie's List voucher, which included the carpet cleaning of 2 rooms for just $59. I emailed to make an appointment, and received a call back the next day. Jim and his assistant showed up at 10:00?exactly on time. We walked through the area to be cleaned, and Jim suggested adding a scotch guard treatment to the family room, which I took him up on. He didn't try to up-sell me or convince me to buy any service I wasn't interested in?no high pressure sales. In fact, when I told him that I was planning to clean the stairs myself (I didn't want to pay the extra fee, which they informed me of when I made the appointment, so no surprises there), Jim even gave me tips on how to do it right. The men got to work immediately and were done in less than an hour. Not only were Jim and his assistant (I stink at names) on time and very professional, they did a great job. The fact that they're willing to come back within 7 days if any spots appear is a definite bonus. Both men were kind, courteous and worked very quickly. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends without hesitation.

I called to make an appointment for an estimate and/or service. They made an appointment at my convenience and gave me an estimate and scheduled the cleaning time for a future date of just a couple of days which worked out fine. I was very pleased with the work. They told me if I had any concerns after they left to just call them and they would come back. I did not have to call them, all spots were removed and none have returned which I find is the case so often. They left me with some miracle cleaner that I did have to use on a small missed spot. The cleaner did the trick and I am very pleased and would call them again.

Jim came with an assistant right on time, and an hour or so early (as planned). He quickly discussed his plans for cleaning the carpet, and we agreed on extra charges for cleaning the sofa and stairs. The job took about an hour or two, and was done very quickly, in a timely manner, and very professionally. Jim was friendly and accommodating to any of our requests. I definitely felt the charges were fair. The carpet looks almost new now, and they even managed to get out a really, really disgusting poop stain left courtesy of my dog. Jim even left little booties so that we could walk around on the still-damp carpet while it dried out. I remain impressed with the job Jim did, and would gladly use them again in the future.

Jim was right on time, prepared and very friendly. He did a great job, move my furniture and returned everything back with care. They were efficient and my carpets look great.

Jim arrived with his coworker and after an estimate started right to work. He worked quickly, efficiently, and remained professional throughout. He did a very thorough job.

Jim Settecase was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do, how the products worked, and how long it would take. He wore booties on his own shoes. He explained how he would come back to re-clean any spots where stains might resurface in a day or two. We had one spot where a dog had thrown up and he came back right away and took care of it.

We used their service last year, and were very happy with the service. Therefore, we had them back out this year. I’m happy to report that our experience this time was equally as good as the first.

Overall it was okay. Nothing really stood out. The guy was pretty enthusiastic. It went pretty well. I would say that they were thorough and honest.

We spilled red wine on our carpet and it stained. Jim was able to remove the stain and did a great job cleaning our carpets. Then he set up large fans, and the carpets were virtually dry by the time he left. By that night, they were completely dry. You would not have known they had been cleaned except they looked so great.

We purchased a new home and had only a few days between the closing and when we needed to move our stuff into the home. Beyond Carpet Cleaning came the afternoon we closed and cleaned the carpets the very next day. The owner and his son worked hard late into the night (in order to fit us into his schedule) and they did an excellent job. They were honest up front about some stains they doubted could be removed, and yet when it was all finished even those stains were removed. The previous home owners had pets and the house smelled fresh and I have had no allergic reactions since we moved in (allergic to pet dander).
