Best Home Renovations remodeled a hall bath and master shower in my previous home and we were so happy with the results that we called again after closing on our new home. They replaced the tub, tile, vanity, and all other fixtures for a full remodel of our hall bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and how smoothly the project went. They are our "go to" contractor and will be back soon to start on our master bath!

It was great working with Steve, Dave and Rebecca. They were all friendly, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that we knew exactly what work was to be done and they helped with getting several of the necessary items for the project. They also reinstalled our "old" toilet in another bathroom, cleaned up the grout in our master bath and caulked our new kitchen counter !!! Everything short of making us a sandwich !!! :)

These guys are TRULY the "best" (no pun intended). We could not be happier with the job they did on our basement family room floor. They professionally installed over 725 square feet of tile and it looks wonderful. They also installed baseboard throughout and replaced dry wall and insulation. Their painting crew was fantastic too. We highly recommend Best Home Renovations and our daughter also used them to replace hardwood floors with slate tile in her kitchen and she is totally happy with the job. If you want excellent work, Best Renovations is the one for you.

Absolutely wonderful!! - from the easy of scheduling (Rebecca is fabulous) to the promptness and professionalism of the crew (Alex and Steve). They took care of everything, including clean up.. The quality of work is outstanding and my kitchen now looks beautiful. Many compliments from friends and family too.

Went just as promised, within budget and time. As we never did any renovation before Steve Best had to explain what would work and how it should be applied. True professional, friendly, great communicator, we'll not look for any other company in the future.

Steve, Dave, and Rebecca from Best Home Renovations were an answer to my prayers. Everybody was very understanding of the situation with my elderly mother and the need to complete the project quickly (since she needed to stay elsewhere during the remodel and was very uncomfortable there). Steve, Dave, and Rebecca were extremely responsive and very easy to work with in getting estimates, scheduling, and making decisions. We only ran into one major issue along the way. The toilet that I had ordered on-line earlier turned out to be broken. But, that was easily solved - Steve and Dave volunteered to go pick up a new one. Since the first floor bathroom remodel was for my elderly mother who could no longer go upstairs, I also needed to convert the adjoining room from a home office to a bedroom. This required moving furniture from the first floor to the second and vice versa. I deeply appreciate Steve and Dave for doing this. Steve also helped connect me with a shower door vendor who can create a custom door that will allow me to help my mother in the shower. The renovation turned out way beyond my expectations. My bathrooms are beautiful. And so is my kitchen back splash. It feels like a new home! Thanks to Steve, Dave, and Rebecca for making this a very fast, smooth, and seamless experience!

We split the installation timeframe with another job that the men had going on. This worked to our advantage in making decisions on the layout of the materials in the space. My contact with Rebecca at the office was excellent. She always emailed or called me to respond to any questions that I had prior to the start as well as during the project. The work was completed on the the timeline that we set up to fit our schedules. The cost matched the estimated proposal. The contractor listened to our ideas and completed everything to our satisfaction. I had reviewed Angie's list prior to choosing a contractor for this job and I am very pleased that we went with Best Home Renovations.

This is the third project we had Steve and Dave complete in our home in the last three years. This project consisted of the building of a half bath off of our lower level family room. The plumbing was already roughed in by the home builder but a wall and doorway had to be constructed along with the all of the usual bathroom components. Once again we are very happy with all of the work and the room looks great. We are already planning on having them replace our kitchen tile floor in early 2017 A.A.

They did a great job. I was very happy with how it turned out. I felt the quality of the work was great. The guys that did the work were very nice and easy going. It was great working with them. Some of the work was more difficult than estimated. For example, removing the existing tile floor involved taking up some of the subfloor because of how it had been attached. They didn't charge me extra for the labor or materials involved. That was something I liked about them. I didn't have to worry about them "nickel and diming" me. Another thing I liked was that I could pick out materials anywhere. I ended up getting my tile at The Tile Shop. I got the plumbing fixtures and vanity from Studio 41. I was able to shop around and compare prices. I think I had much more flexibility in picking out materials. Some of the place I got remodeling estimates from expected me to get materials through them.

Best Home Renovations were great to work with. At our first meeting they listened carefully to what I wanted in the bathroom. Then they steered me to contact their designer, Jennifer McClure, to help with choosing materials and designing the bathroom. Jennifer was immensely helpful, and communicated well with Best Home. Best Home's Rebecca was great at communicating with me at every step of the job. She communicated by email so she never interfered with my work schedule, and I could respond when I had time. Dave, Steve, and the quartz countertop subcontractor were all very easy to work with. When I told Dave and Steve I didn't like the lighting they installed in the bathroom, they listened to my ideas about lighting and changed the lighting quickly and without complaint or added cost. I loved the new lighting they installed, and all was good!! Their tile work was beautiful and without flaws, despite my request to use epoxy grout, which is harder to work with than regular grout. The cabinets, sinks and faucets were installed perfectly, with no damage. Steve and Dave were able and willing to preserve the large mirrors and light bays that I wanted to keep, from the original bathroom. The mirrors and light bays survived without any damage. They also reinstalled our towel bars and hooks, onto the tile, as I requested, without damaging them or the new tile. The bathroom looks beautiful, and just as I had envisioned it!!! I was very comfortable leaving Steve and Dave in my house alone to work on the bathroom while I was at work. I gave them the garage code without a problem. They always were careful to remove their shoes in our home, and covered our hallways and stairs with dropcloths to prevent getting the floors dirty. They cleaned up the bathroom carefully after finishing for the day and also at the end of the job. I always felt comfortable talking to Steve and Dave and having them in my home. I plan to use Best Home Renovations for my next home remodeling project and all the projects thereafter!!!!!

