Beyond Carpet Cleaning

The owner came out and took good care of us. They did a nice job based on what we paid. We did not take advantage of any expanded service and they were polite and professional.

Excellent. They scheduled me within a couple of days of me calling, they gave me a 8:00 am slot and were in and out within 2 hours. Punctual and professional. Rooms look great and I am very pleased with the work that was completed.

Was told at the last minute that there would be an additional 35$ travel charge. I had e-mailed earlier to ask about coming to my town, was told no problem, but no mentionof the travel cost. Found out when they called to make the appoinment. No big deal, but they should have indicated upfront as they knew the distance then.

Overall very very pleasant people to have in my home.

The job went well. I chose this company because of a special offer on three rooms, but we added stairs and another room and the price climbed very quickly, it seemed. I think this is a premium company with premium service, and premium prices which is perhaps more than I needed or expected. I'm not complaining really, I should have paid more attention to the cost of added service.

Great! We bought the big deal plus additional stairs. They were very professional from start to finish! After setting up the appointment they called to remind and called when they were on their way. Which was VERY nice. They did a GREAT job! They even left a bottle of carpet cleaner for any new spills and would drop by a free refill anytime I were to call them... How nice is that! Would definitely recommend them and have them again!!

I was thrilled with the results and all of the company's communication was top notch. It had been too long since my carpet was cleaned, so I was thrilled to see this special. They were accomodating with my schedule and I could see that there work was thorough. The company called a couple days later to ensure I was happy with their work. I will definitley call them again. The company used a process with multiple steps and I could see that it was being throughly and deeply cleaned.

The whole experience from start to finish was painless. We had an Angie's list voucher, called to set up an appointment and within a week they were here. Our carpet looks brand new again!

I was called to advise time of arrival. Jim and Ian arrived with smiles and a lot of information and suggestions on carpet cleaning. I was asked to point out problem areas. They went to work pretreating spots before cleaning carpet. Had a gigantic carpet cleaner that really scrubbed the dirt away. They had fans and turbo fan to remove the moisture. I was pleased that the high traffic area was like new and all my stains were removed. I was offered a wonderful package. I couldn't recommend a better group of men. I will use them again. Very pleasant experience. Jim is very personable and likes to establish a good relationship with clients. My carpets were fairly heavily soiled in places and it took some work but he got them looking great. I had purchased a special Angie's List deal (2 rooms of carpet cleaning for $59) and bought a third room plus stain protector on all three. They moved out the smaller furniture but did not move the sofas or upholstered chairs. They asked if that would be okay and I agreed because the traffic areas were the dirty parts and the area under the furniture didn't need another cleaning. They worked h****** the edges and looked great, too. The cleaner they used left a very pleasant orange smell. Jim left me with a bottle of spray cleaner for spots, and gave a week's guarantee on his work--if any spots come back up, he stressed that he wants to hear about it so he can come back and make it right. He clearly has a wonderful business ethic, and wants satisfied customers. Due to problems they had with bad checks, they no longer accept checks and request payent via cash or credit card. That is fine with me, but I thought others might want to know this before they arrive.

Things could not have gone better! Jim and his team did fantastic work and were wonderful and pleasant. My son's room has really light white carpet and he had spilled a few drinks and the dog is in there constantly so the carpet needed a good cleaning. It is spotless! The rug in the TV room had seen a lot of living. It is now clean and looks like new. I could not be more pleased.

Jimmy came in with Ian and we talked about doing a deep cleaning as opposed to what I had purchased for $59. This was something I wanted and was waiting for his arrival to discuss. We agreed on a price of $200 total to do a deep cleaning with some major pet stain removal. The carpet was prob a 1-2 when he started. It is now a solid 9. The carpet is a creme white color that was nearly black in high traffic areas. Nearly all stains were removed and not visible. Also the carpet was raked which really brought life back to it. Good people, good prices, highly recommend them.

They got here on time, did a great job, and I would recommmend using them to my friedns.

Jim Settecase and his assistant Ian arrived on time (for what was supposed to be just an estimate) and went through the entire house with me, listening very carefully to all of my concerns. JIm described the cleaning process in great detail, and gave me great advice on how to maintain my carpet once it was cleaned. It was a very nice surprise to hear that they were prepared to clean my carpet there and then, if I wanted them to. How could I say no to that? :-) I wasn't prepared in terms of moving furniture though, but they both pitched in to help me, and the carpet was ready to be cleaned in no time. Both guys worked very hard and very diligently, focusing extra care where I had pointed out the stains. And during the process, the house was filled with the most delicious orange fragrance! When they were finished, my carpet looked phenomenal! It was so clean and fresh, and all the matted areas were fluffy again! They did a spectacular job, and I would recommend them, without reservation. Jim also left me with a quart of spot remover and instructions on how to use it, for no charge. Not only did Jim and Ian do a great job on the carpet, they also impressed me by being very, very nice, very polite, easy going, trustworthy, and good humored. If you're going to have someone moving around in every corner of your home, you've got to feel like they're good people. And that's how I feel about these guys: They're really good people.

The whole experience went really well! We had to change our original appointment and there were no issues accommodating. Jim & his assistant arrived on time and were done within the hour! They completely removed our stains (including red kool-aid) and the carpets look like new!

They came and provided an estimate quickly and were able to schedule the work for the following Saturday. They arrived on time and were very professional in their manner and methods. They even provided booties for my husband and me! There was a misunderstanding about furniture that needed to be moved. I told them that my husband had shoulder surgery the week before the cleaning took place. They assured me that they would move any furniture that needed to be moved. I guess my definfiton of what should be moved difers from mine. For example, we were able to move the dining room chairs, I assumed that they would move the dning room table, Also, I think thay they missed cleaning the carpet in the hallway closet. We were very happy with the quality of the cleaning. All in all I was very pleased with this service, would use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Beyond Carpet and Flood Restoration arrived on time. Inquired about trouble areas (high traffic, etc). Asked my opinion (satisfaction) after cleaning each room. And afterward, Jimmy explained how best to maintain and lengthen the life of carpet. Jimmy is very personable. In addition to the basic offer, he suggested we Scotch Guard the carpeting as well. We opted to do the one room where our pets mostly live and he didn't pressure us to do the other two. The work was great and the whole experience was excellent.

Great. Jimmy was very friendly, helpful and informative. We received a call informing us they would arrive shortly. We did a walk-through and pointed out all the strains that have bothered us. We went downstairs while they cleaned. When they finished we did another walk-through. The carpet that had embarrassed me now looked great. Jimmy offered us a few extra options. He explained the benefits but when we declined he didn't push. We are pleased and will use them again.

Prompt, courteous and good quality work.

Cleaned carpet in the family room. They did not see the rescheduled time and showed up 45 minutes early. I had most of the room cleaned up. They helped finish moving the furniture. They do not use a spray vacuum system. The wet the carpet slightly and brush to clean the floor. Then they used a mop like pad and dried the carpet. Carpet looks great .
