The service went very well overall. Steve was extremely responsive, practical, and I would definitely work with him again!

From start to finish, the service went very well. Once we put in a request, they called us within minutes! His wife handles the scheduling, phones, etc., and she’s great to work with overall, and so was he. A few times we were delayed, and he was flexible with that. He showed up when he said he would and got the work done quickly. The tiling looks beautiful; Part 1 of the project is finished, and we’re waiting for some cabinets to be installed before they finish up the second part. They’ve been great to work with!

Best Tiling is a very nice company that responded quickly to all my questions and were willing to work with me for cost in terms of whether they did demo or was completed before they started. My floors look great!!! They even discarded my old flooring and kitchen cabinets.

This company is a nice, friendly husband/wife team with five children who have clearly built a successful company with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. I felt like my bathroom tile job was given the priority of a large scale project. Tile job was started within one day of my initial call and finished surprisingly quick. The result was perfection. Because of them, our entire remodeling project finished a week eariler than expected. If every company functioned even close to Best Tiling, there would be no Angie's list. Great people; confidently recommend.

It was very good. We did abandon the project because we could not find tile we liked. We would contact them again for an estimate if we do go back to the project.

They were great. I would highly recommend them. They are incredibly workable. Whenever we made changes, both Steve and Andrea, were really awesome and flexible with that. Steve helped with a lot of the design qualities. He was very hands-on and helpful.

Best Tiling is the reason that you hire a professional to work in your home! I don't regret spending a single penny on the job that they performed. I found the office manager, Andrea, to be super nice and professional. She was able to provide me with a basic quote and timeframe for the job on the first call, and within hours I had an email confirming all of the details. The quote was in-line with others that I had received and I chose them based on responsiveness. Within a week, Steve and an assistant came out to get the job done. I have two young boys at home, so I appreciated that they gave me a 15 minute heads up before arriving. The job took a few hours and I have to say that they were some of the best people we have had work in our home! They were very aware that they were in our "home" (courteous, clean, fast, and very sweet with my 6 year old who likes to ask questions). Not only were they pleasant to have in our home, but the work they did was nothing short of AMAZING! Steve carried the subway pattern across the switch cutouts and the window with precision, it looks 100% PERFECT in every inch of the kitchen. The switch cutouts, the corner, the edges, the cabinet details, the window, behind the faucet, and every other tiny detail was installed QUICKLY and EXPERTLY. When Steve noticed that we were running short on tile (we supplied the tile), he gave me a heads up and started to use every single spare piece of tile to piece together the last square foot of backsplash. It was honestly a lifesaver not to run out to Home Depot with two young boys for one sheet of tile. Whenever someone comes to look at our new kitchen I tell them this and show them the area..no one can find a pattern break or even the slightest inconsistency! Honestly, this is the reason you hire professional. My other favorite thing was that the entire job was cleaned up and nothing was left behind. I know that our kitchen wasn't the largest or most complicated project that Best Tiling can handle, but the attention to detail and pride in work that they put into it sure made me feel that way. I would 110% have them back in our home and would gladly refer them to anyone on any job, large or small.

Steve came out and provided an estimate that was competitive with the other quotes I had received. He was able to accommodate my time table to complete the job. He and his team did a great job tiling/grouting my backsplash, it all lined up perfectly. They were also very conscientious about making sure everything was clean when they packed up afterwards.

We were looking to update our master bathroom and contacted Best Tiling to give us an estimate. Steve, the owner, came to the house the same day we called and provided a written estimate the next day. He worked with us to schedule the start of work based on the delivery lead times for the bathroom fixtures, tile and vanity, and actually began the project a few days early as he finished up a previous job. Demolition/removal of the old bathroom began on time, and we were surprised at how quickly the project progressed. The plumber and electrical completed their work as promised. The tile work and grouting was completed and vanity installed within ten days which then allowed them to finish grouting and painting. Everyone coming in to do work was friendly, courteous, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. After obtaining the original estimate for the bathroom we decided to install a tile back splash in the kitchen; Steve was able to accommodate the additional scope at a reasonable cost. He was able to complete the majority of the work on that smaller project on a Saturday, and finished the grouting the following Monday. The length of time for a bathroom remodel is effected by so many variables, from planning to ordering tile, fixtures, vanity and shower door on the front end to demolition/removal plumbing, electrical, tiling, installation of the vanity and fixtures and painting at the back end. We were impressed with how well Steve managed the tasks under his control and communicated daily as to his progress, even on days when he wasn't physically present. He was well aware of the inconvenience of having a bathroom out of commission and worked diligently to finish the project in a timely manner without sacrificing quality of work.

....everyone who worked in my home was very conscientious about keeping things clean and the dust to a minimum. They worked incredibly fast, which impressed me because I know kitchen and bath remodels can often take weeks and weeks at a time. Any time I had questions, they spent as much time as I needed to so that I understood what was going on, I always felt like they kept me in the loop. I definitely feel like they take what they do very seriously, they value their reputation, so they are very professional and honest which seems hard to find in the contractor world these days. My bathroom now looks GORGEOUS, I get compliments on it all the time, and I absolutely love it. I would recommend Best Tiling to anyone!

I still can't get over the fact that from start to finish it took just one week for Best Tiling to do all of the work. They always showed up when they said they would, and I couldn't believe how quickly they did my project. I know many people who go through bathroom remodels for six weeks. Also, they were always polite and professional, and I felt like they respected my home and kept dust to a minimum and cleaned-up properly. I am the type of person who asks lots of questions, I want to understand what the contractor is doing before he does it, and they were always willing to answer my questions and returned my calls promptly. I have had them out again to look at a repair in my other bathroom, and was given their professional opinion on how to handle the problem I'm having in the other bathroom for no charge at all. It's good to know that there are honest contractors out there who do good work, and I would recommend Best Tiling to anyone.