Steve came out promptly to give me an estimate on retiling my bathroom. He was very thorough and asked lots of good questions. We picked out new tile for the bathroom and an estimated start date was set. Rebecca kept in touch with me regarding the start date. They came out and did the demolition and it went well. They kept the mess to a minimum. The tiling came out fantastic and I am very happy with the job. They were on time and kept me informed throughout the job. I will use them again.

The people at Best Home Renovations are a pleasure to work with! The communication with Rebecca was always prompt and helpful. She answered all of our questions from the begining of the project to the end. Steve and Alex were also great to work with. They helped us to put all of our design ideas together and we absolutely love their tile work! When we found a large open area in our shower ceiling without insulation they were happy to fix the problem. Our shower area is so much warmer now! Steve and Alex arrived every morning at the time promised and were very respectful of our home. The renovation was painless for our family. We would definitely have them do more of our projects in the future!

The master bath looks amazing with the new tile floor, tile shower, tile around the bathtub and walls. They were very professional and friendly and helped with suggestions and ideas. Their tile work is well done on walls and floors. They cleaned up everything when they were done including all their materials. I would highly recommend them.

Best Home Renovations did a complete renovation for us. The bathroom is approx. 8 feet by 5 feet. They put down canvas floor runners from our front door to the bathroom door. They performed a complete demolition by removing everything from the room, including all drywall, in one day. Part of the demolition also included removing a small walled-off area (dead space) to add about a foot to the size of the shower. They hauled away all debris. They cleaned up the work area each day they worked on the project. They installed new sub-flooring due to an old water leak that had damaged some of the sub-floor. They installed new drywall. They installed a new Schluter waterproof shower system. They installed a new porcelain tile floor. They installed new porcelain shower floor tile and marble tile on the walls of the shower area (approx. 5' W x 3' D x 8' H). They painted the walls, ceiling, and woodwork. We selected and purchased the tile from a supplier that Best suggested. We also selected and purchased the vanity, vanity top, sink, light fixture for over the sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, toilet, ceiling fan/light combination, paint, light/fan switches and GFI outlets, as well as chrome fixtures for the sink, shower, towel rods, and toilet paper holder. We also purchased a pivoting glass shower door from another supplier that Best suggested. The cost for the items that we selected and purchased totaled approx. $5,900.00. Total approx. cost for the entire project was $8,700.00 + $5,900.00 = $14,600.00. Best installed the tile, vanity, vanity top, sink, toilet, medicine cabinet, light fixture, ceiling fan/light, all chrome hardware, and all new woodwork around the floor, window, and door. We are very pleased with everything that Best did regarding our bathroom renovation. We have asked Best to give us a proposal for a possible renovation of our basement bathroom in the future.

It didn't go at all. If they don't call you back, there really isn't anything that I can do.

I contacted several companies for quotes on a kitchen backsplash including Best Home Renovations. The price quotes I received were all close in price, but I chose Best Home Renovations because of their great communication with me. They were also the only ones to follow-up with me after the initial quote. I dealt with Rebecca, Client Service Manager, from start to finish and she was great at answering all my questions very quickly and professionally. After signing the contract, the week of Aug. 24th was booked for the backsplash installation. I was anxious to have it as soon as possible to complete my kitchen update, but was waiting for a new kitchen window to be installed first by another company. Once the new window was installed on Aug. 7th, I contacted Rebecca and asked her to let me know if they had any earlier openings. She contacted me the morning of Aug. 11th and said they had an opening the next day - yeah! Alex came out on the 12th and started the wall repair and Steve joined him shortly after to work on the tile with him. They were both friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. Alex came the next morning to grout and seal the tile. He patiently answered all my questions about drying time and how to clean the tile. The backsplash looks even better than I imagined - I'm very happy! I would definitely use Best Home Renovations again.

This is the second year which we had Steve and Dave at our home for projects. Last year they completed a complete remodel of our hall bath which included everything new from the studs out along with a new tub. When the hall bath was completed, they then started on what I would call a large update on our master bathroom. We liked the bathroom work so much that we had them out again this year for our kitchen project. We are very happy with all of the work and were at ease with them in our home. They cleaned up when they finished for the day and were quick to address any concerns that we had during their work. We will be sure to contact them for any future projects.

Steve came to our home, and though he seemed knowledgeable he never followed back up with us regarding a design, or estimate. Rebecca has since followed up with us and has been very prompt. We did get a general price ranges for the bathroom projects from her.

We hired Best Home Renovations to gut and remodel our hall bathroom. The entire team made the renovation as painless as possible. Dave our project manager always kept us informed of what was going on, the process, what the next steps were, etc. He was always available to answer our many questions. The team showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves every day. Alex tiled our bathroom and it looks fabulous. Steve, Rebecca and Dave were quick to return calls and/or emails. There was good communication with everyone involved. Step by step the process was excellent and the bathroom looks fantastic! Thank you to the entire Best team!

The provider was very responsive at all stages of the work from responding to our initial enquiry, submitting a proposal, fixing a date for starting and completing the work and keeping us informed at every stage of the project. The office staff was very courteous, coordinated the arrival of the workers and handled the paperwork for billing and charging very efficiently. The professionalism, responsiveness and customer relations were exemplary.
